Very friendly staff. Answered questions pleasantly and made us feel at home. Super busy with campers coming and going. Only downfall was the camper next to us had 3 little dogs that barked constantly when owners not around, but not the KOA fault. Was close to everything we wanted to do! Would stay again.

The powerful internet was amazing. That's something few parks have. The desk team was very accommodating and worked to make everyone as happy as possible. The camp crews were friendly and helpful with questions. Absolutely would stay here or with any camp following this model again.

Love this KOA, have stayed here several times & each time we see more things being upgraded & everything is well maintained. The staff, owners & crew are very friendly. Bathrooms are spotless.

Great park. Sites are big and spacious. We had a patio with chairs, bar grill, and fire pit which we used a lot. Just a fantastic park. We liked it so much we stayed a week. Employees are very helpful personable and great to work with. Definitely recommend.

The receptionist was helpful with information and made the purchase of my ferry ticket and bike ticket easy. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The escort to my campsite was great, even helped to guide me in the site! The showers were clean and hot water always available. Also liked the reminder texts prior to office close to request firewood, etc.

Lovely campground with nice amenities. Loved the shuttle to the ferry. That's a huge convenience. Also appreciated the reminders to pick up firewood and ice. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a premium end site with a patio door our 42 ft fifth wheel. The site was plenty long for the camper and we had to park the truck off to the side but it worked great. The laundry room was clean and all in working order. Loved the shuttle to the Mackinaw Ferry and back! A huge benefit! Staff was helpful and friendly. The park was quiet. We would stay there again

This was a very nice campground, good access to local attractions, and the staff was absolutely hands down some of the best we’ve encountered. Super friendly people work here and the park is very quiet. Make sure you take the nature trail to town. �

Nice location away from road noise but close to the ferry terminal to Mackinac Island. Staff are helpful and friendly. Sites are spacious with mature trees. The sites are not buggy but the camp K9 requires bug spray.

Stayed 5 nights the free shuttle to the Mackinac Island ferry was a plus. Very clean campground and polite staff. Short distance to several attractions. Only downside was the bugs and wildfire smoke.

We are new to the RV life and have only stayed at a few KOA sites. This was the best place yet. We used the bike trail to get into town and explore. The daily texts to ask if we needed anything before the office closed was appreciated. Office staff was very knowledgeable about the town and activities. It was also nice to be able to purchase ferry tickets at the office.

Excellent place to stay. Neat clean quiet. Employees are always busy and friendly. The dog park is great for me to let my dog off leash. Sites are shady and clean. This place is always our 1st choice every year. Ferry tickets and shuttle are available right there. Great place!

We have a 42 foot fifth wheel and were put in a 55 foot site. There was not enough room to even park our truck in front of our camper. Sites were tight to turn in and out of due to multiple other RVS having the same issue. Big campers, small sites. When putting in your info on how long you are it shouldn’t put you in a spot that is that short.

Needed a pull through for the Nite. Was led to our site by a friendly gentleman. Trash was picked up at our site. Dog Park was clean and inviting. (Our dog told us this). Second time we stayed there; will stay again on our yearly trip

Great place to camp or glamp if need be. Perfect location for those wanting a base to be at then go visit from there. Super clean place and the staff is top knotch

Every employee is super nice! The property is amazing and honestly it should be considered a Holiday KOA. The wifi was great and easy access to downtown via bike. Will be back.

We stayed at the KOA for a week. Big rig Friendly. They offer free shuttles to the ferry and discounted tickets for the ferry and lumberjack show. Nice and quiet. Staff was friendly.
