A solid Journey KOA. We stayed in the deluxe lodge which served us well. Basic, but clean cabin. Friendly staff who were constantly busy. Definitely some traffic noise. Entrance should have better lighting as the road the campground is on is quite dark.

very nice place, needs some TLC on the trees at the entrance ( narrow entrance with the trees as they will rub your rv sides if its a MH) and around other areas of the park. My MH is only 12' 6" in height and it managed to rub the trees coming in and out of the park. Very nice staff and everything else is what you would expect!

Warm and friendly folks on our stay! Really nice pool area and landscaping! Had pretty much all we needed. KOA site did not show our reservation on app but we had confirmation in email. I would recommend this park!

Overall it was an okay stay but I don't know what kind of cleaning products you use in the cabin, the smell was absolutely so chemically, artificial and horrible, with so many natural cleaning products out there I don't know why people still use the bottom of the barrel chemical stuff, we had to wipe everything down again and throw the doors and windows open for hours before the smell dissipated.

Although the staff is VERY nice, I would be hard pressed to say this is a typical KOA. It's a long-term residential campground that is unkempt and full of animal feces. It's also right on the highway, so very loud. If this is the only KOA you've stayed at, please give another location a try! Usually they're spectacular!!! A Law Enforcement Officer lives on site, so at least we're safe.

It was a clean & quiet park. The restroom is the only issue, with the toilets not flushing, it was disgusting & the overpowering smell of Pinesol.

- [ ] Reverse polarity on electric pole in #19 space-moved us to another site - [ ] No code lock on shower/restroom door. - [ ] WiFi is terrible. - [ ] Old junky trailers in the back, with grass underneath. - [ ] None of the womens’ toilets worked and had been used anyway. - [ ] Painted surfaces in restrooms can’t be sanitized properly. Needs laminate countertops.

Always great staying at the Lubbock KOA! We are becoming regulars. Never had a bad experience there. Staff is great. Just wish they would add a couple more cabins and extend pool hours.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Lubbock KOA. We have stayed there quite a few times and it has always been good. The grounds are kept neat and clean and it was quiet at night. We always stop there with our Airstream on our way to Santa Fe, NM and will continue to do so. We know what we can expect. Bonnie & Michael Stanley

Stay was ok, however my tag vehicle that was being towed behind my motorcoached had the gas siphoned out overnight. I called to inform the park the following day after departure and was told that management would look into the cameras and get back with me. I never received a response...

The person who took my call and checked me in was super friendly and nice. The park is a bit run down, especially the dog area. Average place for RV camps but a little lower quality than I expect from KOA.

Really liked the fact that the dog areas are grass, unlike many in AZ & NM that are rock and dirt. It was not the fault of the KOA, but some campers there did not pick up their pet poop, leaving land mines to dodge. Very neat and well kept overall.

Park was easy to access. The staff was both pleasant to deal with and very accommodating. The Park was quiet & relaxing, so we extended our stay from one night to three.

We stayed a single night at KOA in Lubbock while traveling through. Perfect location, staff was very friendly and Campground was very clean.
