We originally had a cabin for 1 night. We enjoyed the stay and the ground so much that we went ahead and stayed a second night. It was a great campground, and the people that worked there were such a big help with everything.! Fantastic campgrounds and we plan on going back again.

This KOA Team was on top of everything! The property is very well maintained and clean. Exceptional support with supplies (firewood, smores, ice, etc). Thank you again for a great experience with our family!

It was a nice place. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings. It was clean and my family and I enjoyed being near Lynchburg and Lexington.

The cabin was cute but while I understand that linens were not included but I expected a blanket at least. Also very little toilet paper, no glasses, and the hot water quits during a shower. Honestly as nice as this little park is, I would not stay in a cabin again.

It was a nice campground. People were friendly that worked there. I just wish the rates was just lil bit cheaper so I could go more often..lol.. Being on a fixed income is so hard to enjoy something you love doing.

The cabin we rented was superb! It was clean and comfortable with a vegan leather futon, mini-fridge, and microwave. Plenty of hooks to hang coats and wet towels. Wonderful queen bed set alone in separate room (no door) and a sleeping loft. TV was great and the small dining table was perfect. The only thing that was not as much fun was the bathroom facility up a decent hill some distance away.

Grounds and cabin were clean, well maintained and thoughtfully layed out (porch and patio areas of adjacent cabin offset). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for South Pedlar ATV trail and Blue Ridge Parkway.

Our stay was great. The staff was very accommodating and flexible. They graciously let my brother check in as I had a later arrival and they were understanding that he had a pickup truck instead of a motorcycle as planned. They then gave us a spot to allow his truck and my bike to park.

Campground is very nice and clean. Like all the alternatives for lodging. Not crazy about unisex bathrooms....men tend to pee on the seat! Pond is pretty, but yucky. Needs cleaning . Staff are friendly and helpful. Wood is quite pricey. I mean, really? Almost a dollar a stick! Did enjoy my stay and may be back some day. Thank you!

We rented a deluxe cabin that was impeccably clean. The amazing staff came in prior to our stay and made sure the air conditioner was already on and the refrigerator was already cold. Everyone was so kind and helpful and fun to meet and talk to. It’s in the middle of a mountain and at least 15 miles from the rest of the world, it was just the type of relaxing getaway we were looking for!

Upon arrival checking in they had us in a tent site an we rented a cabin. Playground outdated, missing horseshoes and unkempt pit. Tether ball gone. Chairs all covered in bird poop an had to clean myself. Brought two dogs and couldn't take off leash on our own site to play fetch. Dog play area is so far away that you don't know it's there. Not a coincidence only black people there. Never again.

Pros: The campsite was very clean and quiet Cons: It is very tight and difficult to navigate. If a vehicle is started and runs for a period of time, the fumes will be overwhelming for the neighbor. It is also difficult to navigate through.The internet is horrible. It says WiFi, but it is not reliable or strong enough to support a few RVs. If it is busy, there is no working WiFi. It is misleading.

Love the area. Campground is lovely. Bathrooms close by to each site. Our cabin was comfortable as we knew it would be. You can’t go wrong at a KOA cabin. Only downfall is the internet was horrible but it’s not KOA’s fault. That’s life in the mountains. Sit back and enjoy the peacefulness. Read a book, play games with your kids and enjoy. The 1 female worker was very unprofessional. My husband caught her talking about us negatively to another co worker. She didn’t realize he was sitting in a chair around the corner. They messed up and somehow it was our fault. Her co worker however was excellent and extremely helpful. For off season the prices were high.

Very nice KOA. Secluded, and big enough to feel like there's room to grow, woods and room to spread out. Camp sites are near everything. Go through Lynchburg if driving a big rig. Mountain is steep the other way.

Really nice KOA. Our GPS routed our big rig over a winding mountain road on the way in, which was a little intimidating and not a route I would normally choose. Fortunately, there was an easier way out. Once we arrived, the campground was beautiful, well maintained, and definitely worth the trip. We'd gladly stay here again now that we know the better route.
