My time in the campground was fine. No issues encountered. Except the railroad tracks and a main highway running right by the campground.

I stayed in a nice cabin, and there were no issues of any consequence. It was very convenient to have a bathroom in the cabin, and I parked right outside the front door.

Very stress free. Had to stay past checkout a little bit and they were great to work with me. I have stayed several times and they are always great!!!

Great stay from the first. The helpful lady at the check in desk was friendly and listened to our request for a little shade. Very accommodating. The bath.rooms were spotless!

When I tried to call ahead to check on availability no one answered, I left a message and no one returned my call. Upon our arrival to the KOA, it appeared to be in disrepair. The lady manning the desk was friendly and helpful. However, the entire campground was in need of repairs. It was a significant amount of trash along the fence closest to the highway, fences were broken and lying on the grou

Staff is always nice and friendly. KL2 air conditioner is too loud and did not adequately cool room though. Thank you.

Friendly staff but facility needs repair and maintenance especially to parking and roads rain had it like a mud field. There is NO handicap parking or hand bars in bathroom. Wheelchairs or walkers could not be used in this KOA. Well below KOA standards

Accommodated our late arrival and had us in a nice pull through spot. Restroom/ Shower facilities are very nice. Gracious staff.

Super friendly staff greeted us and told us about the amenities of not only the park but the best way to get to a gas station the following morning to fill up with gas and get back on the highway.

Had a wonderful time! The park is clean, well maintained and quiet. My pup was with me, and he usually has anxiety in strange places, but he enjoyed the stay as well. There was a dog park that was well kept. We were able to walk around in the mornings and evenings. The staff was very kind and helpful. I look forward to visiting again.

Showers need a small shelf added for soap/shampoo etc - the one outside the curtain is too far and towels get wet when curtain is opened to reach the shelf. The grounds could use some attention, but that could be related to the drought more than anything.

Easy access off the highway, but the facility is older and not in great shape. It was okay for one night, but I would not recommend it for anything more. There were some run down rv’s on the other side of the lot that looked semi permanent.

The staff was nice and helpful. The other campers were nasty and inconsiderate. I had a baseball game going on in the play area behind my trailer. The ball struck my window. None of the four adults present said anything.People crapped in the toilet and left it without flushing. Someone shaved in the sink and left their soap and razor stubble. Lots of adults here with no regard for anyone else.

Staff accommodated our last minute reservation, which was greatly appreciated. Restrooms were clean. Campsite was fine. Our only complaint, for our very brief stay, is the noise from the highway, trains, rooster, and louder than anywhere we've stayed birds. None of these can be helped, but definitely made sleep difficult.

We stayed a single night at KOA in Lubbock while traveling through. Perfect location, staff was very friendly and Campground was very clean.
