Stopped for one night only, and asked for a spot near the restrooms. We had a beautiful shaded spot directly behind the store and swimming pool which our kids used that evening, and again the next morning before we left. Thanks to those who placed us in such a good spot for us, and for the beautiful plants and flowers which adorned the office area.

It is very convenient but not much more than that. The bathrooms are in need of a gut job and the air fresheners in there were suffocating. The front desk staff is courteous and professional.

We stayed in one of the cabins. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Location was great.

We did enjoy staying at the KAO in Lubbock, staff was very nice and friendly. The Big..Big issue is your men's restroom. The toilets are very small round old toilets, please upgrade them to Modern oblong toilets. Mybe the thinking here is that oh well most people have toilets in their RVs. Not everyone has a fully equipped RV's. Also no GRAB BARS in the stalls or Showers. Please add Grab Bars!

it was ok however the internet was terrible. We like to go to KOA to avoid to have to use our wifi but this wifi was below standard

Park is clean and well-maintained, and conveniently located. Staff was wonderful. We stopped on our way across country and stayed an extra day to rest and visit the Windmill museum. Glad we did! The museum was fun, and the RV park is convenient to restaurants & amenities.

This was an extremely great place to stay! Heather could NOT have been any nicer, helpful or more accommodating. The indoor pool was awesome and bathrooms and showers were clean, clean, clean! The store had everything available we needed from pool toys, to drinks to post cards � The ONLY thing I could say anything negative about is the noise from the highway that is very noticeable all night.

Overnight stop. Staff had turned the AC on in the cabin which was appreciated. After 9 pm no noise. Restroom shower was clean.

It was a stop on a longer trip, but we easily could have stayed more nights, bc it was such a nice place! Office staff was very friendly and helpful, and if we’re ever back in Lubbock, we’ll definitely stay here again!

The people were very nice and helpful, only thing is the nearby highway for tent campers. I feel like a cabin or a trailer wouldnt have a problem with the noise and would injoy it very much.

Staff was very friendly. The grounds were clean and a nice fenced in area for the fur babies. Taste was excellent. We’d definitely stay again.

The bathroom didn’t have soap, didn’t know I had to bring my own soap. Had to walk to main bathroom to wash hands after using bathroom in the cabin

Pleasant from start to finish, personnel and environment. Trains were not noticed during the night but maybe that’s just an indication that I was REALLY tired. I’ve stayed here for many trips back and forth from home to destinations east or west.

Great amenities. Laundry room is accessible. Good amount of parking for RV and 2 vehicles. Very spacious

I have to tell ya folks, we've stayed here before and we'll stay here time and time again, as we always get a warm welcome, service excellence and kindness to boot! The only thing that needs a tiny bit of attention is the bench in the dog park, but these star service professionals and their quality of service outshine a little needed touch up! :) Thanks for all you do to continuously make our visits accomodating and enjoyable! 😃
