We were very impressed. The host families made sure the bathrooms and sites and social areas were clean and inviting. There are plenty of room separating sites. The site layout is laid by hand with stones. The water and septic and electricity were cleaned and ready for use. The pool looked crystal clear but we did not swim it was cool outside. The firewood was fully dry! Great stay.

Had all the amenities we could want plus an escort to the site! Owners were super friendly. Would not hesitate booking another stay if we’re up that way again!

We came in late and found our envelope. The space provided would not fit our trailer , it stuck out into the road. There was no one available to help us. We used an adjacent spot where we fit. I left a message that evening explaining the situation. We left at 6 the next morning. We were charged more money even though it was not our error. The length of the rv was given at the time of booking.

Wonderful location! So open, clean and welcoming. The staff were always so pleasant and helpful. Only wish we could have stayed longer. We will absolutely stay again next time we come to Virginia.

My new favorite KOA! Love this place. Peaceful wooded campground and the staff amazing, especially Tony! Lots to do in the area. Natural Bridge a must see!! Also Woodruff’s Pie shop down the road!!

Small but nice. Quiet, friendly staff. Seemed to be well-kept. I would say the only thing I didn't like was being charged for visitors who stopped for dinner. I would understand if someone came with an extra car overnight but a two hour visit was $10. Other than that, nice place.

The front desk was very helpful during our stay. We had to come a few days late, and they adjusted our stay so we did not have to pay for extra days. The campgrounds were very nice, large spaces, and a lot of greenery and shade. The restrooms are also very clean!

We had a wonderful stay. Awesome location. Baths were excellent. Granddaughter loved fishing caught 5.5 as she says 1 got away!! Also, panning or mining for fossils and gems and sharks teeth was a winner for her!! Got 2 arrow heads too. Tony was awesome and very friendly and a HARD worker making sure everybody was comfortable. We love love Holiday KOA !!! (don't forget the homemade pie store)

We love the staff and facilities. Only drawback for us was being on lot B37. It is small and has no privacy due to all the traffic passing on both sides. It is noisy and too close to both entrance and exit traffic. We did not enjoy it.

Your entire staff deserves kudos. From welcome to departure during our four day stay they were all very friendly and helpful. We had stayed at this site about five or six years ago and found several upgrades to the grounds on this return. Am glad we had reserved a patio site as I am sure we would not have liked the all gravel sites. Maybe after a summer or two of wear they will flatten down.

This is a fantastic campground. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and maintained grounds. Bathhouses were super clean but made for under 200 lbs. individuals. Over 200 lbs. and your comfort level is not the greatest. Internet is typical RV park internet and Verizon signal is not good at all. If you wish to disconnect and get away, this is perfect place to do it.

The owners are always visible around the park, making sure the campground is in tip-top shape! The camp hosts are friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed there 3 times, and will be back!

Very nice. Bad parts: Family complained about trouble with cable tv not being clear and weak WIFI signal, yeah well its camping not glamping. GOOD parts: Bath house was very clean, everyone was friendly and quiet hours were actually quiet. Liked the escort to site and grounds were very nice.

This was our first time staying at a KOA, and I hope they are all this great! We booked a tent site, which was situated right next to the fishing pond. The site had water, electricity, and a tent pad to setup. The staff was extremely nice both at check-in and during our stay, bringing us firewood and making sure everything was good. My only notes are that the bathroom facilities are up a hill from the tent sites and a little trek... plus the tents are close to the road so the traffic noise can be a bit much. Overall, a great location, great employees, and great facility. If we make it back to this area, I would definitely stay here again.
