Our site 12 near the highway was noisy and not the cleanest. There appeared to be toilet paper debris around the sewer drain. In the men’s bathroom, two of three showers were inoperative. The one that did work had a faulty door. Basic services were functional. I might stay here again but am also looking at other options.

Check in was quick and efficient. Park is located a few miles from any shopping or services in mostly farm land. Can get very dusty. Didn’t use pool or other facilities. Dog park is nice. Gravel sites fairly level. Grass area on most sites. Would stay again.

First time at KOA Journey.... TBH.... Low expectations, especially in Lubbock. Staff were great, sites were clean, everything worked as expected, well lit, and quiet.... I'm use to more space/State Parks but it was comfortable for a week to visit/attend a graduation.

The overall campground needs to be updated. Lots of broken railroad ties around each site. The picnic tables and all in need of replacement most have broken pieces. Don’t even get me started on the bathrooms. Wow never seen such a dirty broken down bathroom at a KOA. The toilets didn’t work most days and the toilet paper was limited most of the time with most stalls being empty.

We’ve stayed at this KOA park a few times and enjoyed it. However this time the hot tub didn’t work and the pool was pretty much out of commission because of swim lessons in the morning and early afternoon.

We stayed one night. Spacious pull through and level spot. It was quiet at night. Nice grassy, shaded dog park. Indoor pool and hot tub. We would stay here again.

The campground is great! Nice clubhouse, clean restrooms, and friendly staff. The only downside was the trains that blew their horns multiple times a night. If you can sleep through that, you’re golden. If not… bring something to help you sleep �Ϝ. Recommend and would stay again.

We stay at this KOA whenever we are passing through Lubbock. It's always clean and well maintained. The only drawback is that it is very close to the highway and the railroad tracks.

Good stop over place with plenty of amenities. Well cared for with level, hard packed gravel sites and clean. Pool and hot tub are indoors.

This is a very well kept up KOA. You can tell it’s a pass-through for many travelers and the sites don’t have much to them, but the gravel was compact and level, and everything was very clean. Their check-in process was expedited as they were ready for us to come in with our papers upon arrival, and we were allowed to proceed quickly right to our sites ourselves.

Nice campground, well maintained. Very accommodating when we needed an extra night due to winter weather. Nice indoor pool, clean showers. Our site was large enough for our 42' 5th wheel and maneuvering through the campground was easy.

This KOA really needs to be totally renovated. Office has a bad odor when you walk through the door. Pool ladder was broken and roped off. Clutter everywhere. Ceiling tiles in pool area old. Vents rusty. Walls dirty. I would never go back there again!

The staff is nice and willing to help. I was very surprised to receive a phone call from the staff a few hours after checking out to make sure I was happy with my stay and most importantly to thank me for choosing them. WOW!!

We stayed a single night at KOA in Lubbock while traveling through. Perfect location, staff was very friendly and Campground was very clean.
