Our site was a strange layout which made positioning our tent trailer a little challenging. The tent site behind us,and their parties was extremely loud and disruptive the first night till 1:15 am. Quiet hours were not enforced that night, I talked to the office and they assured it wouldn’t happen again. It didn’t, so thank you! TP in bathrooms should be checked throughout the day bc it was em

Campsites were nice, but the electricity was unacceptable. We paid for 30amp service that was unusable even with minimal draws. Voltage was testing as low as 95V at the pedestal. When we raised the issue with the staff, they blamed other RV'ers. The store had a stock of flyers explaining why the voltage issues were the customer's faults, this is clearly an ongoing issue that will not be fixed.

Very Impressed & grandkids 3 & 5 loved it. The pool was VERY CLEAN and I met Chris (I hope I remember his name) who I watched clean the pool/area too and was impressed compared to other camping/trailer experiences. I even noticed him picking up litter from campers to ensure sites were clean for the next campers. Overall, we will be back and Not one complaint ONLY COMPLIMENTS! Nice store too.

Campground and facilities same as I remembered. We camped here when Shirley and Marty ran thus KOA . It was the best 18byears camping here with them. Shirley really made this place feel like home away from home.. she was so warm and welcoming. The young girls now absolutely HORRIBLE MANNERS, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE, UNHELPFUL, if I were their employer they all would be fired! Horrible service

By far the best KOA I have ever been too. The grounds are immaculate and so well taken care of. If you have an opportunity to stay here i can't recommend it enough. The ponds are stocked with fish and the store has a great staff to make coffee and treats!

Compared to a visit several years ago, park seems to have deteriorated - did not seem as well maintained. It was very crowded (good for the park!) but a lot of younger kids were very noisy until very late at night 11 - 12 pm) with many riding their bikes and electric scooters then even though that was against the rules. Also, many groups of adults were talking/arguing very loud during quiet time

We were have some trouble with electricity at the beginning and the owner handled it himself. He was more than accommodating. Lovely place to stay.

A nice park, but it would appear that it’s becoming more of a permanent residence location. Electric cars running up and down the streets all day long is not my idea of good camping. We all understand the logistics of this world and if your facility is moving in this direction, perhaps these sites should be located in a section on their own, so that the real Camping experience can be achieved.

This is the first time that I was disappointed. My grandchildren lost most of their spending money on the game machines in the rec room When I went to check the next day all but one machine was working and all the rest had OUT OF ORDER SIGNS on them.

We have stayed at many KOA’s and this is one of the nicest, most well kept, welcoming one yet. Staff, store, entertainment, grounds, and k9 yard are amazing.

I stayed there for three days August 22 to August 25. Pretty disappointed that pool was so cold The kids couldn’t enjoy it. They were out of ice for a couple of days nobody seem to care. The games room was taken over by young teenage boys. Probably try Burlington next time.

We had great hot showers. Played mini golf. Played Connect Four. Strolled the campsite. It would be nice if there was a senior rate available.

Zero complaints, and nothing but praise for the team. Always keeping things clean and in order. Friendly staff. Great facilities. The blueberry service / Amazing!

Everything was amazing! Love all the amenities, and the atmosphere! The only complaint I have is that the full bed was very noisy. Would still stay again.

Bathrooms were unkept most of the stay and showers had no water pressure to speak of. The staff at the office and coffee shop were rather rude on separate occasions. The pool was also too cold, even for our kids.

Nice place, friendly staff, good lay-out. Ceryainly a big step up from ellensburg, spokane. Wi-Fi continue to be achalkenge on all koa,s we dus this trip. Makes planning days hard if not impossible.

Space was so small and so tight our 40 ft fifth wheel wouldn't even fit in the space. Let alone where we would park our truck which was in the road. We left the same day we arrived.

I would have given this place a four or five star! But the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting!!! We showed up on a Thursday and they were not cleaned at all the whole weekend. There was no soap, toilet paper or paper towels. the whole KOA was packed which is great but then you should keep the bathrooms with supplies knowing that there’s this many people here. This was the back bathroom FYI

The facilities are not bad, however, the site assignment was mixed up last minute abd not communicated and also the site is very dusty. Overall experience needs a lot of improvement.

I have visited your campsite many times in past years when we we camping with our trailer. I brought my grandson and he is friend with us one year many years ago. I have always had a fantastic time. This time since my husband and I are older and no longer have our trailer we decided to rent a cabin instead. I was better than we could possibly imagine.As for referring to someone I already have.

Great staff and an international presence with the Canadians. Very responsive to any issues. Also we stored our trailer for a month while traveling to Alaska and it was very convenient.

The most beautiful KOA I’ve experienced, with large expanses of grass, ponds filled with fish, frogs & ducks, and pretty, grassy sites. Busy pool ares and lots of activities & games for kids. Nice store and coffee shop. Most staff were teens but so friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that it’s extremely noisy on weekends with all the kids, and they constantly cut through my pond-side s

I've stayed at KOA sites across the country. This was the only site I've had issues with. The staff was vague and dismissive. Bathrooms were out of paper products. Both nights had people partying until 2am, lots of loud screaming and swearing. Looking at reviews this is apparently common here and known by the staff. Seems to be a local party spot but this site is a horrible representation of KOA.

The lakeside campsite was beautiful much preferred to being with all the mobile buses, tent-trailers. I find sites are small and very close to fellow campers. Overall, I happy lovely family friendly place to spend time. Great for kids.

Very clean and kid friendly - safe and lots of activities to keep occupied and have quality time With the family. The owner was very attentive and friendly. Cabins were clean and warm and the bathrooms were close by and clean as well. They played a movie on the big screen outside drive-in style which my son and I really enjoyed. It felt like a little community. I would definitely stay again!

The grounds are very well taken care of. The scenery driving in is breathtaking. We really enjoyed our time there. There are many activities to keep busy with like: mini golf, fishing, swimming, duck feeding, outdoor movie nights, etc.
