We so appreciated being able to rent a cabin with a full bathroom, microwave and refrigerator! If you have pets your choices are so limited on cabins. Plus a queen size bed that was actually comfortable to sleep on. it was also a nice size cabin, we had room to move even with our doggy crate. Thank you so much. Wish all KOA cabins had one like this for capers with pets. Nice and clean also.

Clean, friendly folks like family in the office, easy access in and out of park with my travel trailer. I stay here often in my travels.

Campground was clean and well maintained. Staff were super friendly and check-in was a breeze. Campsite was in great shape. We will definitely stay here again!

Didn't like the fact that I had to download an app and then load money onto it to be able to do laundry. Other than that it was a great stay.

The lady in the office/store is always so friendly and helpful! We love seeing and talking with her! It's honestly her bright smile and great customer service that will keep us coming back to this location everytime we visit Lubbock. Thank you!

Such a cozy cabin. Cool AC to escape the heat, and loved the porch -- sitting outside watching lightning and cool weather next morning. Felt like we could vacation camp while we visited our son in college. Will definitely be back again!

Easy in & out. Site level, utilities work, wide. Can’t fault them for the wind, dirt blowing in Lubbock, lol.

This KOA is a welcome respite from the road. We pulled in and had a space within just a few minutes. The spaces are fairly large and with full hookups. Laundry, restrooms, and showers are available. After being in the mountains for a week the Lubbock KOA seemed a little sparse, but honestly, it's just the area. Lubbock is not the mountains. I would recommend this KOA to friends or family.

Well lit, good level spots. Had no issues with the power, water, and sewer. Easy access from the main road. Bathroom was clean.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was more "deluxe" than expected. Everything was in working order and appeared clean.

We have stayed there in our RV and also in their camping cabins. It was all good. And the staff has been great in helping us with any of our needs and setting up our reservations, etc. thank you Lubbock KOA!!

Great staff! There is no speed limit signs and people drive fast in the park so its amazingly dusty. Needs bigger gravel on main roads and a speed limit to reduce dust.

The campground was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, everything worked, and the location is easy to get to. If you’re passing through Lubbock and need a place to stay for a night or two I recommend the KOA Journey.

I’ve already stayed here in the cabin with bathroom and I love it. The cabin is perfect for me and my kid and our pets. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The place is a perfect halfway point between places I travel to and from. I will always stay here when I pass through and the price iaffordable

Lady at the register was very helpful and nice at my check-in. The store ran out of hot dog buns so she gave me her personal. So sweet.

Cable TV reception terrible. Snowy picture quality looked like the reception on the family's 1952 Admiral B/W via antenna.

We needed a last second place to stay. The Lubbock KOA was a perfect stop for us. Well maintained grounds, clean facilities, and nice sites. I wish we would have had time to take advantage of the pool and playground. They looked great as well.

Showers need work. Fist shower would not drain. Second shower water valve control handle was broken.

We stayed a single night at KOA in Lubbock while traveling through. Perfect location, staff was very friendly and Campground was very clean.
