Great people, good food, would have Diven five stars but the potatoes in the potato salad were crunchy not fully cooked. Otherwise Awesome place to go.

VERY disappointed. Lots of years of rving and worst we have ever stayed. Site was surrounded by full time questionable rvs making it uncomfortable to even walk the dogs. Site so close we couldn't comfortabley sit outside except on the road..Paid over $90 for Site with no sewage. Prices posted at office were $68 per night. We won't be back or recommending this camp.

We stayed one night. The people running the park are very nice and hard workers. It looks like they are working to make the park better. Our site was not quite level and took us a bit of time to level our rig. The water and power was good. WiFi spotty.

This KOA is clean, well groomed and well stocked with amenities. The balls for the kids games are always ready without asking and the games etc are well maintained. There is a nice woodsy trail to get your blood pumping. The store is well stocked and the people are friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

It is our favorite place to stay. Never a bad time or situation. The staff and I mean the whole hole go way beyond customer service. We will be returning again this camping season for 2 more stays.

Very beautiful and clean, biscuit and gravy for breakfast was nice and the brisket with baked potato was delicious. Very spacious dog run.

We are happy you enjoyed your stay with us. The Little Campfire Cafe is popular with Guests who want to just hang around in the mornings, not cook and relax. The Weekend BBQ's are always custom made each Summer weekend. Kamp K9 is a big hit with our dog Guests! Take care and come see us again.

It was a nice site that had room in between other sites. We liked the cafe that was offered for breakfast, made it super convenient for our spontaneous quick trip (we didn’t pack for breakfast) and the prices were decent and didn’t have to go into town for that! The park was big and fun for our daughter. The host/staff were nice/friendly/talkative. We’ll come back!

Sites are a bit tight for big rigs, good thing our toad was a Jeep to fit sideways at end of site, main raid had some big pot holes. Staff was fun and awesome, family place for sure.

The park is kept in beautiful shape. Employees and owners are very nice and helpful. They do a marvelous job in keeping the common areas clean, They do their best in the dog park. Up to the pet owners to do better. All in all a great place to be.

Patio space nice but 2 problems. Our 2025 trailer std size but has large slide outs. Had to position trailer about 1 foot on concrete to fully open. Sewer drain at rear of area. New trailers have front and rear drains so middle placed drains a must. Forest River 25’ Flagstaff Micro Lite

This was our first trip to the Lincoln City KOA. We decided to check it out since we also have it booked for the end of July with our kids and grandkids. From the time of check in to departure was super easy. The KOA Team was great with answering all questions we had. We look forward to coming back in a few months with you family to enjoy the long weekend with the KOA Family.

We only had one night stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom were nice and clean. The internet was good. Nice bonus of the cafe serving breakfast.

We appreciate your review. Yes, we opened our Little Campfire Cafe for two weeks during Spring Break and now it is open Saturday and Sunday only until Memorial Day when it will be open 7 days a week 7-11 am through our KOA Value Card Appreciation Weekend in September. We hope you'll visit us again.

Its a beautiful KOA. Playground is fantastic. Bench swings all over park. Cute babbling creek in back of property. Loved this location!

The store closed earlier than advertised. Nothing on site to qualify as a “Holiday”. Very little amenities or entertainment. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful; especially young woman running desk and maintenance.

We are sorry your expectations of our KOA Holiday were less than favorable. We do qualify as a Holiday for our Deluxe Patio sites, Deluxe Cabins, and during the Spring & Summer we offer many activities in good weather. Our Oregon Coast and all there is to do in the area defines us as a Holiday also.

wonderfully set up with level lots, hedges for privacy. Staff pleasant and helpful. Wonderful facility. Only concern was staff zooming up and down in the gator at well over 10 mph.

First, the staff we interacted with was amazing, helpful and friendly. Park and facilities were well maintained and beautiful. What ruined the experience was 50% or more of the sites taken by long term renters that are living there. Unkept RV’s with multiple vehicles, lots of smoking (weed/cigs), and arguing family’s. Didn’t really feel like a camping trip. Was more like camping in downtown

We are very sorry you had a negative experience during your stay with us. We do allow Month to Month rentals during the Winter only. However, the circumstances you describe experiencing here are unacceptable. Our After Hours number is just for that type of issue and we would be there immediately.

Campground was clean. We were greeted with a staff member that was very helpful and pleasant. He then drove us to our camp spot ensuring we were aware of any tight corners or things to watch out for.

Our campsite itself was all just mud which made it hard to be at camp. Fire pits are just tire rims and ours had 3 different locations so mud and burnt grass is all that our site was. Yet we paid the same as if we went to a different campground that would have been nicer. Basketball court had a swing in it so the one place for older kids was taken up by a swing. Very run down campground

Wow, a ZER0? That's as negative a review you could write yet we didn't hear a thing about how unhappy you were during your 3-night stay with us. We tell every Guest at check-in to tell us if they have an issue, not after you leave. Sorry, but we are definitely not a "run down campground"! Good luck.

We stayed one night on our trip down the coast and this spot was perfect. Clean and everything worked. Staff was helpful with check in. Would recommend.

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and they are very nice! The grounds themselves are well kept with great accommodations for kids! Super quick drive to the beach. We will be back for sure! Bill and Terry were the camp hosts and they we both lovely, kind, and helpful ❤️

I stayed at the Lincoln City KOA Holiday for two nights while traveling along the Oregon coast (5/25/2026 & 5/26/2026). When checking in, the Hosts (Terry and Bill Pacheco) were very friendly and extremely helpful in providing information about hiking trails, sightseeing, dining, and other activities that were available in the area. The facility is clean, accessible, and very well maintained and managed. I had a very pleasant experience and look forward to staying at Lincoln City KOA Holiday on my next time though. Thank you!
