It was great in almost every way! The bathrooms and showers were very clean. We did have to ask twice for wood one time. But other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Our cabins were very close to the bathrooms. The staff were friendly and cared about our experience, always open to questions. I loved the nature trails. The beach is at the end of the road! Can’t be beat.

We were lucky enough to stay in the 1 cabin with a bathroom, and it was unbelievably clean and can't wait to visit next 4th of July weekend.

Nice campground, met our needs. Bathrooms and showers clean. Trash pick up and daily delivery of any necessary items was an added plus, available tickets for the ferry to Mackinaw Island was convenient. Only complaint is the condition of the dirt bike trail to the main bike path. Dangerous! Bare roots, narrow bridge to main trail my tire slipped off and I crashed injuring my elbow. Please fix.

We stayed for 4 nights & had so much fun. The campground is nice & small, very clean & the staff is so incredibly friendly. They had a free shuttle that would take you to the ferry & that was helpful. There is a bike trail nearby that takes you into the city. Loved the location & will definitely be returning.

Typically the Journey KOA have less activates than the Holidays but not with this one. Lots of outdoor games for adults and kids to play, a fun playground and swimming pool. The site were also very spacious and an overall quiet campground.

Super helpful staff. Really nice facilities; love the showers being separate from the bathroom. Loved that we could buy ferry tickets on site and shuttle from campground. Would definitely recommend.

Our only complaint was we are elderly and not real into internet TV.. Luckily we had a roku TV by chance. Not having cable was a feature we count on and probably won't be back because of this. Otherwise your campground was fine.

Camped in a TT for a week and the staff was very friendly and the grounds were clean. I met Nolan who had assisted me with my reservations back in February and he was very friendly and helpful with whatever questions I asked him.

This is a very well run campground! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! We appreciated the shuttle to the ferry and plan to stay in this campground again whenever we are in the area.

The site had two filthy dirty sewer glove left behind by the person before me. The site had mounds of dirt and broken limbs and bushes everywhere that I cleaned myself I complained they said oh no, we clean it after every person leaves well then why did you leave it so dirty? I will never stay at this campground again

It was super windy and we didn't want to cross the bridge or drive along the shore on Rt 2. The Mackinaw City KOA was a great place to stop, do some laundry and regroup.

Great place to camp or glamp if need be. Perfect location for those wanting a base to be at then go visit from there. Super clean place and the staff is top knotch

Every employee is super nice! The property is amazing and honestly it should be considered a Holiday KOA. The wifi was great and easy access to downtown via bike. Will be back.

We stayed at the KOA for a week. Big rig Friendly. They offer free shuttles to the ferry and discounted tickets for the ferry and lumberjack show. Nice and quiet. Staff was friendly.
