Staff accommodated our last minute reservation, which was greatly appreciated. Restrooms were clean. Campsite was fine. Our only complaint, for our very brief stay, is the noise from the highway, trains, rooster, and louder than anywhere we've stayed birds. None of these can be helped, but definitely made sleep difficult.

The grounds were super beautiful and well maintained. Cleanest Koa bathrooms I've ever used. Best feature: guard kitties. It was rough in a tent since the site is right next to a highway. That was poor planning on my part, but I wouldn't recommend it to a friend planning to stay in a tent.

This was an extremely great place to stay! Heather could NOT have been any nicer, helpful or more accommodating. The indoor pool was awesome and bathrooms and showers were clean, clean, clean! The store had everything available we needed from pool toys, to drinks to post cards � The ONLY thing I could say anything negative about is the noise from the highway that is very noticeable all night.

The people were very nice and helpful, only thing is the nearby highway for tent campers. I feel like a cabin or a trailer wouldnt have a problem with the noise and would injoy it very much.

Staff were very nice and grass tent area was also nice. The low rating is mostly because of the noise from traffic.

The office staff was very kind to work with us as we were a very late arrival. They even phoned to update our tent site as someone had camped on our site. We appreciated the extra 10 minutes of swimming in the pool. Thank you!

Staff at this KOA were very nice and helpful, and facilities are clean. I Would recommend it, but not for tent camping. There is a ton of road noise being next to a highway AND a train track that doesn't have a no-horn zone, and it comes through about twice a night. In addition to that, there's also some resident roosters, but they're cool (no lawn bug problems with them around)

Lady at the register was very helpful and nice at my check-in. The store ran out of hot dog buns so she gave me her personal. So sweet.

The tent camp was not level and the grass was missing in areas. There is not enough parking for tent spots. People came in late and were loud until 1:30am

The staff was really nice and the area was very clean. Family friendly with the playground and pool. The tent sites are right next to the highway and the railroad so there is a lot of noise at all hours.

We stayed a single night at KOA in Lubbock while traveling through. Perfect location, staff was very friendly and Campground was very clean.
