Facilities were average. Bathrooms were clean. Laundry prices were expensive & machines were fussy. Nice to have a pool which was decent. The worst part was the loud traffic behind the campground campground.

Tranquility. By a stroke of good luck, we found ourselves in a secluded spot, far removed from the other campers. Another couple was staying right next to us. We had a magnificent evening. And what can I say about the laundry facilities? My partner told me that your washing machines worked like a charm.

The KOA itself was very quiet. The location was unfortunately very loud (close to highway and train tracks). A full fence around it would be helpful for noise and security (very large gaps along the highway!). The restrooms need improvement. Why are the doors so short? Barely any privacy. Floors need to be redone. But they were kept clean. Would likely stay again if I was in the area.

Always stay here when in Lubbock visiting family. Enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub, clean bathrooms, hot showers, clean camp sites, propane for sale on-site.

Overall, everything was great. The only thing we ran into was the road noise from the spot that we were staying at, had trouble sleeping as it’s a pretty busy road.

We were in lot 13 for one night. If we were staying longer we would have asked to move as it is close to the highway and there is large truck traffic and trains that go by throughout the night. We loved that we were right next to the dog park as we had our puppy with us. The lot was level, all utilities worked well and we had a shade tree over the picnic table.

Staff were welcoming and nice when we arrived. Site was clean and the dog park was very clean! Wifi was good as well. I would recommend for a stay while you are in the area. We were not fortunate enough to utilize the pool and hot tub though.

Very nice people handling things. Appears to have some full timers. No frills Sites and most were length constrained and dictated a vehicle disconnect. Sites were level and clean gravel. Good connections. Good night lighting. Bathroom showers need updating and could be cleaner. All in all good place for 1 night stopover.

The place was full of mud. We had to walk through mud to get anywhere. It was like that two years ago and many changed. Person at desk was friendly and helpful. Will not stay there again. They need to spend some money on maintenance.

We tried 5 different pullthru sites and could not find one with good power. Our onboard energy management management system kept giving us error messages and very low voltages on one leg and super high on the other. Our mh requires 50a. Anyway, we ended up using genny and converter for power and left right away next morning. Beware that kind of power coming in will ruin your onboard appliances.

Enjoyable normal KOA campground. Exceptionally clean but old bathrooms. Typical gravel and normal width sites.

It was easy to secure the site. Check in was a breeze. Camp site was gravel and level.

The KOA is well kept as most of them are. The restrooms are in need of some updating but all in all comfortable place to stay.

I always give KOAs five stars, but this one was really a disappointment. I can't even say that you're on gravel because it's ROCKS. Large, sharp, pointy, landscaping rocks. I twisted my ankle on the first day. The office, laundry room, and store reek of Lysol/pine cleaner so bad it made me sick. (Diluted bleach is cheaper and less noxious.) Ugh. No pavement. Sorry, but do better.

Heather was great at the front desk. She was very accommodating. We arrived when it was already dark. We told her it was our very first trip in our trailer, and a little new to backing it up. She offered a pull through site to make it easier for us. Thank you Heather! It’s the little gestures that will make us come back, next time we’re going through Lubbock. Aldo, it was nice and clean.
