The camping is great enjoy the stay but the town and island has gone down hill. Hopefully it won't take away from the camping.

Great campground near bike path to town and ferry. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed our 2 night stay very much.

We really liked this campground! We arrived after hours and our packet was there waiting on us. We had a nice site with plenty of room. Went to the office the next day and the staff was super friendly. If we ever go back to this area again, this will be our go to campground!

The location was great. The staff was amazing. Pam really took care of us on local things to do and getting around. We will be back. Clean quiet.

Everything about this park is fantastic. Every staff member we came in contact with were super friendly, and helpful. The customer service here is superb. The park is also exceptionally clean, from the sites to the bathrooms. I would highly recommend this park for any type of camper….tent, trailer or motor home.

2 nights on way home after an extended trip. One of the nicest KOAs I have stayed at. Well managed, clean and great location. Pleasant staff.

This was our favorite KOA campground so far! Beautiful park with mature trees, clean sites and excellent customer service. The staff was incredibly helpful and their evening reminder texts about ice and firewood was great. Located just minutes from everything, it was convenient for all our vacation days. Our family enjoyed the bike rentals and trail with our dogs too. We will definitely be back!!

Super clean, very nice staff and our site was spacious and secluded. The little cabins looked really cute and the nature walk for the dogs was wonderful. Shuttle to the Mackinac Ferry a big plus! Thank you MCKOA for a restful stay.

Great campground. Very friendly staff. It was early October so pool was closed and didn't use facilities. Also close to I75. Easy on easy off. Level camping sites and clean

This is a lovely park, with wonderfully responsive and accommodating owners. Extremely convenient to the downtown area. Our only challenge was that the sewer access at our site was at the very back of the site, more than 30’ from the water compartment and we only had 30’ of sewer hose. It did not appear that everyone had this same challenge.

Our stay was great! The site was level and everything was working as intended. The campground itself is lovely and well-maintained. The dog park is great for letting the dogs play off-leash. The laundry was clean and all machines were working. I love the staff and service - delivering firewood to the site and picking up trash from the site is so handy. Staff was very professional and friendly.

Love the campground. We noticed the improvements you have made since our last stay, it looks awesome! My only input would be to change out some of the shower heads too please. I think it was shower 3 or 4 that the water literally sprayed completely around me like I was under an umbrella. I tried adjusting it and it did not change.

We had a wonderful time at the Mackinaw City KOA. We come every year and this was the best yet. The staff are friendly, helpful and easy to chat with. Grounds are well kept and the camp store and laundry facility are clean and well stocked. The bathrooms are always clean. The new shower mats are wonderful. Doug and his family have done a wonderful job. We have already reserved for next year!

It was not very busy, we stayed towards the end of the Michigan season which was in the Fall. Close to downtown restaurants and shops and close to the ferry line. It a nice touch to get a van pickup to the ferry line from the KOA and dropped right at the ticket booths. You can also take your bicycles on the van and luggage for stay on Mackinaw Island. Appreciate this from KOA �

A great vacation! The friendly, kind staff made this a comfortable base of operations. It was convenient for our group to be in a cabin and on an RV site. Visiting Mackinaw City, Mackinaw Island, & Dark Sky park was easy. The sites were narrow but well-maintained and were covered with large trees. The amenities on the patio site and around the park were excellent. We will definitely return!

Friendly and helpful staff. Sold tickets to Mackinac Island and the shuttle would pick you up, so that was very convenient. Very shady spots and the pull thru sites were nicely spaced apart.

Great place to camp or glamp if need be. Perfect location for those wanting a base to be at then go visit from there. Super clean place and the staff is top knotch

Every employee is super nice! The property is amazing and honestly it should be considered a Holiday KOA. The wifi was great and easy access to downtown via bike. Will be back.

We stayed at the KOA for a week. Big rig Friendly. They offer free shuttles to the ferry and discounted tickets for the ferry and lumberjack show. Nice and quiet. Staff was friendly.
