The staff are so friendly!!! The pool was spotless clean and clear!!! The bathhouses are kept clean. Perfect place to take our grand daughter for a quick weekend get away!!!

A Good KOA by most standards. However, the lot spacing was a little bit questionable. The Trees on the roads NEED serious trimming, to avoid hitting with tall RV's. One problem on my site, #5, was a power problem. I was getting a Power Surge on one of my 50 Amp Legs, indicating 128 volts and the other Leg of the 50 Amp was at 120 volts. This should be checked by the Park!

The staff gets high marks for recommending Shane of P2 RV Services for coming to my rescue in changing a tire along side the road, not too far from your Lubbock location. You went ahead and confirmed a site long before I arrived that nite. Again Thank you KOA.

very nice place, needs some TLC on the trees at the entrance ( narrow entrance with the trees as they will rub your rv sides if its a MH) and around other areas of the park. My MH is only 12' 6" in height and it managed to rub the trees coming in and out of the park. Very nice staff and everything else is what you would expect!

Warm and friendly folks on our stay! Really nice pool area and landscaping! Had pretty much all we needed. KOA site did not show our reservation on app but we had confirmation in email. I would recommend this park!

Although the staff is VERY nice, I would be hard pressed to say this is a typical KOA. It's a long-term residential campground that is unkempt and full of animal feces. It's also right on the highway, so very loud. If this is the only KOA you've stayed at, please give another location a try! Usually they're spectacular!!! A Law Enforcement Officer lives on site, so at least we're safe.

It was a clean & quiet park. The restroom is the only issue, with the toilets not flushing, it was disgusting & the overpowering smell of Pinesol.

- [ ] Reverse polarity on electric pole in #19 space-moved us to another site - [ ] No code lock on shower/restroom door. - [ ] WiFi is terrible. - [ ] Old junky trailers in the back, with grass underneath. - [ ] None of the womens’ toilets worked and had been used anyway. - [ ] Painted surfaces in restrooms can’t be sanitized properly. Needs laminate countertops.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Lubbock KOA. We have stayed there quite a few times and it has always been good. The grounds are kept neat and clean and it was quiet at night. We always stop there with our Airstream on our way to Santa Fe, NM and will continue to do so. We know what we can expect. Bonnie & Michael Stanley

Stay was ok, however my tag vehicle that was being towed behind my motorcoached had the gas siphoned out overnight. I called to inform the park the following day after departure and was told that management would look into the cameras and get back with me. I never received a response...

The person who took my call and checked me in was super friendly and nice. The park is a bit run down, especially the dog area. Average place for RV camps but a little lower quality than I expect from KOA.

Really liked the fact that the dog areas are grass, unlike many in AZ & NM that are rock and dirt. It was not the fault of the KOA, but some campers there did not pick up their pet poop, leaving land mines to dodge. Very neat and well kept overall.

We stayed a single night at KOA in Lubbock while traveling through. Perfect location, staff was very friendly and Campground was very clean.
