Great campground, convenient location, clean restrooms and showers. We had to extend our stay and the staff was very accommodating and friendly every time we went to the office.

We had a problem getting the sewage cap off at our site. The woman at the front desk lent us a vice grip which helped us immensely. Good people skills. Beautiful indoor pool at that campground.

Although our visit was a one night stop, we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The RV park appeared to be well maintained and clean.

Above average KOA. Cleverly located on a hillside with nice scenic views of Las Cruses &the mountains. Staff excellent & helpful. Facilities clean, operational and functional. Will remember this location for return stops.

We were greeted with a very nice staff member and the check-in was fast and easy. Overall, our disappointment was really with the campsite specifically. We had higher expectations and were comparing the Lubbock KOA Journey to the Santa Fe KOA Journey since we had just come from Santa Fe. Honestly, it was OK since it was primarily a one night stay as we traveled back to Dallas.

Facilities were clean and had all that we needed for our stay. The staff was AWESOME, would definitely stay again.

Attractive well maintained campground with trees and gravel. Sites/roads not well defined. Lots of mostly level FHU sites. A few sites enough to stay hooked up. Power and water stable. Lots of WiFi extenders but not strong WiFi. On NW side of Lubbock easy to get to off Hwy 87 or loop 289 Nice place to stay - will stay again.

Sites are very tight for big rigs. Our spot did not allow us to stay connected even though we requested a pull thru. Our toad had to be tucked in along side of our MH blocking our use of the outside area. More consideration should be paid to the info provided at the time of booking.

Overall the campground is nicely kept and staff are friendly. Only real complaint is it is a very noisy site. Did not get much sleep. Being near major highways is not within their control, but the trash pickup service came in at 5:30am with a very loud and annoying backup beep (more like a wailing alarm). Surely they can get with the service and schedule pick up at a better time.

Excellent welcome by staff and a nice level spot. Wifi was too slow to stream but cellphone coverage was good on AT&T and my Patriot Mobile Hotspot

We stayed one night. We were greeted by Heather. The campground was clean and provided many amenities. Heather and all the staff were very friendly.

All utilities worked ok. The rear of the campsite was covered in dog crap. Apparently the neighbors on site 42 keep their dogs on a cable and are free to relieve themselves in the adjacent site. Very unpleasant to have to walk around all the crap and it stunk so badly, we couldn’t sit outside in the evening.

Convenient to the interstate. The indoor pool and hot tub were a welcome relief from a day of travel. Staff was pleasant. Everything was great!

Very nice folks in the front office. However, the park itself seemed a bit rundown and quite dusty—although there WAS a burn ban in effect!

Camp host who checked us was excellent, a good ambassador for your organization. The pool was enjoyable and really impressed with all the amenities such games and things for the kids to do.

Very level sites, nice hospitable staff. Our friends stayed there 1 week before us and bit of us notice the smell of sewer or septic system in the air

The camp ground was OK. However the septic stinks. When you hook up to dump the smell back flows into your camper and even outside. Also the WiFi is bad. The connection cuts in and out. Can't use it for your TV or computer it cuts out. Very weak.

We stayed a single night at KOA in Lubbock while traveling through. Perfect location, staff was very friendly and Campground was very clean.
