Super friendly staff greeted us and told us about the amenities of not only the park but the best way to get to a gas station the following morning to fill up with gas and get back on the highway.

We always book this stop on our way and from our summer vacation destination. The staff is friendly, the park is clean, and the WiFi works well.

Had a wonderful time! The park is clean, well maintained and quiet. My pup was with me, and he usually has anxiety in strange places, but he enjoyed the stay as well. There was a dog park that was well kept. We were able to walk around in the mornings and evenings. The staff was very kind and helpful. I look forward to visiting again.

Showers need a small shelf added for soap/shampoo etc - the one outside the curtain is too far and towels get wet when curtain is opened to reach the shelf. The grounds could use some attention, but that could be related to the drought more than anything.

Easy access off the highway, but the facility is older and not in great shape. It was okay for one night, but I would not recommend it for anything more. There were some run down rv’s on the other side of the lot that looked semi permanent.

The staff was nice and helpful. The other campers were nasty and inconsiderate. I had a baseball game going on in the play area behind my trailer. The ball struck my window. None of the four adults present said anything.People crapped in the toilet and left it without flushing. Someone shaved in the sink and left their soap and razor stubble. Lots of adults here with no regard for anyone else.

Very accommodating for our Bluebonnet Travelers RV rally. Everything worked well and we enjoyed the inside pool and hot tub.

The toilets in the mens bathroom need to be replaced. You don't have to do both at the same time to save money.

We stayed 3 days for a graduation. The grounds could have been cleaner and no shade. Easy in and out however and central to what we were there for. People friendly but the pool wasnt open. Something about the dates, ??? Thats not a biggie with us as we dont use the swimming pool or spa but it wasnt open for others. Plant some shade.

The staff was wonderful. We had our Blue Bonnet Rally at Lubbock KOA. They did not have a rally hall, but we still had a great time.

The campground was clean, convenient, safe, and relatively quiet. The birds were quite noisy, however! Flowers around the camp were beautiful. I rated it only three stars because the picnic table boards were very warped making sitting on the benches uncomfortable and balancing plates on the table nearly impossible. One of the toilets and none of the electrical outlets worked in the women’s room.

I love this campground. The staff is so accommodating. The dog park is popular and the road noise is loud. We loved it.

We had an excellent stay. We arrived just as she was closing the office for the day. She didn’t skip a beat, went back into full customer service mode. Made us feel welcome, pointed out where things were and asked if we needed anything from the store before she finished closing. Bathrooms and showers were clean, plenty of hot water available. The Lubbock KOA is clean and friendly. They even remembered my rig when I returned four days later and had my packet ready. Other KOAs I have visited have newer, more updated bathrooms/showers. The showers are small and old; otherwise, I would give it a five-star review.

We stayed a single night at KOA in Lubbock while traveling through. Perfect location, staff was very friendly and Campground was very clean.
