Cabin by the river is very nice, also deck and fireplace. what we did not like was the exorbitant price to have guest come by to visit for dinner or for a few hrs was totally redicoulous.

Our site was quiet, clean and easy to access. We were close to a lovely river, with easy steps to chairs placed to enjoy the view. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, and the modern, attractive and HEATED bathrooms and showers were immaculate. I hope to return.

Our stay was great! Water pressure and temperature of showers were awesome! I’d definitely recommend staying here. Staff was also great! Thank you for a peaceful night!

Great place....very clean and very friendly staff! Stellar services, lovely community areas (dog walk, riverside benches, showers n more) with roomy level RV sites! We have added this camp to our list of annual get-away locations in NH and we will return !

It had just rained a lot and there were mud puddles everywhere. The park could have used gravel. We had a back in and just barely fit. Wasn’t happy with our site but the camp workers were very nice.

I want to give this KOA a higher rating as its setting is lovely, the location is good and it’s very well kept. BUT, The road noise is awful and the sites need more gravel as they are really muddy after it rains. Also there is zero cell reception and the wifi is just okay.

This Campground is one of our favorites. The sites along the river are so peaceful. My only suggestion is for a Wi-Fi Upgrade. It would greatly help phone service for those of us who have wi-fi back up. But all in all one of the best campgrounds we visit.

The campground was great. I did not like the fact that you charge for visitors. The only reason we went there was to visit with family and charging for visitors was a major inconvenience and an unwanted extra expense. We were unable to spend the amount of time at the campsite that we would have liked.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

All of our policies are clearly spelled out on our website, including that visitors need to register and pay a fee. I have never seen a campground not charge a visitor fee.

The staff were so delightful! I loved how many fun activities they had for kids and adults. The cabins and the bath houses were exceptionally clean. We loved our stay!

Best Koa we have stayed at yet! Our site was by the river and this koa had awesome scenery, staff and decorations for Halloween. This campground felt very cared for. Wish we had more time there! Will be back in possible!

We love Littleton/Franconia KOA! This is my fourth stay. Twice camping with friends and now twice in Cabin 3 with my husband and 2 kids. We love the Cabins!!!! So lovely in the fall, with the mattresses and heaters! So much EASIER and more COMFORTABLE than tent camping. The kid activities are great. The whole place feels clean and safe!

We like the location, the river is very beautiful. Easy to get to, & the location is close to the activities we enjoy - hiking in FranconiaNotch and Twin Mountain area. The sites are level and store, laundry and facilities well kept and useful. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The only negative was puddles that were quite large after rain. The staff was taking care of areas quickly .

Littleton/Franconia KOA is a favorite of ours in the NH North country. Pleasant hosts, level site, full hookups. Thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay. This was our second stay and we plan to return next year.

Staff here are wonderful, they are very friendly and keep things clean and tidy which I appreciate. Well organized group of people. Outside of their control is the location being so close to rt. 302. Having never been here before we had one of the pull through sites which was a nice site other than being 75' from the road. If we go back again we will try one of the back in river sites if we fit.

Thank you for staying with us. Most camper's find it helpful to read the reviews before staying at a campground. Yes, we are close to Route 302, like you said nothing we can do about it. We are glad you liked everything else about the campground!

One of the prettiest KOAS that we have stayed at. Staff is awesome and very friendly. Grounds are very clean and very well maintained. Loved being on the river. Was very beautiful and serene.

Clean campground by a pretty river. Helpful charismatic staff. Easy to find with a nice little on-site store. We had a wonderful time! Our cabin had a space heater inside which was great during the chilly September evening. Don’t forget to bring your own sheets and pillows though!
