Cable TV reception terrible. Snowy picture quality looked like the reception on the family's 1952 Admiral B/W via antenna.

We needed a last second place to stay. The Lubbock KOA was a perfect stop for us. Well maintained grounds, clean facilities, and nice sites. I wish we would have had time to take advantage of the pool and playground. They looked great as well.

Showers need work. Fist shower would not drain. Second shower water valve control handle was broken.

Next to very busy highway and kept awake all night by the noise. Also, owners have roosters that started crowing at dawn. Owners are very nice.

The campground itself was great! However, there was a good amount of traffic noise. My site was closest to the roadway so maybe other sites are better shielded from the noise.

Friendly, efficient in and out. No problem with hookups. Internet is virtually non-existent and the cable TV does not have ESPN ���.

Very difficult to book a reservation. Your on line system sucks. Left 3 messages with no response. Had to call back a third time to get a site.

The woman who is the “ customer service person” doesn’t have customer service skills. She is extremely rude to customers. please read the other reviews left by previous customers on google. i agree with them. bad customer service at this location

This place was having a horrible time keeping up with my fifth wheel acts. My fifth wheel kept throwing breakers. The 50 amp was very weak.

We just stayed one night. We were comfortable and it was pretty quiet even with the highway and railroad close by. I love the rooster mascot.

The campground was fine for an over night stay. The laundry facility was very lacking. Not clean and kept. Machine not working but not marked as out of order (a plastic bag laid on top of lid instead). Another water leaked into the floor.

Location was great. Turn was sharp. Texas heat was hot. Then power went out. KOA said not their fault. We bought propane for generator. No discount offered off stay etc. place needs bad care as sandvpowdery from no water & trash pushed to edges with brush. Needs new mgmt. never ever stay again. Very disappointed.

We love the Lubbock KOA! Every year we stay on our way to Colorado and our way back home. The indoor pool is a fantastic cool spot on a hot summer day.

Staff was friendly and the check-in process was very easy. Campground was clean and easy to maneuver around. The only drawback was the odor in the pool area - it had an offputting smell from what I can only assume are the chemicals.

Electric is very high so if you stay get a spot without a meter also a very judgemental place one employee named Cindy seems extremely nice but she is the most judgemental person I've seen in a while!! So I would not recommend the lubbock koa

Great amenities. Laundry room is accessible. Good amount of parking for RV and 2 vehicles. Very spacious

I have to tell ya folks, we've stayed here before and we'll stay here time and time again, as we always get a warm welcome, service excellence and kindness to boot! The only thing that needs a tiny bit of attention is the bench in the dog park, but these star service professionals and their quality of service outshine a little needed touch up! :) Thanks for all you do to continuously make our visits accomodating and enjoyable! 😃

We stayed a single night at KOA in Lubbock while traveling through. Perfect location, staff was very friendly and Campground was very clean.
