Great staff! We had an A/C problem on Sunday and they were able to refer us to a mobile mechanic that came out that same day and fixed the problem in less than five minutes.

It is definitely a place I would only use as a passing thru stop over for one night. A loose rooster wandering through the campground singing his morning song at 5pm! I'm terrified of chickens after being attacked by one at 4 years old! A young adult male walked through our campsite a couple of times. I'm not sure if he was a camper or just someone walking around. It was hard to tell.

They did everything in their power to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay. They fit us into our site, and put cones around the nose of our rig and tow vehicle that was sticking out a bit. We did not have to disconnect, even though the sites are not very long.

Just spent one night passing through Lubbock. Friendly staff and everything worked as advertised. Campground is next to the highway but there was no noise. I would stay again.

Friendly park w helpful staff and a welcoming tray full of cookies in office. Level, shady site. Indoor pool, store, propane. Lots of traffic noise though and poorly flushing toilets that were being addressed while we were there which meant the water had to be shut off in restrooms the day we left. Don't know how long it lasted. Would return but only if AC noise would block out traffic noise.

Bathrooms were disgusting! Campground overall had a dirty unkept feeling. Photos on the website show trees but there were very few actually near the campsites for shade. We will not be back and have already told others to avoid.

It is a nice campground. The workers were VERY helpful and accommodating. They were always cleaning and trying to improve the spots. It is all gravel with no cement pads, but overall it is a comfortable stay.

It was a one-night stay on our way to Palo Duro Canyon and as usual, we had very friendly and helpful staff. The indoor pool is always a plus for the grandkids.

Friendly staff, clean park, easy to navigate. Inly drawback was the highway and train noise . We just used our AC fans for white noise to drown the sound.

It rained while we were there and the site was not properly elevated to control flooding around the site. Also, the place was not very well kept. My wife and I were disappointed.

I stayed at this location 3-4 years ago and loved it. The people are still great but unfortunately, this time around the cabin had a strange smell.

Owners/staff were very friendly and accommodating. Felt right at home. The amenities were great. Was so nice after spending six hours in the car to hop out and have a playground, pool and ping pong table for the kids/grandkids to use. Had a great pull thru spot that made leveling a snap. The store had all kinds of neat things in addition to the usual market goods you may have forgotten.

Great amenities. Laundry room is accessible. Good amount of parking for RV and 2 vehicles. Very spacious

I have to tell ya folks, we've stayed here before and we'll stay here time and time again, as we always get a warm welcome, service excellence and kindness to boot! The only thing that needs a tiny bit of attention is the bench in the dog park, but these star service professionals and their quality of service outshine a little needed touch up! :) Thanks for all you do to continuously make our visits accomodating and enjoyable! 😃

We stayed a single night at KOA in Lubbock while traveling through. Perfect location, staff was very friendly and Campground was very clean.
