Our stay was OK. KOAs in general are overpriced.

Thank you for your comments. We are a private family owned KOA offering many more amenities than a county or state campground would so pricing is not comparable really but we hear you. Our location and all that is available to do in the area is our biggest draw. Take care and safe travels.

Really nice people - from the lady who checked us in to the lady cleaning the bathrooms and most of all Erin , the groundskeeper. Clean facilities. Nice place.

Up to our past KOA experiences. Clean grounds, helpful staff, propane on-site (which we needed). Due to weather we couldn't enjoy the horseshoe pits or cornhole, but would have in nicer weather. The staff upgraded us to a pull-through w/full hook-ups, which made our day. It was close to the beaches we wanted to visit for rock-hounding. Very pleasant stay.

Check in was easy and the gentleman who helped us maneuver our 5th wheel into the spot was fantastic!

Place has potential but is apparently poorly managed and maintained. There is no enforcement of site or RV keeping and many sites were filled with junk and/or trash. Lots of RVs that don't look like they are capable of moving. It is a sad, depressing RV campground.

Wow! This is very disappointing to hear and we're sorry you assessed our KOA Holiday so negatively. We do Month-to-Month rentals during the Winter to provide affordable housing but we have standards we enforce re: maintaining individual sites. We wish you well and safe travels.

Great place. Owner Steve Long has one of the best groups of employees. They all had time for this old man (me) to share a bit of my hard earned wisdom...lol Place is quiet well kept clean and safe.

The location is close to town but has a secluded country feel. We were given a site close to office which was nice and it had a concrete patio. The staff was very friendly, helpful and answered all our questions. I told the park owner we have been all the way across the US and this was the hardest working staff we have seen. They are always busy. We will be back.

The staff at the Lincoln City KOA are wonderful! We had a scary experience of our cat getting out of our trailer and the staff was wonderful in supporting us. The facility is also very clean and the WiFi worked well. Lincoln City KOA is a location I would absolutely return to.

Reception to campground was fantastic. Campground host representive guided us into our spot without us ever having to get out of our rig. Have never experienced this before at any koa. We had a patio site. Well thought out for a 80's trailer but the only negative is that the sites are very narrow. We could not expand the pop outs in our site fully in our 5th wheel. Check out is 11:00 .

We booked for thanksgiving week, was a great experience. Not as many campers as thought, but was well kept and quiet.

The best Wifi experience in just about any RV park we have stayed at. Good array of cable TV channels. Quiet park with nice features: patios, furniture, large dog "park". Big trees. Some less attractive areas. As iike most places, dog owners are not great at picking up after their pets in the dog area even though bags are provided.

We appreciate your review. The owners upgraded our WiFi so we do have a reliable signal in our park. Guests not picking up after their dogs is a frustrating re-occurrence although every Guest is educated on the pet rules. We're sorry for that. We hope you'll visit again.

Came down to look for some floats on the beach, no luck. Also, to try out our new tv that we installed, and it work well. the camp site was nice and clean.

Location was perfect, loved the paw pen addition for the fur babies. Only “gripe” would be that more grass was added, especially because of the moisture there. Staff was amazing and attentive. Nice and quiet.

Lincoln city KOA is always friendly and clean. We enjoy staying there once or twice a year. It's an oasis close to the coast.

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and they are very nice! The grounds themselves are well kept with great accommodations for kids! Super quick drive to the beach. We will be back for sure! Bill and Terry were the camp hosts and they we both lovely, kind, and helpful ❤️

I stayed at the Lincoln City KOA Holiday for two nights while traveling along the Oregon coast (5/25/2026 & 5/26/2026). When checking in, the Hosts (Terry and Bill Pacheco) were very friendly and extremely helpful in providing information about hiking trails, sightseeing, dining, and other activities that were available in the area. The facility is clean, accessible, and very well maintained and managed. I had a very pleasant experience and look forward to staying at Lincoln City KOA Holiday on my next time though. Thank you!
