I highly recommend staying at Lincoln city KOA.the staff members are friendly. It's a clean and a calm environment to camp over night in one of the cabins we rented. The breakfast is so good to eat. And also they had a great play area for kids .

Everyone there is always very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The atmosphere there is just one of a big family

You are right! The owners, Steve and Heidi Long, and our entire KOA Staff, focus on creating a family atmosphere for our Guests. The Long's own kids pitch in and deliver wood, cashier in the General Store, and serve S'mores and Tillamook ice cream at our Socials on Saturdays. Come visit again!

We had stayed there with you a couple years back and had a wonderful time. we tent camped then cabin camped. the staff are the best and helpful to your needs. awesome amenities and love the breakfast at the little campfire cafe. Betty and Larry are so nice. And yummy food. We will definitely be back there for sure.

An absolutely wonderful experience! The check in was smooth and the lady at the counter was very friendly and informative. The cabin we stayed in was K12. It was very clean! The grounds are well kept. There are a lot of activities to do for people of all ages. The staff is excellent. They take care of all situations that may come up during your stay. We will be back for sure!

Stayed in cabin 1 night. It was very nice although overpriced for basic cabin. Not surprising based on location, time of year. Campground well kept and clean and safe.

The cabins are great! Warm and quiet. The camp cafe is wonderful. Betty is an amazing cook! Bathroom showers need new shower curtains, very moldy and the smell from the sewage dump station is bad.

Bathrooms were disgusting. One toilet leaked so there was water and mud in the stalls. The showers were not cleaned well. Hair and lots of junk in the corners, so when the showers didn't drain well, the gunk got on my feet. There was mold. Shower curtains were very dirty on the insides. However, staff was super pleasant and the cafe food was amazing.

Thank you for posting your comments, though mostly quite negative. During your three day stay did you ever report these conditions in the bathrooms to Store staff or Maintenance on-site? We advise all Guests at check-in to tell us if they have a problem while they are here. Too late via a review.

We have held our family reunion at Otis KOA for a few years now.. We get the best customer service from the team especially the owner. We enjoy the events that are hosted by the KOA. We look forward to our 2023 Family Reunió. ..Thank you Otis KOA

Charged extra for my service animal in a cabin stay which no other KOA has charged me. Showers not very clean, i.e. shower curtains and floors dirty. Otherwise a pleasant place to stay and good location with friendly staff. I had to clean the cabin floor on arrival due to very dirty and sticky residue.

Cabin was extremely clean and bright, staff was super friendly, breakfast was fantastic! One of the nicest parks we’ve stayed in.

We really enjoyed the convenience of a hearty meal at the campground restaurant in the morning before adventuring out and enjoying the area.

What an amazing little campground. It's only a journey type KOA, but it has a lot, as much as a bigger KOA. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It has an intimate at home vibe that larger KOA's are missing. The area is situated in a circle, so you can let your kids play and are able to watch them easily in the middle. Lots of playground equipment and stuff for them here.

Super friendly staff, always there to help or answer questions. We stay in a Kabin, we were kind of bummed that they didn't have any Tiny Houses with bathrooms but this one work. Very family orientated, great place for kids. The weather was super nice and we went to the Ghost Forrest in Neskowin which is about 15 minutes away from the KOA. Will be back soon!

We loved it, very clean, children's play area can be seen from all campsites and cabins, young adult and adult family games in the play area. Store stays open til 10...great customer service...very friendly!

It was awesome! Very grateful that this was dog friendly. It was our first time bringing our puppy camping and this was perfect!

One of the nicest campgrounds I've ever been in. All the tent sites were taken, but they allowed me to stay in an RV spot. A bit pricey, but well worth it. This KOA also has a kitchen that serves breakfast in the morning from 7 to 11. Sparkling clean restrooms. Beautiful Playground for kids. Several employees to help when needed.

Nice campground! Clean well maintained. Friendly front desk. Clean and updated restrooms snd showers. Would highly recommend! Ours RV space had a concrete patio with nice table and chairs and small bbq. Quiet and wooded setting.
