We had such an enjoyable time! The staff were all so friendly and especially loved the tye dye shirt session. Can't wait to return!

The poor kitty going around may not be living for long. The blind kitty is getting pushed around by dogs and kids. The kitty should be safe and taken care of. The dog next to our site almost attacked this kitty and it really scared me. Also it would be nice to have more than one trash bag in the cabin.

Our cabin was not very clean with lots of pine needles and dirt in floor which made it difficult to get settled in since we had to clean first. The rest was great!

We stayed in a cabin on the property. The cabin was clean and stocked with a fridge, microwave, shower and bbq. My wife and I had no complaints. We also frequented the dog run area, which was well maintained.

Overall a very good experience staying in a cabin 1 night at KOA. Cabin and facilities were clean. The grounds were well maintained. Staff was friendly. Fellow campers observed quiet hours. The cafe food was tasty - biscuits n gravy. My only complaint is that the baseboard heat in the cabin didn't work well.

The food at the restaurant was ok. It was overpriced for what you got. I got the breakfast burrito and it was so tiny for 12.00. The wood we were given was wet and would not burn so I had to go into town and buy more. That was horrible, almost ruined dinner unfortunately. Lastly, the showers in the men's bathroom were awful. Short walls so my husband was looking at the men next to him and small

We're sorry you were disappointed with your stay. We do want to hear your comments and suggestions. What puzzles us is we only sell kiln dried firewood from our General Store and our enclosed Wood shop so there is no way we would sell you wet wood. It is never stored outdoors. You take care.

We stayed in a beautiful cabin that was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The little cookhouse that Betty and Larry manage serves excellent food. I can definitely see myself returning there again someday, but next time I'll probably be pulling my camper and staying longer. It sure a beautiful area and everyone was very nice. Thank you for making our vacation better, we really appreciate it..

The worst location of the grill and fire pit behind cabin, the closeness of the cabins, no pool, no activities for kids except the tiny playground, heater not working worst KOA we've ever stayed at, never again will we stay here

We're sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. Sounds like your expectations were way different than what our KOA Lincoln City website clearly explains we offer. A resort KOA might be a better option for a pool. We have so much to do in the area being just 3 miles from the Oregon Coast. Take care.

Having people live in the cabins is not welcoming for other guests. Trash on front porch, trash in fire pit, dogs left unattended barking at other campers. The cabin I slept in smelled horrible, probably because someone was previously living in it. Bathrooms were disgusting, mildew in showers, toilet overflowing for over a day. Worst KOA I’ve ever been to

In spite of bringing only some of these issues to our attention and doing all we could to improve your stay with us nothing was good enough from your perspective. A toilet overflowing for over a day? That would never happen here or the entire building would have flooded. Can't please everybody.

Had a wonderful time. Will stay again. Had some trouble working the heater. It was hard to identify what setting the heat was on. We just kept it on “medium” and cracked a window when needed. Love that you guys are dog friendly now! We stayed there about 7-8 years ago and the dog had to sleep in the car even though we had a doctor’s note stating the person needed their Emotional Support an

The heaters in the cabin didn't warm it up enough, I can't imagine if it was freezing out. The beds were like prison beds only a little thicker, very uncomfortable. The cabins are stacked right on top of each other, no real space. The fire pit is a tire rim, very small.

Reception staff very friendly, got us checked in efficiently, and had even turned on our cabin's heater to get it warm for our arrival. Cabin was as described on website, mattresses very comfy. I would have given 5 stars, but the shower had obviously not been cleaned. Thick residue from a bar of soap on shower shelf, black curly hairs stuck to the shower's walls, floor, and curtain.

The staff are super friendly and make sure you feel right at home. Great Halloween event for my kids. Loved everything about the experience and will be going back.

It was better than expected. I accidentally left items in the fridge that I didn’t want to toss but take home. Forgot them. We emptied the garage’s and totally missed checking the fridge. It was real fun and will come back for sure.

Very friendly and helpful. Molly went out of her way to get us directions to the attractions nearby. She made sure everything was ok with the cabin. Could have used a bath mat. Only place that hasn't supplied any.

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and they are very nice! The grounds themselves are well kept with great accommodations for kids! Super quick drive to the beach. We will be back for sure! Bill and Terry were the camp hosts and they we both lovely, kind, and helpful ❤️

I stayed at the Lincoln City KOA Holiday for two nights while traveling along the Oregon coast (5/25/2026 & 5/26/2026). When checking in, the Hosts (Terry and Bill Pacheco) were very friendly and extremely helpful in providing information about hiking trails, sightseeing, dining, and other activities that were available in the area. The facility is clean, accessible, and very well maintained and managed. I had a very pleasant experience and look forward to staying at Lincoln City KOA Holiday on my next time though. Thank you! No corporate feel here! The staff all went above and beyond to help us dial in our stay. Diane in particular went out of her way to help us pick the right site for our family, and there were s'mores and ice cream socials and lots of human connection and freedom for the kids. It's not on the ocean--but this turns out to be a real plus if you tire of cold wind after a day at the beach nearby!
