Great clean park! Staff is great and very friendly. This last stay, we were able to have their Saturday night barbecue dinner! It was excellent! This park is close to so many things to do on the Coast!

Funny and happy crew at this KOA. Molly went out of her way to help us out due to our error in a missing reservation day at our next location. The grounds crew were great at the humor and assistance with all of our needs. Location is nice and close to Lincoln City, yet the 3 miles is far enough away to be very quiet. We were having a girls trip. Second time at Lincoln City KOA. Clean well kept grounds, office store was well stocked and people are friendly. Check in was a breeze. They have a cafe, firewood is cheaper than in town. Wonderful stay.

It was much better all the other times e stayed. The spot we had this time was very crowded and people kept walking through our campsite to get to the playground, store, bathroom and in the middle of the night bumping into our RV waking us up. Other than that it was GREAT as always. Yummy food, place was clean, friendly and helpful people. This is our favorite place, just not that site.

The staff were great and super kind and helpful. We were in space 4, it was awful. There is a sewer grate about 15 ft from the patio that allowed sewer fumes to waft into the sight 24/7. The actual dump station is about 30 ft away and every time someone dumped it smelled awful. The site claimed we would have a hedge for privacy, what it didn’t mention is that our patio did not have any privacy.

It was perfectly located outside of Lincoln City. The Cabin we stayed in was perfect for a family of four.

Basic Cabin was okay with good proximity to the playground for the kids. BEWARE! the pedal cart rental. We rented (3) of them for our kids, but they are difficult to pedal for younger kids. There is only (1) double cart that I could tell. We attempted to return (2) of them just as soon it was determined the two smaller kids could no manage. The manager said that we could not get our money back!

We enjoyed a quiet weekend at the Lincoln City KOA. Friday's check in was smooth and began with smores by the community fire followed by games of horseshoes. Our cabin was clean and the mini fridge worked well. Saturday we enjoyed a walk to see Bigfoot, relaxing in our cabins yard, frisbee golf, cornhole and a few baskets. We enjoyed the ice-cream social with Tillamook ice-cream.

Our cross country trip landed us in Lincoln City KOA Father’s Day weekend and like every campground in America, it was packed. I get being full, but the sights are so cramped together, we heard people’s conversations. Also, with this many sites to fill, people dropped trash and left dog poop in the road. Not the KOA’s fault, but hard to maintain cleanliness.

My wife had a health issue that required us to leave a day early. I went in the office and notified them about 24 hrs in advance we would be leaving and requested a credit for the day we would not be there. We were told it was against policy, no credit would be issued, and that you didn't have time to do it. You had a chance to perform some good customer service but you chose the other way.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are sincerely sorry you had a health issue to shorten your stay. The national KOA corporate policy for cancellations is clearly explained when you book your reservation. Seven days PRIOR to checking in is required for RVs to receive a credit. We did have time, we did care.

Beautiful, clean sites, awesome friendly staff! Breakfast was excellent. Only negative is the laundry equipment. Very old and 2 of the 3 dryers are missing the controls. Laundry facility and bathrooms are clean.

We arrived from Aberdeen. The lady in the office was a hoot! Were able to fill the propane tank & be guided to our location. The gentleman (sorry did not catch his name)helped us back into the location. Hookups were wonderful.Clean facility. Restrooms & showers great! Loved having a sink to watch dishes in. We used the BBQ to cook our steaks. Enjoyed breakfast the next morning. Thanks!

Loved it. The only thing that would have made it better was a pool. If you had an indoor pool we might move in! We had a wonderful time. Everyone was so friendly. My sun loved the horse swings. Thanks for a great time. We will be back!

Beautiful site, wonderful staff, facilities were exceptionally clean and the food at the café was delicious! My family and I had so much fun here! And every single staff member was soo very kind and helpful and seemed to really enjoy what they do! I hope to come back soon before the summer ends!

Great KOA park, we enjoyed our stay. The biggest issue was how tight the sites are. I couldn't get behind my RV to hookup or drain my tanks with the slides out. Too narrow and bushes too big.

Liked it. Nice place. Would stay again and suggested it to others. Owner and others very friendly. I'm a country girl so loved that it was out of the busy city. Also always so nice to see a k.o.a. w/out a section of trashy old campers and scetchy full timers. So thanks for the stay. Lots of k.o.a Elsewhere could learn from this one.

Wonderful location, beautiful campground. I loved the walking path up the hill behind the campground. The store was fully stocked and staffed with wonderful people. The Little Cafe made a great breakfast. The Ice Cream social was a lot of fun and great ice cream. A really family friendly place. The entrance driveway is single lane and pretty steep, but full view so you can take turns.

The grounds are very well maintained and beautifully landscaped. The shower house was extremely clean and the park was super quiet at night.

Not aware that campground is on a hill. Caused damage to my sway bars trying to get in. Disappointed with mgmt attitude at check in to cancel and small sizes of the spaces in the campground. I reserved X-long space and my 35 foot trailer w/ 2 slide outs barely fit. All gravel,no grass. Had to move grill ring to get in/out of trailer. More details needed in campground description. Can't return.

The staff was extremely helpful and the area was beautiful and clean. The hookups were placed in an area that was perfect for our travel trailer. The shop had the materials I needed for fixing an issue with my trailer that came up when I was connecting. The only issue I had was the spot was on a slope so I needed to put blocks under my tires to level and the fire pit was too close to the trailer.

Was not comfortable with the fire ring being close to the hedge. Suggest you get some fire bricks and put them between the hedge and the fire ring. The space were we were was tight. Had hard time walking with my bump out, the table and hedge.

cabin and grounds were clean, was told and in print bathrooms were cleaned at 12 and they closed at 11:30 for cleaning, but cleaning was completed fairly quickly

It was a good stay like in times past. However the 1 ply toilet paper is terrible. It was not a full roll. Staying 2 nights that did not last the two of us the whole time. We ran out. �

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and they are very nice! The grounds themselves are well kept with great accommodations for kids! Super quick drive to the beach. We will be back for sure! Bill and Terry were the camp hosts and they we both lovely, kind, and helpful ❤️

I stayed at the Lincoln City KOA Holiday for two nights while traveling along the Oregon coast (5/25/2026 & 5/26/2026). When checking in, the Hosts (Terry and Bill Pacheco) were very friendly and extremely helpful in providing information about hiking trails, sightseeing, dining, and other activities that were available in the area. The facility is clean, accessible, and very well maintained and managed. I had a very pleasant experience and look forward to staying at Lincoln City KOA Holiday on my next time though. Thank you! No corporate feel here! The staff all went above and beyond to help us dial in our stay. Diane in particular went out of her way to help us pick the right site for our family, and there were s'mores and ice cream socials and lots of human connection and freedom for the kids. It's not on the ocean--but this turns out to be a real plus if you tire of cold wind after a day at the beach nearby!
