I really liked my stay with you guys all the ladies in the store were very nice, kind and friendly. The only problem I had is when I tried and take a shower the water never got hot not even lukewarm. I like hot showers so that’s my only complaint otherwise it’s a 10.

When we arrived, we changed spots because of privacy issues, but the spot we moved to my husband tracked in dog poop 3 times into our motorhome, so whoever was there before never cleaned theirs up, anyway the person in the office let us move into our original spot which turned out to be nice. we ordered the chicken dinner, and it wasn't cooked, no offer of refund, lady very unfriendly in office.

It was Memorial weekend. The park was packed full and because of the layout we were exiting our RV into the neighbors site. It was loud during the day with yelling children and barking dogs. The bathrooms were kept clean,nice! The store was nice and well stocked. The surrounding area is beautiful. The park is nicely located and the staff was friendly and helpful.

There were lots of spider webs located throughout the many places to sit sit. The bathrooms and laundry were clean. We stayed in a regular cabin during the week (no kitchen or bathroom) and felt the price per night is definitely overpriced at $150/night. We woke up to a black widow next to my baby & a few more encounters during our stay. House keeping could do a better Job cleaning under the beds

Park was clean and well kept. Bathroom was clean. Large RV pull thru's could be a bit wider. Putting NSEW or direction to point tv dish on map would be nice, along with which sites have obstructions.

No corporate feel here! The staff all went above and beyond to help us dial in our stay. Diane in particular went out of her way to help us pick the right site for our family, and there were s'mores and ice cream socials and lots of human connection and freedom for the kids. It's not on the ocean--but this turns out to be a real plus if you tire of cold wind after a day at the beach nearby!

Diana needs a lesson in customer service, she presents as a miserable person to kids and adults alike. Yelling at the kids for riding their bikes on the hill but allowing others from the employee RV area to rip around on E bikes and Golf carts with little regard to the paying campers. Every other employee was pleasant as was the facility.

Excellent customer service! I took my six year old granddaughter for a camping experience and it did not disappoint. Epic memory making!

Wonderful campground to stay at! The property is very clean and well kept. There are so many things to do and for everybody from the playground set for the kids, to the open grassy area for various sports to the dog park for your furry family members and so much more! Every staff member we encountered were so kind and welcoming. Also, try the breakfast and BBQ dinners they sell on premises!

We loved our stay! The facilities were clean and in good repair. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised that it’s a short distance by bike to the Lincoln City beaches via a designated bike trail that is about a mile from the campground. Prices are very reasonable at the cafe, store and laundry facilities. It’s close proximity to Hwy 101 makes it a winner for us!

We stayed one night and it was a cute little campground. We stayed in a cabin w/the little kitchen. The only thing I did not like was the heater above bed was dusty and dust feel on me during the night. �� Other than that I would stay here again. We love KOA campgrounds.

Very quiet, clean and the drive areas are well positioned to allow for ease of pulling a trailer through. Lots of grassy areas for walking and tons of outdoor games available. The restrooms and showers are clean. We had a pull through patio spot and with the coast treating us to mostly rain for our stay, the paved patio kept the dirt down from us and our dog going in and out of our trailer.

Wrong rates at the Reservation desk outside.they offert the space with 72 $ and next morning i must pay 108$. They Show the Winter Rates in May.

It was very well maintained and beautiful views and quiet. We really like the chairs and table set up. The only thing I wish and my kids wanted was a pool. Maybe an indoor pool? But other than that it was lovely!

One of the best run RV Parks that i have ever stayed. The staff were very friendly and informative. The campground RV sites and the common grounds are very well maintained. They have a nicely stocked store and even a cafe where they grilled ribs, chicken and hot dogs on the weekend, as well as, breakfast in the morning. I will definitely plan to stay here in the future.

The park was half full of people who rented all winter. Most of their sites were full of junk and tarps. They disregarded the time and noise rules. Unfortunately we were parked right next to one. The park was OK otherwise, and we have reservations in late May. Hopefully they are all gone by then.

Site was very uneven and difficult to level motorhome. Long stay residents on both sides with gas and moss growing on roof. Neighbouring sires were very untidy and not pleasant to look at.

When we checked in the person behind the counter was on the phone making reservations. There was a couple in front of me, and we were all waiting while she finished her phone call, which was quite lengthy. It took only a couple of minutes to handle the business of myself and the couple in front of me, but we waited several minutes for her to finish her phone call. She did not even acknowledge us.

Our stay at Lincoln City KOA was wonderful, everything we could have hoped for. They had a couple of items we had forgotten on our first trip of the year at their little shop. The grounds were clean and it was close to the beach. We would highly recommend this KOA to everyone. We look forward to coming back here.

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and they are very nice! The grounds themselves are well kept with great accommodations for kids! Super quick drive to the beach. We will be back for sure! Bill and Terry were the camp hosts and they we both lovely, kind, and helpful ❤️

I stayed at the Lincoln City KOA Holiday for two nights while traveling along the Oregon coast (5/25/2026 & 5/26/2026). When checking in, the Hosts (Terry and Bill Pacheco) were very friendly and extremely helpful in providing information about hiking trails, sightseeing, dining, and other activities that were available in the area. The facility is clean, accessible, and very well maintained and managed. I had a very pleasant experience and look forward to staying at Lincoln City KOA Holiday on my next time though. Thank you!
