We stayed in a cabin on the property. The cabin was clean and stocked with a fridge, microwave, shower and bbq. My wife and I had no complaints. We also frequented the dog run area, which was well maintained.

Overall a very good experience staying in a cabin 1 night at KOA. Cabin and facilities were clean. The grounds were well maintained. Staff was friendly. Fellow campers observed quiet hours. The cafe food was tasty - biscuits n gravy. My only complaint is that the baseboard heat in the cabin didn't work well.

The food at the restaurant was ok. It was overpriced for what you got. I got the breakfast burrito and it was so tiny for 12.00. The wood we were given was wet and would not burn so I had to go into town and buy more. That was horrible, almost ruined dinner unfortunately. Lastly, the showers in the men's bathroom were awful. Short walls so my husband was looking at the men next to him and small

We're sorry you were disappointed with your stay. We do want to hear your comments and suggestions. What puzzles us is we only sell kiln dried firewood from our General Store and our enclosed Wood shop so there is no way we would sell you wet wood. It is never stored outdoors. You take care.

We stayed in a beautiful cabin that was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The little cookhouse that Betty and Larry manage serves excellent food. I can definitely see myself returning there again someday, but next time I'll probably be pulling my camper and staying longer. It sure a beautiful area and everyone was very nice. Thank you for making our vacation better, we really appreciate it..

The worst location of the grill and fire pit behind cabin, the closeness of the cabins, no pool, no activities for kids except the tiny playground, heater not working worst KOA we've ever stayed at, never again will we stay here

We're sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. Sounds like your expectations were way different than what our KOA Lincoln City website clearly explains we offer. A resort KOA might be a better option for a pool. We have so much to do in the area being just 3 miles from the Oregon Coast. Take care.

Having people live in the cabins is not welcoming for other guests. Trash on front porch, trash in fire pit, dogs left unattended barking at other campers. The cabin I slept in smelled horrible, probably because someone was previously living in it. Bathrooms were disgusting, mildew in showers, toilet overflowing for over a day. Worst KOA I’ve ever been to

In spite of bringing only some of these issues to our attention and doing all we could to improve your stay with us nothing was good enough from your perspective. A toilet overflowing for over a day? That would never happen here or the entire building would have flooded. Can't please everybody.

Had a wonderful time. Will stay again. Had some trouble working the heater. It was hard to identify what setting the heat was on. We just kept it on “medium” and cracked a window when needed. Love that you guys are dog friendly now! We stayed there about 7-8 years ago and the dog had to sleep in the car even though we had a doctor’s note stating the person needed their Emotional Support an

The heaters in the cabin didn't warm it up enough, I can't imagine if it was freezing out. The beds were like prison beds only a little thicker, very uncomfortable. The cabins are stacked right on top of each other, no real space. The fire pit is a tire rim, very small.

Reception staff very friendly, got us checked in efficiently, and had even turned on our cabin's heater to get it warm for our arrival. Cabin was as described on website, mattresses very comfy. I would have given 5 stars, but the shower had obviously not been cleaned. Thick residue from a bar of soap on shower shelf, black curly hairs stuck to the shower's walls, floor, and curtain.

It was better than expected. I accidentally left items in the fridge that I didn’t want to toss but take home. Forgot them. We emptied the garage’s and totally missed checking the fridge. It was real fun and will come back for sure.

Very friendly and helpful. Molly went out of her way to get us directions to the attractions nearby. She made sure everything was ok with the cabin. Could have used a bath mat. Only place that hasn't supplied any.

We always enjoyed Otis KOA, for years. When things changed and dogs were allowed everywhere it became less enjoyable. It would be nice if there were 2-4 cabins where dogs were not allowed for those of us that are sensitive/ allergic to such things. The campground is quiet and clean but enjoying the cabin as much would be nice.

As always, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing once again. It was clean and well kept, we had a cabin this time and it was very nice and cozy with the heat on at night. We appreciated the mini fridge too. Thank you Otis KOA, we'll be back!

We had a very large family reunion gathering at the Lincoln City Koa for our first time and we all absolutely loved it. The KOA staff was incredible and so were the events they held. It was very nice of them to let us use their rec room to host some events of our own too.

The cabins are very close together. Parking is tight and campfire is tight.

Mini fridge in the cabin was loud. RV waste station stunk it's next to the playground and I could also smell it sometimes when I was on the porch of the cabin. Customer Service was great, staff friendly and attentive. Great value, close to the ocean. It was nice to have a place for my child to play on site, especially after a long drive and I could have a cold drink on the patio next to park.

We had our daughter's family with 2 young grandkids staying in a wonderful cabin while we were in our pull trailer. This was by far the best camping trip yet. Wonderful camp site, great support team, wonderful breakfasts, kids loved the playground, very close to the Ocean. Campfires, Ice cream social, everything was A1!!!!

The staff was helpful and enabled us to exchange out tent site for a Kabin. We'd had a long day - plus it was drizzling - and the thought of erecting a tent was too much. We didn't have much time to enjoy the grounds, but we could see a lot of activity from our porch, and the sight of families having a good time was pleasurable.

The cabin had webs on the outside all the way around. The cabin was dirty. Empty water bottle on the bunk bed..chap stick left behind. The cabin door had an opening of 2 inches and on top to allow spiders and crawling critters in. I had a drunk lady with a screaming child next door to me ,I was in cabin 9. There was holes in ceiling in the women's bathroom.Bathroom doors had cracks,to peek in.D

One of the nicest campgrounds I've ever been in. All the tent sites were taken, but they allowed me to stay in an RV spot. A bit pricey, but well worth it. This KOA also has a kitchen that serves breakfast in the morning from 7 to 11. Sparkling clean restrooms. Beautiful Playground for kids. Several employees to help when needed.

Nice campground! Clean well maintained. Friendly front desk. Clean and updated restrooms snd showers. Would highly recommend! Ours RV space had a concrete patio with nice table and chairs and small bbq. Quiet and wooded setting.
