I really liked my stay with you guys all the ladies in the store were very nice, kind and friendly. The only problem I had is when I tried and take a shower the water never got hot not even lukewarm. I like hot showers so that’s my only complaint otherwise it’s a 10.

There were lots of spider webs located throughout the many places to sit sit. The bathrooms and laundry were clean. We stayed in a regular cabin during the week (no kitchen or bathroom) and felt the price per night is definitely overpriced at $150/night. We woke up to a black widow next to my baby & a few more encounters during our stay. House keeping could do a better Job cleaning under the beds

Excellent customer service! I took my six year old granddaughter for a camping experience and it did not disappoint. Epic memory making!

Wonderful campground to stay at! The property is very clean and well kept. There are so many things to do and for everybody from the playground set for the kids, to the open grassy area for various sports to the dog park for your furry family members and so much more! Every staff member we encountered were so kind and welcoming. Also, try the breakfast and BBQ dinners they sell on premises!

We stayed one night and it was a cute little campground. We stayed in a cabin w/the little kitchen. The only thing I did not like was the heater above bed was dusty and dust feel on me during the night. �� Other than that I would stay here again. We love KOA campgrounds.

I loved that there's dog run and a centrally-located playground. The deluxe cabins are comically tiny and ours was not well-cleaned (hair in the sink drain, dust coating the fan blades). For the same price we could have found a larger, cleaner hotel room on the coast. The staff were all great and very helpful.

We had a great stay. Beautiful campground, clean bathroom, recreation room where we could easily cook or reheat food. We will visit again.

The campground itself, amenities on the grounds, is amazing. However, I felt the cabin to be over priced (my girlfriend stayed at the Comfort Inn for half the price, with pool and full breakfast, nice room). The refrigerator is set too high, frozen all my food (including hard boiled eggs could not eat). Cannot view tv with positioning of the bed. Cabin itself very small. A lot of bugs inside.

There was so many spiders and spider webs on the porches swings and doors we had 2 kabins it was kinda awful I know that there are spiders with camping but they could Cheatham off and maybe bug spray I have seen it done at other koa's other than the excess of spiders it was great

We have stayed here many times and loved been happy with our visit. There is however, one thing that I noticed inside our cabin was not cleaned to our standards. Parts of the floor were sticky, and the inside of the door was very dirty. These will not detour me from returning again though. Thank you for a wonderful stay, the grounds are so peaceful and beautiful.

We stay at a lot of KOAs across the US. I have never stayed at a deluxe cabin that did not provide linens. This one does not provide and have to pay to use the KOA linens. When checking in after the office is closed, you are pretty much up a creek. Text message went unanswered. The information is not readily available when rented. Picture shows bed made. After a long day of travel, disappointed.

we loved our cabin and surroundings. also appreciate that this campground is located so close to Lincoln City--and the beach! Cabin was wonderful--bunk beds and another good-sized bed as well. Full kitchen and bath. lots of space outside for the bbq and chairs with table!

We got swarmed with spiders out 2nt night to the point where having a fire wasn't fun, so we left early. The staff responses online were quick and efficient. But don't make up for spider swarms.

Enjoyable. Stayed in a cabin. The area is beautiful. Especially nice that we were there the last weekend of activities, smores on Friday night, Tie Dye on Saturday morning, ice cream social on Saturday night. Lots to keep the kids busy with, playground, basketball hoop, volleyball net, frisbee golf, a beautiful hike. Great camp store. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I miss the friendliness of the old staff. The new staff doesn't keep up the grounds and not as friendly. One drives around smoking all the time. Very unprofessional. The bathroom one soap dispenser was never refilled the whole time we were there. Plus bathrooms weren't kept up. One of the cabins an employee stays in had garbage sitting out front the whole time.

Reserved a 2 room cabin. Paid for the 2 room cabin. But got a 1 room cabin and. Then got stung by the bees that were there. Our stay was fine r 5 days which with having the smaller cabin was going to be hard. recd a call and the FlatFire was heading toward sisters Oregon had to cut my vacation short and get to Sisiter to evacuate.i was overcharged for what cabin I given calling and making report

I only stayed one night, but I got a deluxe cabin. I did not have a fire or stayed at the Cabin very much just to sleep. the interior was smaller than I anticipated, but it was still comfortable there were three of us. I thought it was cozy, and I enjoyed the coffee pot as well as the kitchenette. Bathroom was very nice, and it was all very clean. Thank you, I would stay again at this sight/Helen,

KOAs are generally thought of as kid-friendly, family places, so renting a cabin at one would appear a risky move for 2 seniors who enjoy quiet. We was honestly disappointed with the cleanliness. The oven and microwave were disgusting. The mens bathroom at one point had feces spread on the wall. The cabin I was in smelled horrible of a large dog, and had dog hair on the floors as well as on top of the refrigerator. Other than that we enjoyed the activities and getting away. This was our 5th year in a row.

Was not up to my normal KOA experience. The cafe was handy. Sites are cramped. Showers need updating. Women's bathroom door, kept jamming. While no code was required, the door regularly stuck so it was difficult to use. Staff were friendly.

The staff were welcoming. The grounds were cheerful and we loved seeing family enjoying themselves playing basketball, frisbee and just running around. It was a short drive to the ocean and peaceful home base for our stay. We look forward to coming again next summer!

I have been coming here for a few years with a friend of mine. I was disappointed on a couple different things. Reported them both and was dismissed. Not enough room to write it all out. They didn't care anyway.

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and they are very nice! The grounds themselves are well kept with great accommodations for kids! Super quick drive to the beach. We will be back for sure! Bill and Terry were the camp hosts and they we both lovely, kind, and helpful ❤️

I stayed at the Lincoln City KOA Holiday for two nights while traveling along the Oregon coast (5/25/2026 & 5/26/2026). When checking in, the Hosts (Terry and Bill Pacheco) were very friendly and extremely helpful in providing information about hiking trails, sightseeing, dining, and other activities that were available in the area. The facility is clean, accessible, and very well maintained and managed. I had a very pleasant experience and look forward to staying at Lincoln City KOA Holiday on my next time though. Thank you! No corporate feel here! The staff all went above and beyond to help us dial in our stay. Diane in particular went out of her way to help us pick the right site for our family, and there were s'mores and ice cream socials and lots of human connection and freedom for the kids. It's not on the ocean--but this turns out to be a real plus if you tire of cold wind after a day at the beach nearby!
