The bathroom didn’t have soap, didn’t know I had to bring my own soap. Had to walk to main bathroom to wash hands after using bathroom in the cabin

Pleasant from start to finish, personnel and environment. Trains were not noticed during the night but maybe that’s just an indication that I was REALLY tired. I’ve stayed here for many trips back and forth from home to destinations east or west.

First time we stayed it was great and clean, this last visit the cabin needed a way better cleaning. Febreeze isn't pinesaw or pledge.

First time trying KOA. We stayed in a Deluxe cabin and enjoyed it very much. I can say that we liked staying at KOA much better than a hotel. Why? Freedom and relaxation. We enjoyed parking right next to our cabin and in the evenings sitting on the porch, relaxing, talking, and having a beer or cocktail. Hotels have their place, but if given a choice, we'll now look into a KOA cabin first.

My dog and I stayed in a cabin at the Lubbock, KOA and we had a wonderful relaxing time. Exactly what I needed. I enjoyed speaking with the staff who was exceptionally accommodating and helpful when I had a situation. (I hope your son had luck with the dog food recipe). The local barbecue that’s open on Monday nights (most aren’t) had exceptionally delicious brisket delivered quickly by DoorDa

Host was very nice. The mattress covers on the cabin bed were disgustingly dirty and stained. Felt like being in a flea bag motel. Disappointing.

I love to stay at all the koa's during my travels. The only thing about this particular koa is the plug in air fresheners and I am highly sensitive.

Everyone was friendly and the campground was kept clean to a high standard. The cabin was very nice and was exactly what my son and I needed for our time in TX.

I was passing through Lubbock on one of the coldest nights this winter on a cross-country road trip/move. I had been camping, but the weather meant I needed a cabin for the night. I called ahead and they were kind enough to make sure the heat was turned up and ready for my after-hours arrival. The cabin was comfortable, clean, and I felt safe the whole time. Thanks for a great stay!

Love the Lubbock KOA! Staff is always welcoming and cabins ready and clean. Love the indoor pool and spa. The only (minor) downside is the Wi-Fi- slow/poor connectivity.

When my heater did not work in a deluxe cabin the staff repaired it within an hour of my report. Nice upgrades to pet area with real grass, new toys and a base for the bench.

Everyone was great and so accommodating. KOA housing was cozy, comfortable and very clean. I highly recommend staying at the KOA .

Cabin was the cheapest and only one available. We’ve stayed in this type of cabin for a quick overnight in our travels. What made this one bad was location. Its rear wall was around 200 feet from a major highway and Train passing. Little room shook with noise on a constant traveling tractors and train horns blowing. Didn’t sleep at all. Mattress was like laying on cardboard wrapped in plastic.

Room was good but, top bunk had cracker crumbs and dog hair on spread. Didn’t use that bed. Bottom bunk had dog smell. Sprayed with our antiseptics covered with our sheet and slept on it.

Stayed in camping cabin. Mattress extremely hard. Recommend to bring a mattress topper. There is a TV, fan, a/c, and portable heater. Cabin was clean. Enjoyed the porch swing. Bathrooms/shower area clean. Campground very quiet. Friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was great. On 9/29/24 my sister and I did a little shopping at the KOA store. The cashier ( I did not get her name) was so nice and friendly. Cindy Lou was nice and friendly with me when I checked out the next day and helped me in booking a reservation for my parents. We love KOA Lubbock and will most definitely return!! I highly recommend them.

We so appreciated being able to rent a cabin with a full bathroom, microwave and refrigerator! If you have pets your choices are so limited on cabins. Plus a queen size bed that was actually comfortable to sleep on. it was also a nice size cabin, we had room to move even with our doggy crate. Thank you so much. Wish all KOA cabins had one like this for capers with pets. Nice and clean also.

Such a cozy cabin. Cool AC to escape the heat, and loved the porch -- sitting outside watching lightning and cool weather next morning. Felt like we could vacation camp while we visited our son in college. Will definitely be back again!

We have stayed there in our RV and also in their camping cabins. It was all good. And the staff has been great in helping us with any of our needs and setting up our reservations, etc. thank you Lubbock KOA!!

I’ve already stayed here in the cabin with bathroom and I love it. The cabin is perfect for me and my kid and our pets. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The place is a perfect halfway point between places I travel to and from. I will always stay here when I pass through and the price iaffordable

We always have a great time at Lubbock KOA. Tables in tent area could stand to be updated but had shade and everything we needed. Staff is so friendly and helpful.

This was my first time staying at a KOA and I really enjoyed it. There was only one thing I found a little annoying it was close to the highway and I could hear the cars.

Good place for an overnight stop. A bit noisy as highway and railroad tracks nearby. Staff was friendly and pool was nice. The restrooms were clean.
