This KOA is decent. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Tent sites vary in size. There really isn’t room for a vehicle and a tent in most of them. Overall I don’t see the same concerns or issues other reviewers did. It’s just a smaller koa. They have breakfast and a well stocked store if you need it. Hours are more limited.

Very friendly staff, easy check in, all the amenities you can think of including a small cafe with a convenience store. The KOA is kept clean and everyone adheres to the quiet hours. Tent spots are good in size with a fire ring included. The spot we stayed at was right next to the creek and falling asleep to the sound of it was a great experience. Thank you for a great camping experience.

Staff was great, bathrooms were clean, dishwashing sinks were convenient, tent site was a good size nice and flat, playground was a hit with the kids. Would love to come back!

It was a nice place to stay, tent site was over priced compared to other places but we were in a pinch and ran out of daylight. The gentleman in the golf cart was very helpful and friendly. Thanks for having us.

This was a camping success! We have been an active Great Outdoors camping family for years. KOA helped us take away some of the overall headache and provide services that families with youth need when traveling to other destinations. The quality of the people using the services varies, however, KOA Lincoln City provided us with the best of the best. We hope you will enjoy your stay as well.

Can't belive this pathetic excuse for a campsite exists, I would have had more privacy camping in the walmart parking lot. Sharing a bathroom a 1/4 mile from my site with 2 stalls and 100 other sites is unbelievable, felt like a wild animal. I have stayed at koas from vancouver to California and because of this location I am done. I will never stay at a koa again.

The kids activities are wonderful, the ice cream social is something everyone looks forward to in my group. This time for us the basketball court was new. The amenities are great, thought the sinks in bathroom are a bit tall.

Very nice facility, and the staff were great! Also the breakfast offerings were wonderful. However when the camp is full, it really feels crowded - the tent area is "cheek to jowl". And, having only 3 fixtures (toilets and showers) for women and men is too few. The bathrooms were often crowded and not very clean simply because of the amount of use and the single cleaning per day.

It was our first time camping as a family, with 2 toddlers! We all had so much fun and enjoyed camp that we’ll be back!

The whole place stunk. The “creek/stream” we were next to smelled foul. Other parts of the campground smelled like garbage. There was nothing about the fire ban on the webpage. We stayed here because there wasn’t other options available. Who wants to camp right on top of everyone I’ll never know. Dog leash rules weren’t followed by anyone. There were dogs running around all over t

Days before I hit the road from Portland, my mother passed. I dealt with cremation & funeral arrangements & then, with my broken legged pup, drove to Hwy 101 & then south to Lincoln City. It hit a record 108 degrees in the Valley & with windows & sunroof open, blasting music in the cool beach air, I was fortunate enough to find the last tent spot at KOA & there to meet my guardian Angel Pat.

Staff was very friendly. Pretty quiet after 10pm. On-site restaurant and store were nice features. Bathrooms were disgusting as they weren’t kept clean throughout the day. We are Canadian and we are not use to continuous cigarette smoke around us so we left early. Would likely not return.

We tell every Guest at check-in to report any issues while they are here and that includes condition of the bathrooms. We can't deny people who choose to smoke cigarettes but we understand that was a problem for you. We'll note you won't be coming back. We wish you all the best.

When we arrived there was an entire bag of trash in our campfire, including a gallon of milk and glass alcohol bottles. There was trash in the creek. The sites are too cramped. We felt we were on top of our neighbors. Not enough restrooms. The amenities are nice for families with children. We wished the roads were paved so that the children would have an easier time bike or scooter riding.

Did you let Maintenance know about the trash? That's an easy fix but sometimes Guests leave behind their trash instead of take it to our dumpster. From your comments it sounds like our KOA wasn't a good fit for your expectations and we're sorry for that. Take care and safe travels.

Stayed a night while traveling, all the staff was beyond helpful and friendly. The amenities were very clean without issue. More than everything gone would need onsite as well as the breakfast menu was great and food is delicious

Good location. Nice camp sites. Good bathrooms (though sinks were too high). Missed not having a pool or hot tub. Very nice having food service and a friendly staff.

I wanted to bring my whole family but there weee no spots. It was unfortunate because while we were there. There were plenty of empty spots. Pretty disappointed that spots went unused and I wasn’t able to bring my whole family.

We reviewed our booking chart and we were completely SOLD OUT when you came so if you saw available sites it may have been because we had late arrivals. Next time, book ahead and we'll work with you to reserve what will allow your whole family to come! Take care.

I book in January for our stay in July EVERY YEAR. This year when we showed up I was told we had been moved to another spot. I book certain spot every year bcuz of our tent size, dog and vehicle and Jetski may bring. I was not told I needed to pay MORE to request a selected TENT site. In the past was told that was for CABINS. I was then forced to pay $450 for a cabin. Was VERY MAD. Vaca $$= gone.

Steve was great when making reservation. No problem with my van (as long as I have no hookups with I don't) and a tent and 2 cars. He did tell me the second car might have to go in overflow parking. Greated by Molly. She didn't like my van. Didn't like that my son was 20 minutes behind me in 2nd car. Greated by Erin at site. He was great. Molly was rude to my son when he arrived.

In reviewing your check-in process, you had pre-arranged a tent site with your van and requested your son park as a second vehicle in it too. Molly was not aware of this and simply asked the proper questions to be sure site assignment and parking complied, no rudeness. It all worked out. Take care.

The campground was very neat and well kept. We were disappointed in our campsite (56) and the limited space provided. There was no was to level the picnic table as the whole spot slanted backwards and there was a large tree in the middle of the site.

Sites were too close together. We had to buy a propane bottle from the camp store. It was 3 times what it would have cost elsewhere. I understand charging a premium, but that was way too much.

Thank you for your comments. Our KOA may not be a good fit for the site space you prefer while camping. We compared local prices of propane. They ranged from $7 and higher. We charge $10, not three times but there is a small markup. Enjoy your Summer.

Very comfortable stay and very lucky to have found it last minute! Compared to paying over 300$ for a room at a hotel or illegally parking our car to sleep in, it was a great choice. It was crazy busy, but that's to be expected. Had a nice shower and no noisy neighbors, just very friendly neighbors that offered to let me use their lamp and some others that saved my car door from falling off!

The campground is generally alright, and the staff welcoming, however, the tent sites leave a little to be desired - very close together with little privacy and noisy, and on dirt with patchy grass. The tent sites seemed a bit of an afterthought and were a disappointment after stays at other KOA campgrounds.

Great place, amazing staff and just an awesome vibe. And they have breakfast. Only giving it a 9 because our tent spot was pretty bumpy and bathroom was not super clean but def functional. Would of course stay again!

One of the nicest campgrounds I've ever been in. All the tent sites were taken, but they allowed me to stay in an RV spot. A bit pricey, but well worth it. This KOA also has a kitchen that serves breakfast in the morning from 7 to 11. Sparkling clean restrooms. Beautiful Playground for kids. Several employees to help when needed.

Nice campground! Clean well maintained. Friendly front desk. Clean and updated restrooms snd showers. Would highly recommend! Ours RV space had a concrete patio with nice table and chairs and small bbq. Quiet and wooded setting.
