It seems that my KOA rewards points(6,500) have not been applied to my receipt. Please check it out and make it correct, please. And It was 5:30 pm when we arrived at KOA, but but there was nobody working at the office so we couldn't buy firework. It made us in a bad mood. What can we do without fire?

Stayed in a cabin. Was very nice and comfortable. Will probably do it again once it is renovated.

The layout of the campground was good, roads were in good shape and the lighting was fine. the bathroom by the office was good, but the remote bathrooms were dirty, had no paper towels (dispenser didn't work) and the soap was out. Not sure they were cleaned while we were there--. We were in a camper cabin and when we returned from hiking there was a foul smell--we had to air it out for an hour.

I loved the location of this KOA! The campground area is really nice. The staff were really friendly and helpful! I loved the rustic cabin and the bathrooms were really close by, so easy to access. The only complaint would be the main big spring mattress was really uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.

Found dirty underwear under the chair in the cabin, we went for a quiet night with a campfire but had someone with stereo up until midnight and no one patrolled to ask them to turn it off. We will be going again as we love our campfire

Campground and facilities same as I remembered. We camped here when Shirley and Marty ran thus KOA . It was the best 18byears camping here with them. Shirley really made this place feel like home away from home.. she was so warm and welcoming. The young girls now absolutely HORRIBLE MANNERS, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE, UNHELPFUL, if I were their employer they all would be fired! Horrible service

By far the best KOA I have ever been too. The grounds are immaculate and so well taken care of. If you have an opportunity to stay here i can't recommend it enough. The ponds are stocked with fish and the store has a great staff to make coffee and treats!

I stayed there for three days August 22 to August 25. Pretty disappointed that pool was so cold The kids couldn’t enjoy it. They were out of ice for a couple of days nobody seem to care. The games room was taken over by young teenage boys. Probably try Burlington next time.

Everything was amazing! Love all the amenities, and the atmosphere! The only complaint I have is that the full bed was very noisy. Would still stay again.

I have visited your campsite many times in past years when we we camping with our trailer. I brought my grandson and he is friend with us one year many years ago. I have always had a fantastic time. This time since my husband and I are older and no longer have our trailer we decided to rent a cabin instead. I was better than we could possibly imagine.As for referring to someone I already have.

The park was beautiful.. our cabin was clean. But I was very very disappointed that on a hot day temperature was 107 that the pool was not open ...ran out of chlorine Reason .Which is poor management... then the next morning the pump wasn’t working in the pool... another very hot day. It was our first time at KOA in Lynden.... we were there Aug 13th -14th. I would hope to get some compensatio

Loved everything! Only bummer was every time a car drove by our chairs and table would get covered in dirt. Maybe more rocks?

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Camp ground is very well kept and maintained. Amenities are all cleaned daily and in good working order. I'm a second generation Lynden koa kamper raising the third generation!!

More activities for kids - more daytime organized events. More Arcade games that work, lots of games were broken. Boats weren’t available :( Hot water at dish pit.

Staff were so friendly! The grounds and facilities were constantly being groomed, cleaned, and very well maintained. Store was well stocked, pool clean, snack den had a nice variety of snacks, ice cream, specialty coffees, and board games available to use. Even though the bathrooms are dated, they were still always clean and well stocked. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Wonderful stay BAD paddle boat experience. Attending staff had no knowledge of weight limit. Very unhappy boaters. But thanks for everything else!

Campsite and facilities were very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. There are a lot of activities to keep kids busy, and the campsite feels very safe.

Everything was great, but the weather. It was nice to have the heater in the cabin, as it was chilly from all the rain. I was very impressed by how often the hard working crews came around to the washrooms, as they were always clean and tidy. The kids loved the pedal boats and the pool. It was nice to get them treats from the shop and Den, too. Downside- the old arcade games.

Was exactly what we needed. The only thing that was disappointing was how loud the bed was in the cabin, very squeaky getting in and out.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay, we wished we booked longer. The facilities were clean and the staff were efficient. The kids enjoyed the activities they participated in (scavenger hunt and tiki party) and I found the pricing of the cafe and paddle boats very reasonable! The kids loved the ice cream!

What a fun campground! Lots to do! And the kiddos had a blast :) The duck feed was a total win for us! My only complaints are that it seemed like the campsite was already on the higher end on terms of price, and then we still had to pay for many of the things to do around the site. Really that should be included. Second - mats should be allowed. The campsite is SO dusty.

Kabin: Totally in sun for the whole day. No tree for shade. Very dusty. Would never take this Kabin again. Cannot understand why we were put beside a full Kabin with a dog when the Kabin at the end of row was vacant the whole time. Would have been nice to have a little more room and quiet between the Kabins.

We had so much fun as a family staying in one of your cabins and hanging with friends at their RV site. All the activities from movie night under the stars to Bingo kept the fun going all weekend! We will be back for sure!

We loved the entire stay except the bathroom being out of paper towels and toilet paper from 5 pm Friday until late morning on Saturday . Thankfully I pack my own just in case

Loved our stay at the KOA Lynden. The site was incredibly clean, well kept and there is lots to do for the little ones. My only recommendation would be to add another board on the master headboard so your pillows don’t slip down the back through the big crack.

Bathrooms were never cleaned. No staff. Pond was less than appealing. Everything that we were told would be open was closed. I understand it's off season but I have been to other off season KOA's who kept amenities open for patrons. Very disappointed. Cabins ean and beautiful as always though and we managed as a family to have fun.

Bathrooms were very dirty. No toilet paper all evening one night. Stall door didn’t shut. WiFi was awful and completely unusable despite there being very few people around. Cabin was dirty when we arrived (garbage under one of the beds).

I would like to give you a high rating, but I can't. Our stay was wonderful but the bathroom were the problem. No toilet paper and trash full. One shower for all the campers is crazy and it was dirty. Our cabin was very nice along with the staff. I would work on stocking the bathroom and cleaning it more often.

We have been going to the KOA in Lynden for 12 years. We have always loved it and never been dissapointed. It's such a fun family friendly campsite. It's where we first gave our kid his freedom. They have done some amazing upgrades in the last years and the campsite looks so good. We just got back from a weekend and I highly recommend. Long weekends in the summer are the funnest. They have games, dance party and bingo plus a lot more. Our kid loves going back even though he's 15 now. Highly recommend. Eventhough we always camp we have stayed in there cabins once, they were clean, comfy and well worth it if you don't like to tent or RV.

Stayed for a couple nights in a newly constructed pull through site. Fancy! Nicely landscaped with plants and mulch that were groomed almost every day. The steel fire pit with outdoor furniture that can seat six people just made it a seriously high end experience. Definitely a destination KOA property!
