Was there for a family reunion. Staff was very nice and helpful, bathrooms and laundry-room kept clean at all times.

The KOA is nice, but location is a bit out of the way for our normal route. We will likely stay there again though.

Just a pull thru overnight stay due to travel. Nice and clean, but loud due to hwy road rt next to it. And when we stopped to pay to leave, there was no coffee made. No biggie, but would have been nice to have for the road.

We stayed for 1 night on our way to Santa Fe. Our site was a pull through and long enough for our RV and Toad. Clean and easy to maneuver in and out with our rig.

Nice place. One thing, HANDICAP TOILET. I have MS. Hard fir me to sit and get up from short toilets. Should have at least one tall toilet in bathrooms

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. And a mini fridge with a microwave sitting on top isn't a partial kitchen. Have stayed in many KOA's, but will never stay there again. If it had been my first experience in a KOA Kabin I would have avoided KOA in the future.

The whole experience was great, the people are friendly, hook-ups were perfect and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Worst KOA we have stayed at. The staff were not helpful grungy appearance. They gave away our pull through space 2 hours after I was told we had it. I had to back in to a space that had trees in the back of the spot. I had to pull up to clear the trees which made me stick out on the road. The staff told me nothing she could do. I told her I was canceling my membership.

The grounds were super beautiful and well maintained. Cleanest Koa bathrooms I've ever used. Best feature: guard kitties. It was rough in a tent since the site is right next to a highway. That was poor planning on my part, but I wouldn't recommend it to a friend planning to stay in a tent.

I booked my reservation six months earlier and requested site 26. However, they did not keep my #26 reservation. Very disappointing

Overall, I was satisfied with the stay. Recommend the bathrooms be upgraded (specifically taller toilets). There were a few muddy spots on the east side roadway.

The staff are so friendly!!! The pool was spotless clean and clear!!! The bathhouses are kept clean. Perfect place to take our grand daughter for a quick weekend get away!!!

A Good KOA by most standards. However, the lot spacing was a little bit questionable. The Trees on the roads NEED serious trimming, to avoid hitting with tall RV's. One problem on my site, #5, was a power problem. I was getting a Power Surge on one of my 50 Amp Legs, indicating 128 volts and the other Leg of the 50 Amp was at 120 volts. This should be checked by the Park!

The staff gets high marks for recommending Shane of P2 RV Services for coming to my rescue in changing a tire along side the road, not too far from your Lubbock location. You went ahead and confirmed a site long before I arrived that nite. Again Thank you KOA.

We stayed a single night at KOA in Lubbock while traveling through. Perfect location, staff was very friendly and Campground was very clean.
