Great cabin and super friendly staff! Wonderful pool, ping pong, picnic table, grill, and hot tub. The only slight negative is there is a buggy smell inside the cabin that I could not identify what it was. Otherwise, all perfect! :-) Family oriented place.

Very close to highway and the road noise was terrible. WI FI service is poor and gave up trying to use it. The people were very nice tho.

We stay here all the time for games. The staff feel like family and we have our Favorite spot. #73 :-)

We only stayed one night because we were passing through town. We needed some exercise after a 10 hr drive and enjoyed the indoor pool and ping pong table. Appreciated the clean Bathrooms. Would stop here again. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Basically, the big issue was is too noisy because of the traffic on the road. I did not sleep all night due to the noise of tractor trailers, and all kinds of traffic.

Quickly made my reservation online the day before I stayed and was quickly checked in. The site was clean and level. I would stay here again.

Campground seems improved since other reviews but a little more TLC could go a long way. Toilets were clean which is a plus anywhere you stay but replacing them or fixing them so they flush on first try would be nice. Keeping residence responsible for keeping there area clean, weeded would also be a bonus and review scare would be higher. Staff was very nice, kind and helpful.

We are full timers and have stay in a lot of KOA's. The lady that checked us in was the nicest check in person of all the KOA's we've stayed in. Lubbock Wins.

We didn’t mind the stay the park was clean and bathrooms were ok. But it is next to a busy street and highway so traffic noise was loud all through the night. But we would stay there again. We felt safe and that’s what is important.

Heather was very accommodating and helped us in every way possible. She and her daughter were extremely friendly, courteous, and well-versed on the local scene. We always look for people like her when we travel the country. The reason I did not give a higher rating is there were a lot of dead branches hanging over the road, and no matter how wide I turned I still scratched the side of my motorhome

We just stayed there over night so we never had a chance to use the restroom and shower but everybody was very friendly the only thing that was bad was the WiFi other than that we would stay there again thanks

Very nice but the outside porch light was always on and couldn’t be shut off. So you couldn’t go out at night and relax on the porch. I was staying in a cabin. The cabin was wonderful

Our thanks to the owner, Matt, for his helping us to be able to check in and out. Very professional, friendly and helpful team he has working for him. They made out stay in Lubbock very peaceful. I highly recommend this KOA.

The reservation was smooth and perfect. We arrived late, but our space was ready and of the ideal length, so we didn't have to unhook to set up for our one-night stay. The spaces are level. We have stayed here many times, usually for one-night at a time, and love it. The desk folks have always been the friendliest and most helpful.

This park is well located to make getting not it an ease. The park is well maintained and Heather is always a pleasure to see. Happy Birthday Heather!! In addition the restrooms and shower area are very clean and always well maintained.

We stayed a single night at KOA in Lubbock while traveling through. Perfect location, staff was very friendly and Campground was very clean.
