I love this campground. The staff is so accommodating. The dog park is popular and the road noise is loud. We loved it.

We had an excellent stay. We arrived just as she was closing the office for the day. She didn’t skip a beat, went back into full customer service mode. Made us feel welcome, pointed out where things were and asked if we needed anything from the store before she finished closing. Bathrooms and showers were clean, plenty of hot water available. All employes were great They worked with us getting us to a site so we did not have to unhook our car. Pool and hot tub very clean Good place to stay

The Lubbock KOA is clean and friendly. They even remembered my rig when I returned four days later and had my packet ready. Other KOAs I have visited have newer, more updated bathrooms/showers. The showers are small and old; otherwise, I would give it a five-star review.

staff was very nice. The camp was run down and not very clean/ the sites were level. there seemed to be a lot of long term stays. The camp store was nice.

The park was not kept up. Quiet hours where not honored, as the neighbor ran their generator through out the night keeping us awake.

Accessible from the main road, good price and large/wide site good enough to leave the car attached and/park next to your rv or for additional 2 cars.

Overall, it was a clean and well-laid-out KOA, and I met some interesting people while staying there. I think my only issues were the bathrooms and the bathroom doors. They are 10 inches too short; I'm not comfortable with someone being able to see me while I'm on the toilet. If you could please make those doors the proper length, that would be great.

Friendly professional staff. Site was level and long enough to remain hitched for the night. Easy in and out. Fun indoor pool. Bathroom at office was clean. Had some road noise, and there were some bright lights around the campground. Will return.

Very friendly staff. Family owned campground. Clean and well run and the coffee is good and sometimes provides a little comedic relief.

Bathrooms were terrible. Toilets wete something out of the 60's and way to short. Kind of squat-to-poo. I had to lift the tank lid and fix the internals just to get the tank to fill. Never coming back here

The park is next to a busy highway that did not bother us since we ran our air conditioner fan all the time. The staff is great and the store was well stocked. They had an indoor pool, which looked nice. The only negative is some of the permanent residents could clean up their spaces.

As usual the staff is super friendly. Older KOA, that was clean and in the process of a facelift. Did not use the pool, so cannot comment on that.

Everything is in good condition. The showers are super clean. The parking spots are spacious and nice. The shop has very nice gifts. And the best of all is Karol the owner. She was super friendly and nice. Even if her husband not believing it :-) Karol now what i mean with that. She is an example why we love the people from Texas.

We arrived late and the park had us all set up in a great spot. Although we only stayed 1 night everyone was super nice and friendly. See you on the flip side!

Great amenities. Laundry room is accessible. Good amount of parking for RV and 2 vehicles. Very spacious

I have to tell ya folks, we've stayed here before and we'll stay here time and time again, as we always get a warm welcome, service excellence and kindness to boot! The only thing that needs a tiny bit of attention is the bench in the dog park, but these star service professionals and their quality of service outshine a little needed touch up! :) Thanks for all you do to continuously make our visits accomodating and enjoyable! 😃

We stayed a single night at KOA in Lubbock while traveling through. Perfect location, staff was very friendly and Campground was very clean.
