Everyone there is always so nice & accommodating! They always find us a spot that can handle the length of our bus with Bike lift & tow car! Many thanks to your fellas who picked up our propane tank, filled it, and delivered it back to us. Saved my husband the backache! Only request is that the sewer caps be fixed on the sites that they are not secured. Pretty potent smell when people dump!

It was a nice camp however, there are no handicap bathrooms available. The toilets are way too low and very difficult with no grab bars to get up off of them. Not very suitable for seniors otherwise a nice place.

Stayed two nights while passing through the area. The trees at the entrance need to be trimmed as it was difficult to find the entrance upon arrival and narrowed the drive when leaving block the view of traffic that could be entering the park. Otherwise, the park was clean and quiet and the site fit our needs perfectly.

soweit normal, ist eben ein industrieller/Landwirtschaftlicher Standort. Leider das erste mal, das ich erleben musste, das sehr viel DOG POOP auf meinem Platz lag :-(

Love the Lubbock KOA! Staff is always welcoming and cabins ready and clean. Love the indoor pool and spa. The only (minor) downside is the Wi-Fi- slow/poor connectivity.

I’ve been to this campground a few times before and never felt unsafe. This time was different. The office had just closed while I was walking to the outside entrance of the women’s bathroom. I was inside for about 5 minutes when a woman peaked in and said, are you leaving And said ok I am bringing my husband In to give him a shower. I said. I’m leaving. He said, you can stay! No safe for ch

Beautiful little gem! Lots of activities for children. Pool was sparkling. All common areas were clean. We would stay here again.

The internet is the only downfall that we experience while camping. We love the service and the facilities and always enjoy ou stay.

Disappointed that when I call to change or cancel a reservation—they cancel the wrong one and now there is no where to stay. The dates were close but none the less-they cancelled the wrong one. Just glad I called to check on it and found out that we did not have a reservation we were planning on. Normally—if the reservation is correct—the stay is nice.

Basic campground. Not a wow experience. We got put real close to the freeway. Cars being worked on with residents. Not my normal KOA experience.

When my heater did not work in a deluxe cabin the staff repaired it within an hour of my report. Nice upgrades to pet area with real grass, new toys and a base for the bench.

Everyone was great and so accommodating. KOA housing was cozy, comfortable and very clean. I highly recommend staying at the KOA .

Cabin was the cheapest and only one available. We’ve stayed in this type of cabin for a quick overnight in our travels. What made this one bad was location. Its rear wall was around 200 feet from a major highway and Train passing. Little room shook with noise on a constant traveling tractors and train horns blowing. Didn’t sleep at all. Mattress was like laying on cardboard wrapped in plastic.

It is a nice and quiet place. The staff very friendly and helpful. When in Lubbock this will be our go to.

Quick overnight stay on our way back home. Nice clean campgrounds with a friendly staff. Great location for us to stop when traveling across the country.

Great campground, convenient location, clean restrooms and showers. We had to extend our stay and the staff was very accommodating and friendly every time we went to the office.

Room was good but, top bunk had cracker crumbs and dog hair on spread. Didn’t use that bed. Bottom bunk had dog smell. Sprayed with our antiseptics covered with our sheet and slept on it.

We stayed a single night at KOA in Lubbock while traveling through. Perfect location, staff was very friendly and Campground was very clean.
