Staff was friendly and sites were level. KOA could use a little updates, especially in the bathrooms. Clean, but updates are needed.

Easy to find, check in was a breeze got to the site very level was hooked up quickly. Great for the overnight stop. Only downside was the traffic noise but when you're tired from driving you'll sleep through anything.

This a very nice place to stay on our way from California to Texas. Easy reservations, clean bathrooms and showers. This is our 3rd time visiting and will be back.

It was a basic koa but the noisiest campground. The Interstate and railroad were right there. We'd stay again but only 1 night.

Smelled like sewage, lots of highway noise, sites were rocks, and definitely nothing special.

Facilities are aging out. Septic aroma. Useful as a stop over, but certainly not a destination. Staff is fine, our late arrival materials were waiting for us. No functional dump station, must rent a sewer site.

Good two night stay. Was unexpected, but weather caused us to do some rerouting. Friendly staff and clean grounds & bathrooms. Hot shower was great. Our spot was basically level. We weren't bothered by the hwy or occasional train, but might not be true for tent campers. Would stay again. Good location and close to a lot of activities.

It’s a fine KOA. Would like to see gravel or something to help with the dirt. Also, walking our dogs, there was a lot of poop not picked up by others.

This is the nicest KOA we have stayed at by far. The owners are very welcoming, easy to talk to and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The park is clean, the bathrooms are spotless and the wifi has a strong signal. The indoor pool and hot tub are a plus. We definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Great stay for a one night stop over. I asked for a flat site as we were not planning to unhook our RV. The office was very accommodating and friendly to my request.

Everything was clean. Employees were friendly and more than helpful. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Conveniently located off the highway and close to many amenities. Highway noise at night was the only down side.

Stayed for 2 days. Very helpful staff. The lower rating was due to the hot tub being out of order, as it was when we traveled through a month before.

We had a very nice stay at the Lubbock KOA in March of 2025. It's conveniently located, right off the highway and within a short drive to town. The staff was helpful. There are laundry facilities with one commercial washer, three regular washers (one out of order) and four dryers. There is some road noise and a train track across the highway, so there is some noise from that. Would stay again.

We were 3 days later than planned getting to this destination. Truck troubles. Each time I called and pushed the reservation, they were so kind and understanding. One less thing to stress about. Very nice KOA. Indoor pool would be a highlight for kiddos! Fenced K9 large and well kept. Easy freeway access. Enjoyable stay

Stayed one night and did not unhook. Campground is one large gravel parking lot. Restrooms were clean. Okay for one night stop over.

We stayed a single night at KOA in Lubbock while traveling through. Perfect location, staff was very friendly and Campground was very clean.
