We pulled in after the office closed and everything was ready! Nice space, didn't have to unhook our 5th wheel. We're only 50 ft total. Definitely be back

Adequate for a one night stay. Checking in was easy and quick. Campground is old and dated. Some road noise and dusty. No shade. Dilapidated picnic table. Bathroom was clean but well worn and in need of a remodel. Shower stall was small but water pressure and temp were good. Indoor pool was nice. Not bad for a stopover or if you have an event in Lubbock.

This KOA was by far the most uninviting property we've stayed at. We didn't feel welcomed at check in at all. The pool was nice and they had a lot of great family style games though.

Disappointed the dump/flush station wasn’t operational. Same at the next KOA we stayed at. Ended up paying a 3rd as a “walk in” customer as was necessary at the end of our trip.

Typically I just overnight on the way out of Texas but had a wedding to attend in Lubbock so perfect spot for me to base my stay. Thanks!

The tent camp was not level and the grass was missing in areas. There is not enough parking for tent spots. People came in late and were loud until 1:30am

It was a nice stay. Was quiet for the most part, just some traffic from the highway. But nothing a fan hum couldn’t take care of. Was close to the university, VA hospital and tons of restaurants.

We have stayed here over 5 times in the past. It's been super convenient to Texas Tech University and our college students' apartment. We love the Lubbock KOA and will always return when we are in town. Minor: would recommend improvements to the dog park, grass is depleted and could use some landscaping or maintenance.

I had originally scheduled 3 days and wanted to add a 4th day, the staff accommodated us with no problem! The site has a lot of trees for shade our site was clean and easy to back in and park our truck besides. There is a big handsome rooster running around the grounds, so fun! The pool and hot tub were nice after a long day. Showers and restrooms were clean and plenty of hot water! Great place!

BEST 2 weeks and 3 days We could have asked for!! The Entire Staff/Team made Our 1st outing with the 5th Wheel We came to Texas to buy as perfect as could be!! Great location! Out far enough for peaceful nights yet close enough to all the conveniences that running into town wasn’t a complicated adventure!! We look forward to future opportunities to visit again!!

My stay was fine. The dry conditions that exist at this time made for dustier roads, less grass, and more stickers for the dogs to deal with, but certainly not KOA's fault. The office staff was friendly and efficient. The indoor pool was a hugh hit. This is an older KOA, and could benefit by replacing the older broken picnic tables at each site. However, effort is made to maintain this KOA.

Needed some branches trimmed for slide out and they came right over. Pool is clean and inside building. tub by pool was good temp. Bath rooms were clean but showers could have been cleaner. Didn’t use showers. Enjoyed local area. Would stay again.

Great amenities. Laundry room is accessible. Good amount of parking for RV and 2 vehicles. Very spacious

I have to tell ya folks, we've stayed here before and we'll stay here time and time again, as we always get a warm welcome, service excellence and kindness to boot! The only thing that needs a tiny bit of attention is the bench in the dog park, but these star service professionals and their quality of service outshine a little needed touch up! :) Thanks for all you do to continuously make our visits accomodating and enjoyable! 😃

We stayed a single night at KOA in Lubbock while traveling through. Perfect location, staff was very friendly and Campground was very clean.
