Stayed in two different cabins, clean and quiet. The porch lights do not turn off at night so bring a sleep mask if that’s an issue for you!

Mattress in cabin 1 was horrible. Old spring/mattress needs replacing. In general, we’ve been happy here, but a bad nights sleep wipes that all out.

The so called deluxe cabin did not provide bed sheets or towels. Disappointed in this unit. The other KOA's that we stayed out on this trip to Phoenix Arizona was excellent and provided a better service.

Everything here is great. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and nice. The restrooms were nice and clean. The store has a lot of great choices, the indoor pool is neat, and our kids loved the playground.

I rented a deluxe cabin but no where that I saw on the email or website that I needed my own sheets, towels and toilet paper. We’ve stayed here before in years past and I don’t remember needing to provide these things. Shower was not clean.

The cabin had an odor, ladies shower wouldn't drain properly and the bed was horribly uncomfortable!!! Felt like I was sleeping on wooden frame!

We stayed basic cabin was clean & nice; bathrooms clean but need adult size toilets, dog park great & has light to see at night, people friendly & helpful to find local activities, they have indoor pool awesome,

Had an enjoyable time in the cabin. We have stopped here several times coming and going. Did miss the porch swing but new furniture also nice to relax in. Would be nice to have a screen door. Had one at Raton NM KOA and made it nice to have fresh air coming in plus windows swung out to get a breeze.

We loved the cabin. It was exactly what we hoped it would be. Just two suggestions. A mat in front of the shower to catch water and have somewhere not slippery to step out on and maybe a stick light in the bottom bunk so I could read. Otherwise a super place to stay and we will use again.

Clean and comfortable cabin . Felt safe during big night-time storm. Staff very helpful and friendly. We liked the indoor bathroom in our deluxe cabin. Perfect for us and furbaby.

Everything was clean, the beds were not comfortable at all. No bath mat to keep you from slipping d falling getting out of shower. The lady running the place screamed at me for driving over 5 mph which I wasn’t when I was trying g to park my car.

Cabin stay. Summer in Lubbock requires adequate AC. The cabins are not equipped with sufficient AC and heat up to the high 80’s well into the evening hours. The cabin finally got cool enough around 10 pm to sleep. Maintenance advised there was nothing they could do. A second AC should be added to bunk room. Overall, the entire camp was clean and well maintained. Very nice place.

Love staying at the Luxury cabins. Can leave my little trailer there during the day and not worry about it. It was very hot and the little a/c unit had a difficult time keeping up with the heat, but it was ok. Staff was awesome as always and very helpful. Love the fact that it is dog friendly even though I didn't bring mine. Grounds are keep very clean. Definitely my place to stay in Lubbock.

I had an unfortunate unprofessional experience when I arrived at the site but fortunately I was able to speak with Cody who works there & who graciously facilitated the access to my cabin. I have been staying at KOA since the 70’s and have 2 businesses, so I understand customer service. I would not stay again.

The mattress desperately needs to be replaced. One side must have broken springs, and I kept finding myself rolling towards the edge. Absolutely killed my back the other thing that bothered me was an inability to get the TV to function. No instructions for how to get the cable TV on. I am fairly good with electronics and could never figure it out.

Loved sitting on the porch of our cabin. Check-in was easy. Glad that we could change the date of our stay after our schedule got moved around. If we're ever back in Texas, we'll stop by again.

We felt so welcomed and at home here! The staff and other guests were so friendly. This campground is older, but very clean, it has a homey feel, cats and chickens roaming around. I loved the rooster! There is free coffee in the office, often goodies as well. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing! The bathroom and showers are clean. The laundry room takes your credit card! No scrounging for quarters! The campground was pretty quiet, even with some train and road noise. Would love to come back !

We rented the tent spot so we can sleep in our SUV and the spot was perfect. Hot tub and pool area comfortable and inviting. Owner and her help were so fun to talk to over coffee. Whole park safe, quiet, beautiful and easy in and out. Great job!

Great little no frills campground! Good value. We couldn't figure out online booking, so we just gave them a call. The employee was pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay again. We stayed in one of the two cabins. They are small and staff informed us of this in advance. We were provided a key at the office/small store which operated a deadbolt. Two windows inside, one of which was able to be opened. The floors were dirty unfortunately, so we did some cleaning ourselves. The bed was awful. We didn't sleep well because the "mattress", which would probably pass for a mattress pad, was about 4" thick and plastic with nothing under it. If we stay again, we'll just bring something else rather than bedding only. There was a TV in the cabin which was nice and the a/c, oil heater kept us comfortable. The campground is on the small side but well kept. Even with a full camp, they did a good job of keeping it clean. All gravel. I think there were two dumpsters. Staying in a cabin really helped to keep the traffic noise down. If youre bringing pets, please be aware the "dog park" is very small.. probably 150 square feet. We took advantage of local parks. There were 3 showers and four bathroom stalls in the ladies room. Water was hot. We checked out the pool and it was nice. Everything worked and the space was clean and inviting. Cute decor. Liked that the pool wasn't rectangular and got wider at the deep end. It's small but still nice with a 6 ft depth. There was also a nice medium sized playground with a fair amount of equipment for guests enjoyment.
