Park was easy to access. The staff was both pleasant to deal with and very accommodating. The Park was quiet & relaxing, so we extended our stay from one night to three.

Spent one restful night. We appreciated that the store was open late, and also early so we could stock up before hitting the road. Staff and grounds were wonderful, toilets and showers spotless. One suggestion: update the toilets. In the women's restroom, they often wouldn't fill and the stopper would stick. I had to take the tank lid off to get it to work. Overall a good stop.

We had a good in a nice spacious camp site. All the people we met were warm and friendly. I doubt we will ever return to this area, but if we do, I would certainly consider another stay here.

The people are very friendly and the place was clean. There was plenty of area to walk dogs. A nice stop on our route.

This is an old KOA that hasn’t kept up with modern rvs and their sizes. Sure we have a space for your 45’ motorhome towing a truck. No need to unhitch. So what do they do put you in a pull thru and let your vehicle stick out in the main drive way. Lots of permanent residents and a lady in a white suv drives fast coming in and out. Grass needed mowing moving what little there was. Never again

Stayed there numerous times. Great service and nice place to camp. It’s in a great location on the outskirts of Lubbock.

The only difficulty we had was that there was often no attendant and no way of checking in with our one. When an attendant did show, she was very polite and accommodating. We had a nice overnight stay. Would definitely go back again.

I booked only about 2 hours in advance. When I arrived they were ready for me. The ++ is the Host said, "I see you're in van, would you like me to move you to a shaded site". i said, "YES"! I've stayed in several KOAs this summer. and added a "special request" for a shaded site. No other campground even read my request. I gave up requesting - and didn't on this res. This Host gets vanLife!

Super impressed with every aspect of a 3 night stay. We have a 22 ft. travel trailer & selected a pull-through site with water/electric. We found this KOA is to be thoughtfully laid out/organized. The bathroom/bath house were impeccably clean. We did not utilize, but there are other amenities, such as a pool & laundry facilities. Check in was super simple,and the staff were friendly and welcoming

We just came overnight but the staff on the phone that took reservation as well as the staff in the office were super helpful, kind and so so energetic:) The campground was super clean including K-9 area and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. Lots of things to do there indoor pool and a very nice playground. Already posted about KOA Lubbock on your FB page after we left because I was so pleased

Friendly staff. We pulled in late afternoon after a long drive day/time change and she changed our site number to give up more space. Greatly appreciated. Campground was clean and quiet and met all of our needs.

We liked the location of this campground and it was a good stop for us on the way to Colorado. Unfortunately, the flies were TERRIBLE making it a challenge when eating. Not sure why the flies were so bad, but we would have enjoyed our stay more had they not been more under control. On a good note, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very nice place to stay. It was our first time RVing, and the staff was very kind and helpful. The pool, bathrooms/showers and campground were all well kept and clean. Overall, highly recommended.

Stopped for one night only, and asked for a spot near the restrooms. We had a beautiful shaded spot directly behind the store and swimming pool which our kids used that evening, and again the next morning before we left. Thanks to those who placed us in such a good spot for us, and for the beautiful plants and flowers which adorned the office area.

It is very convenient but not much more than that. The bathrooms are in need of a gut job and the air fresheners in there were suffocating. The front desk staff is courteous and professional.

We did enjoy staying at the KAO in Lubbock, staff was very nice and friendly. The Big..Big issue is your men's restroom. The toilets are very small round old toilets, please upgrade them to Modern oblong toilets. Mybe the thinking here is that oh well most people have toilets in their RVs. Not everyone has a fully equipped RV's. Also no GRAB BARS in the stalls or Showers. Please add Grab Bars!

We stayed a single night at KOA in Lubbock while traveling through. Perfect location, staff was very friendly and Campground was very clean.
