We stayed in a patio cabin and overall had a great time. The sites were much smaller than I expected but everyone around us was respectful. My only issue was the wait for a bathroom. Kids are not the best at planning when to get in line for a restroom so that was stressful.

Absolutely love the cabin site we stayed at, KO7, on the river. I wish the light at the bathrooms would go out though. The light just shines into our eyes at the fire. Not very relaxing. I hope for next year they trim down the jungle again in front of the cabin. It's starting to get overgrown again and the cabin isn't worth the money when that happens and it's not cheap.

This is our 7th year staying at KOA. The first four were at Twin Mountains KOA with Brad and Bex Hare. This is when we met Sue and Don who now manage the Littleton KOA. For the past three years we have stayed at the Littleton KOA. It is always nice to see a familiar face or two. Not only are Sue and Don great but so too is the rest of the staff. We do miss many of the previous family activities.

My cabin was across from the river, and it lent to a peaceful couple of days while my daughter and I were there. The staff is friendly, and the location of the campground is within proximity of pretty neat things to do. It is a 20 minute drive to the NH/VT border, and there is a Walmart and various shopping minutes away in Littleton. I highly recommend this KOA.

We stayed in cabin 7; had zero sleep due to the mattress being too hard. Literally like sleeping on a piece of plywood! A couple that came last year and stayed in 7 will not return due to this experience. I spoke with the office and they said corporate won’t let them replace it.. I hope they do

Campground s very clean and bathrooms are well maintained. The staff is 5 star for sure!! They did not have all of the kid related amenities that larger KOA campgrounds have - but being right on the river makes up for it. Would definitely stay there again.

A group of us moms and family’s stayed here. We stayed in the little cabin with the shower. We loved the cabin feel.

Had stayed there many times in the last few years. Pretty disgusted with the campground, literally zero activities for a holiday weekend? The playground is ancient and needs to be updated . One good thing is that it is a small campground and fairly quiet . Won’t be going back there anytime soon.

We can't say enough good things about our little weekend visit back on 5/16/25! We were greeted by the best folks ever, but especially Sue and her wonderful hubby!! We stayed in the deluxe cabins right on the river. The cabin was well equipped and spotless. It was magical girls weekend with 4 generations, so it was extra special that we got to spend it such a beautiful place!

My sister and I stayed in one of the deluxe cabins by the river. Awesome! The cabin had all amenities, utensils, plates, cups, etc. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. The river supplied geese, baby geese, ducks, and just peacefulness. We'll be back!

It was very nice! The couple that runs the campground are very pleasant, the site is clean and orderly. It would be nice to have more activities, the last time we stayed there they had ice cream sundae and s'mores for the kids.

Spent several days in a lovely cabin on the river. We lucked out, full moon and even a lunar eclipse! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly too. We'll be back!

It’s always a great time at this KOA! My family and friends stayed for the weekend so some of us could attend the Oktoberfest and fall festivals happening in Littleton. The weather was perfect and the staff made this stay truly exceptional for adults and kids alike. There was a tie dye and pine cone craft activity that all of us enjoyed. This is my favorite KOA that we’ve stayed at!

We stayed Friday night to Sunday and had a good time. Pros: Staff was friendly and prompt. The river access and beach were wonderful. Cons: Mattresses were very stiff! We had to go out to Wal-Mart and purchase pads for the second night. Other KOAs have better mattresses. Two bathrooms for the entire campsite seems low. We stayed in K5 and the wi-fi was not reliable.

Please bring back smores and ice cream sundaes! Also may consider replacing mattresses in Kabin 6. It’s probably time :) Other than that feedback, still our favorite campground!

We rented a cabin for a week to vacation with family. The campground is on a peaceful river, was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very friendly. I rented a second cabin for my daughter, who had to depart early… and was credited for one night. That wasn’t expected but much appreciated and a final touch that would bring me back again!

My family and I have stayed in this campground in the pasty and we absolutely loved it! However, this time there were no arts and crafts for the kids, no foam parties, no ice cream sundaes or bikes to ride on at the facility. I understand that they were short staffed, but there should have been more activities for the kids to do. The WIFI was also horrible and non-existent! It was very clean!

My family always enjoys our yearly trip to Littleton/ Franconia Notch KOA. Our cabins are clean, the staff is super friendly, and the kids love the activities. We missed going to Bingo though and hope it’s on the schedule next year!

Amazing campground! Spaces are level as we drove in, no messing around trying to find the best spot. The electric and water post had hangers to keep extra line wrapped and off the ground. What a great idea. Garbage pick up daily at site. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The campground borders a river and there wasn't too many sites I wouldn't stay in. Very well set up. Pool is handy yet away from campsites for quiet stays. Nice set spots for river access. Several campers entered the river at the top location and floated down to the bottom! Would recommend this campground for anyone. Great location to enjoy all the activities along route 302 in NH. I plan to return!

Decent, by KOA standards. The campground lies between the highway and the river. It's all a little compact. Families, groups, kids.
