We’ve stayed at this KOA park a few times and enjoyed it. However this time the hot tub didn’t work and the pool was pretty much out of commission because of swim lessons in the morning and early afternoon.

We stayed one night. Spacious pull through and level spot. It was quiet at night. Nice grassy, shaded dog park. Indoor pool and hot tub. We would stay here again.

The campground is great! Nice clubhouse, clean restrooms, and friendly staff. The only downside was the trains that blew their horns multiple times a night. If you can sleep through that, you’re golden. If not… bring something to help you sleep �Ϝ. Recommend and would stay again.

We stay at this KOA whenever we are passing through Lubbock. It's always clean and well maintained. The only drawback is that it is very close to the highway and the railroad tracks.

My dog and I stayed in a cabin at the Lubbock, KOA and we had a wonderful relaxing time. Exactly what I needed. I enjoyed speaking with the staff who was exceptionally accommodating and helpful when I had a situation. (I hope your son had luck with the dog food recipe). The local barbecue that’s open on Monday nights (most aren’t) had exceptionally delicious brisket delivered quickly by DoorDa

Facility was extremely clean and maintained very well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will most definitely book again when we visit the area and highly recommend!!

Host was very nice. The mattress covers on the cabin bed were disgustingly dirty and stained. Felt like being in a flea bag motel. Disappointing.

Good stop over place with plenty of amenities. Well cared for with level, hard packed gravel sites and clean. Pool and hot tub are indoors.

This is a very well kept up KOA. You can tell it’s a pass-through for many travelers and the sites don’t have much to them, but the gravel was compact and level, and everything was very clean. Their check-in process was expedited as they were ready for us to come in with our papers upon arrival, and we were allowed to proceed quickly right to our sites ourselves.

Nice campground, well maintained. Very accommodating when we needed an extra night due to winter weather. Nice indoor pool, clean showers. Our site was large enough for our 42' 5th wheel and maneuvering through the campground was easy.

This KOA really needs to be totally renovated. Office has a bad odor when you walk through the door. Pool ladder was broken and roped off. Clutter everywhere. Ceiling tiles in pool area old. Vents rusty. Walls dirty. I would never go back there again!

2 nights stay to see our son who goes to Tech. 3rd time here for that reason and I'm sure there will be more in the future.

The staff is nice and willing to help. I was very surprised to receive a phone call from the staff a few hours after checking out to make sure I was happy with my stay and most importantly to thank me for choosing them. WOW!!

Easy to find, check in was a breeze got to the site very level was hooked up quickly. Great for the overnight stop. Only downside was the traffic noise but when you're tired from driving you'll sleep through anything.

This a very nice place to stay on our way from California to Texas. Easy reservations, clean bathrooms and showers. This is our 3rd time visiting and will be back.

It was a basic koa but the noisiest campground. The Interstate and railroad were right there. We'd stay again but only 1 night.

Facilities are aging out. Septic aroma. Useful as a stop over, but certainly not a destination. Staff is fine, our late arrival materials were waiting for us. No functional dump station, must rent a sewer site.

Good two night stay. Was unexpected, but weather caused us to do some rerouting. Friendly staff and clean grounds & bathrooms. Hot shower was great. Our spot was basically level. We weren't bothered by the hwy or occasional train, but might not be true for tent campers. Would stay again. Good location and close to a lot of activities.

It’s a fine KOA. Would like to see gravel or something to help with the dirt. Also, walking our dogs, there was a lot of poop not picked up by others.

I love to stay at all the koa's during my travels. The only thing about this particular koa is the plug in air fresheners and I am highly sensitive.

Great amenities. Laundry room is accessible. Good amount of parking for RV and 2 vehicles. Very spacious

I have to tell ya folks, we've stayed here before and we'll stay here time and time again, as we always get a warm welcome, service excellence and kindness to boot! The only thing that needs a tiny bit of attention is the bench in the dog park, but these star service professionals and their quality of service outshine a little needed touch up! :) Thanks for all you do to continuously make our visits accomodating and enjoyable! 😃
