We have stayed at Lubbock KOA four times this year and a minimum of two times per year in the past. Older but well maintained. Hospitality is second to none! We always stay here on our way to visit family and friends in Texas. We will be back again next year!

The Campground is clean and nice. However the noise level of the highway and trains are unbearable! We did not have a good night sleep! Staff that we dealt with was very nice for check in We did not check out the bathroom & shower facilities, so I cannot comment on them. Dog park was nice despite some inconsiderable dog owners not picking up after their pets.

Cindy @Lubbock KOA Journey has been amazing! She has worked tirelessly/friendly to help us jump into a cancellation. We're in town for every Texas Tech game & enjoy KOA so much more than a couple of others. 1 of the others has a very bad infestation of stickers over their entire camp. Journey doesn't! I'm certain the EXTREME heat has been hard to take but the grass is brown now. But we'll be back

We did not feel secure there. No fences. No coded locks for ladies shower/restroom. Someone we were not sure of was hanging around for hours with only a backpack. He happened to walk within inches of the lady that checked us in, so I asked if he was staying there. She replied that she never saw him pass by her! Woke up to "car campers" just a few feet from us. This is not what we expect from KOA.

I entered the address on the KOA website, but it took me to 3 different places. None of which were KOA or even camp sites. I then entered koa in Lubbock, and it took me right to the KOA

The people are extremely nice, the bathrooms are great. They accommodated us to make sure there was a tree and a small bit of grass for our toy poodles. Gravel sites.

Friendly staff but needs to be updated to the level of the other KOA's. Tables were very weathered and so splintery we could not use it.

The site is very run down with a number of older units, paid extra for a shaded spot that didn’t offer shade until 6-7 pm a couple of the dumpsters were over flowing, the staff were pleasant but you need to update your pictures to accurate reflect the condition.

Nice camp ground, but it was very hot in Lubbock. Hard to sleep with all of the large trucks driving in and around campground.

Both toilets in the men’s room were broken. The manager blamed it on Boy Scouts who had stayed there recently. The hole for the black water disposal at our site was only 3 inches, so none of our adapters would fit. We couldn’t dispose of our black water. Awful stay. Should NOT be a KOA campground.

Just 1 night over night passing through. Only issue I had was long term tenants need to keep their are free of debris.

We stayed here on our last night of our trip on our way home. We got to visit with a couple of our kids and grandson. It was a nice and quite KOA.

Nice campground with everything you expect from a KOA: a level site, full hookups, convenient location and friendly staff! A nice plus is the grocery store in the camp which had the products we needed to save our dinner (butter for our corn on the cob and ketchup for our hot dogs).

I stayed at one their cabins and found it to be comfortable even though it appears somewhat aged. The cabin did provide a comfortable place to stay and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained.
