Stayed in a cabin, right across from the new bathrooms which was great. The patio was great to relax on. My granddaughter loved the playground! Great family camp ground.

We enjoyed our stay in D1. Cute, tiny living. Very clean and well appointed. Plenty of hot water! We loved it! Large deck, gas grill, chairs and table, facing river! Bring tubes and fishpoles! AC and fans! Bunks kids. Big, high bed! Couch bed. TV WiFi, phones ...not good but we liked. We had to unplug! Staff was friendly, helpful. Pool, playground , dog park...all great! Family escape A++

We had a wonderful stay at KOA Littleton again! It is one of our favorite places. We love the friendly, caring, kind, and easy to talk to staff! The weather was not all optimal during our stay, but the staff had activities for all ages ready. Clean bathrooms and common camp areas. Great location! Our children had a blast! Thank you, we all had a great time!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We ended up upgrading our cabin, and they went out of their way to clean the cabin late in the day so we could. Campground was quiet and clean as well.

We had a great stay. The cabin was clean and warm and the creek next to the cabin was beautiful. We enjoyed falling asleep to the water. The owners were so nice and accomodating and the bathrooms are really clean. The river that runs along side the camp is so beautiful. Great place to stay.

Overall, we had a great stay. There was a bit of road noise from Route 302, but not too bad. Our neighbors were playing music throughout the night, beyond quiet hours, which was a bit annoying. I would have liked to see a KOA staff do a quick loop at quiet hours to ask people to turn music down. It was a great stay and our family had fun. We would come back.

One of the greatest camping experiences of my life! Fantastic facilities, perfect location and the most amazing staff. My only regret is that I wasn't able to stay longer and participate in some of the campground activities. Looking forward to coming back again and again!

Our stay was amazing! We stayed the very last camping weekend of the season and what a treat it was! They had so many Halloween activities for the children. I loved the small park feel and how our sits were right near the water! We will be back!

We absolutely love staying at this KOA. There are so many well planned activities to do and the campground always looks fantastic with all of the decorations. The best thing about this KOA though is the staff. They truly make every weekend a blast and are the reason we love coming back. It is always a joy to see them and already have multiple weekends booked for next year.

Floor cleanliness could be better, if mopped.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Rest assured, all cabin floors are mopped after each guest leaves. We also wipe down all surfaces to insure it is clean for each new arrival.

Cabin by the river is very nice, also deck and fireplace. what we did not like was the exorbitant price to have guest come by to visit for dinner or for a few hrs was totally redicoulous.

We love Littleton/Franconia KOA! This is my fourth stay. Twice camping with friends and now twice in Cabin 3 with my husband and 2 kids. We love the Cabins!!!! So lovely in the fall, with the mattresses and heaters! So much EASIER and more COMFORTABLE than tent camping. The kid activities are great. The whole place feels clean and safe!

Clean campground by a pretty river. Helpful charismatic staff. Easy to find with a nice little on-site store. We had a wonderful time! Our cabin had a space heater inside which was great during the chilly September evening. Don’t forget to bring your own sheets and pillows though!

As always, a clean camping cabin with a nice firepit patio. Rest rooms were top notch. Beautiful along the river with great access to the wonderland of the Whites. Take me back.

We always enjoy staying at the KOA camping cabins! They are clean, well stocked and comfortable. This campground was a nice clean campground with beautiful views and the cabin was right on the river. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area attractions. I would highly recommend this campground!

We stay over there for 2 nights on the way to Bar Harbor . We loved the location it was so close to the state park. The cabin we stay in was clean the bathrooms were clean too staff was really helpful. Water in the swimming pool was a little cold however the river next to it was perfect.

My parents and I stayed in DL1. The cabin was nicely furnished with everything we needed. My parents in particular enjoyed having the river right there. The staff was always friendly.

Back in site for 24’ motorhome also rented a cabin for other family members. Reservations were perfect cabin and camp site were right next to each other with the cabin backed up to the beautiful river view. Place is clean and very well kept. Bathrooms were modern and immaculate People working there were very polite and respectful of our privacy.

We had so much fun! My kids loved all the activities! They did tie dye, a scavenger hunt, and loved the ice cream social on Saturday night. Our cabin was wonderful and the bathrooms were so clean. We will definitely be back again next year!

Above average KOA campground located off Route 302 along the bank of the Ammanoosuc river. The reservation and check-in routine is textbook KOA campground process. The folks in the office are cheerful and friendly, and they champion your needs as a camper. We stayed in site 20, which is along the Ammonoosuc River. Sites 20-28 are riverside. The sites along the river are very close to each other and you will have to park your tow vehicle sideways almost bumper-to-bumper with the Campers next to you. Expect the typical KOA mix of cabins, tent sites, deluxe lodge, and large gravel campsites. This location has propane refill, dog park, nature, path, dump station, laundry, rec room, and handicap accessible. The park literature promotes Wi-Fi, but this is not true throughout the park. You can go to the camp office and use Wi-Fi there, but not from your camper. Cell service for any of the major carriers is nonexistent in the park, you will need to drive down the road to one of the restaurants or retailers for a cell signal. Starlink users, there is heavy tree cover, and getting connected to a satellite will require some patience. The bathrooms and showers attached to the office are clean and the hot water is endless. There is some road noise, but if you're there for more than a day, you will become used to it. The real draw of this park is the river and the charming nearby town of Littleton. Recommended

The staff was so kind and the cabin was adorable. Suited us very well. Bathrooms were very clean as well. We had an issue regarding an allergic reaction to a bug bite and I expressed my concerns and they happily transferred us cabins and bug bombed the previous cabin. Beautiful location right on the river too. Amazing and accommodating staff <3

Great campground with very welcoming and helpful staff. Close to so many areas to visit. The nearby town of Littleton has a variety of shopping and dining options. We liked it so much here that we cancelled our next rv park and stayed 2 more days here!! The Ammonoosuc River runs right behind the campground. This koa is very close to Franconia Notch and Mount Washington.
