We like to travel a lot every year, KOA’s are some of the better run places. Good clean bathrooms and showers are very important to us. This one did not disappoint us at all. Very friendly staff.

The Lubbock Koa is standard and a good stop on the way home or out of Texas. We usually rent the cabins for 1 night. Our teenager loves the indoor pool. The facilities are a bit dated but it’s clean so I have no problem with it. On hot days the Cabins tend to be hot so just keep that in mind but It’s Texas so it will be hot!

The camp ground is getting run down. Fence falling down picnic table benches are falling apart.

All the staff was friendly went above and beyond to accommodate... Cindy even offered to use her chairs for the duration of the stay

The park seems old with quite a few long term occupants, but it was clean, had all the KOA amenities and the people in the office were very friendly. Good park, just needs a little cleanup of the scruffy grounds.

I've stopped at the Lubbock KOA a few times while traveling west, it's okay for an overnight stay. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. Typical cabin nothing fancy. Restrooms as dated but always clean. Price is reasonable.

It was ok! Site was little w a broken picnic table. Men’s toilet seat broken. Maintenance lacking. Otherwise, ok for an overnight stay. Would choose a different koa next time

Lovely site, friendly and very helpful hosts. Unfriendly cat �. We were in a motorhome, we used Uber to get into town. Site was quiet and very well kept. Well stocked shop.

The reason for the lower rating were the toilets in the the men’s restroom. First the toilets are extremely low, making it hard for me (a 70 year old man with a recent hip replacement) to get up as there are no ADA bars to help up. Second, both toilets need repairs. One has a broken tank lid. The second was not properly bolted to the floor and the tank wouldn’t refill after you flushed it.

great wifi!! host in office very nice!! got a pull thru under a tree. so hot out - 108. so stayed inside and streamed. thanks for upgrading your wifi!!

The staff were friendly.The pool was nice and refreshing and hot tub was great after a long drive. would definitely stay here again!

Truthfully it’s probably one of the oldest and least maintained of the many KOA’s we’ve stayed at. Super short pull through with less than adequate parking. Overall, it needs a major upgrade.

The people that work there are so awesome especially the lady at the counter. We had some things go wrong with our camper and they didn't hesitate to help with whatever we needed. Also didn't hesitate to jump my daughter's truck off when it didn't start that morning. Best koa hands down.

My time in the campground was fine. No issues encountered. Except the railroad tracks and a main highway running right by the campground.

I stayed in a nice cabin, and there were no issues of any consequence. It was very convenient to have a bathroom in the cabin, and I parked right outside the front door.

Great amenities. Laundry room is accessible. Good amount of parking for RV and 2 vehicles. Very spacious

I have to tell ya folks, we've stayed here before and we'll stay here time and time again, as we always get a warm welcome, service excellence and kindness to boot! The only thing that needs a tiny bit of attention is the bench in the dog park, but these star service professionals and their quality of service outshine a little needed touch up! :) Thanks for all you do to continuously make our visits accomodating and enjoyable! 😃
