The best park we have stayed in. Everything was great. A large fenced dog park. Shady and level sites. Patio sites. Easy short drive to town and the beach. Great staff who were involved.

Everyone who worked there was great! They did a good job keeping the place clean and having fun things for everyone to do. The campground was busy during the day but quiet at night- perfect!

The help have been fantastic! We had to leave to fly out for a funeral and had to extend our space for 3 days. In order to do that we had to move rv and we wouldn’t be there to do it so they moved it for us. They also helped with giving us directions to airport and warned us about how to avoid traffic and how much time to plan. Molly was over and beyond concerned about helping in any way possi

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices are too high for comparable spaces at other parks. No privacy shared spaces for $73 is too much to ask people to pay. Mac should be 45 for back in spaces without much privacy. We have stayed in 8 parks on the Oregon coast as yours was the most expensive by far.

Bathrooms need remodelling and more of them. Division between sites unclear. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The space was a little tight we were all very close together

Thank you for your feedback. During the Summer season we are often completely sold out and it can feel crowded for sure. If you visit us again, try one of our Full Hook-Up sites, especially the Back-Ins which provide more trees and a grassy area in the back to pitch a small tent. Take care.

This KOA is wonderful, we reserved the space with the private dog area and my dogs loved it. Getting to stay outside in the cool coastal weather after traveling from inland where the weather was in high 90's-low 100's was such a nice change. Would have stayed longer if I didn't have to get back to work and will be back.!

Well maintained campground. Staff were kind and welcoming. Ice cream social was fun. Location was great. Campsites are way too close to each other. It felt like we were sitting on top of one another. Restroom/showers were okay. Unfortunately there was poop left in one of the showers, which was pretty disgusting.

This is the most idyllic setting in any KOA we have stayed in. Peaceful, beautiful grounds with everything clean and tidy, but “ campy” all the same. The staff were superior and new owners should be sent here to learn!!

I really liked staying at this KOA. The camp hosts were friendly and helpful. The whole camp is very well maintained. The store, bathrooms and laundry room were all clean. Many of the sites have large concrete pads that make is very easy for parking. The location of this KOA is very good. We are looking forward to visiting Lincoln City KOA again soon.

An absolute gem on the Oregon coast. Lots of activities for children and adults (playground, basketball, volleyball, beanbag toss, etc.) but no pool. A good balance of back-in and pull-through sites, plus cabins and a tent area. Lots of mature trees for shade. Well laid out, except for some tight corners to get in and out of the campground (a challenge for big and long rigs). We'll be back!

Long windy road to get here but while worth it. Nice comfortable campground. Short drive to the coast. Very nice. The staff were great.

The park is clean and the staff is friendly. We had one issue. The park employees were constantly running around in the gas gators. I understand that tools and firewood, etc. are needed to be transported, however the gator activity was constant and continual during our entire stay. The gators are noisy! Everytime we thought we would get some quiet time one would go by. At times it seemed needless

There are only one set of showers/bathrooms for the whole park. They seem to be a little dated. Toilet paper ran out. However, the staff was very warm and friendly and very helpful.

It was a busy weekend and they were sold out. We got in at night and they did not provide a map of the campgrounds or where our spot was located. LUCKILY, the kind worker escorted us to our spot. He was very kind and super helpful. It was a holiday weekend and I felt it was still well kept grounds.

As much as I would like to give this camp a 10, and the staff certainly work to earn it, there are two reasons I cannot. One is the location (which the operator certainly cannot change), at the end of a narrow, windy, hilly road, with no view or access to the coast. The second is the men's room. The sinks are set about 8" too high, air dryers about a foot, and no towel dispensers.

There aren’t enough bathroom facilities for the park when it’s busy. The lower area smelled like either sewage or pot most days. Some of the staff were personable and friendly.

We appreciate your comments. Doesn't sound like you enjoyed your stay as much as we would have liked you to. We have a waste dump on site and odors can occur but dissipate quickly. Pot smoking is not allowed as we are a private property. Tell us when something upsets your stay. Too late in a review.

Everything was going fine until the robust woman at the front desk... I asked what could have given me a rash on my fore arm... her and the staff said they didn't know but the woman said, " it's on your face too." I have adult acne and didn't feel like wearing make up on my trip. The rash didn't look like anything on my face. Body shaming shouldn't have happened from her or anyone at the KOA.

We are very sorry you felt "body shamed" and that would never be our intention, ever! Please know it was meant to be helpful but was not. Giving our entire KOA campground a "1" seems unfair to us but you have every right to your interpretation. We hope you enjoy the rest of your Summer. Take care.

Great place. Quite, clean VERY WELL kept. We've been traveling summers for 3 years now and this is definitely one of the nicer KOAs we've stayed at. The outside staff do a great job keeping the place looking good. The children we saw around the campground were having a fun time as well. Bathrooms and laundry were nice as clean as well. Great location to go explore the area.

We just left yesterday and can only hope the other parks we go to are at least half as nice. Busy park but plenty of things to do. Great breakfast cafe. Definitely would come back. We are from Texas!

Clean park, great location and not too crowded - particularly the back in sites. The hosts and staff were fantastic, even helping an older gentleman who was exhausted and lost - he was at wrong park. One thing to be kind to a customer, another to help another park's customer as well, and that after hours. I will absolutely be back.

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and they are very nice! The grounds themselves are well kept with great accommodations for kids! Super quick drive to the beach. We will be back for sure! Bill and Terry were the camp hosts and they we both lovely, kind, and helpful ❤️

I stayed at the Lincoln City KOA Holiday for two nights while traveling along the Oregon coast (5/25/2026 & 5/26/2026). When checking in, the Hosts (Terry and Bill Pacheco) were very friendly and extremely helpful in providing information about hiking trails, sightseeing, dining, and other activities that were available in the area. The facility is clean, accessible, and very well maintained and managed. I had a very pleasant experience and look forward to staying at Lincoln City KOA Holiday on my next time though. Thank you!
