Good KOA, very family friendly. only 2 comments: need to fix the code for the bathroom security locks, and shower curtains in women's bathroom need cleaning.

The staff were wonderful, lots of fun activities like smores, ice cream social and tie-dye t-shirts took place. The breakfast at the little cafe was great, lots of choices! The location to Lincoln City was perfect and we loved the drive around the lake. Would definitely recommend this campground, we will be back!

Beautifully maintained and operated! Sooo much nicer than previous visits. (Many years ago). Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff…we will be back! This park should be considered the flagship park of the KOA fleet…….

The staff were welcoming. The grounds were cheerful and we loved seeing family enjoying themselves playing basketball, frisbee and just running around. It was a short drive to the ocean and peaceful home base for our stay. We look forward to coming again next summer!

Very nice park. Everyone was very nice. Park was quite, clean and loved the trees. The only thing that needed a little upgrade was the rec room. There was nothing in it. No TV, No Games, No nothing, just 4 tables with chairs, that were mainly used to eat breakfast from the little cook shop.

The grounds were beautiful, the bathrooms were clean, the staff was fantastic! My first experience at a KOA. I am used to camping in campgrounds with a little more room in the campsites. My overall experience was great, and I would come back, but maybe choose a different tent site.

We had a great visit at this campground. The amenities were great - our kids loved the playground area and little store. All the employees were so kind and helpful. We would come again.

The gal that checked us in was very nice and had Tommy direct us to our site and guided us as we backed in. We had a nice level site with grass space behind for our dogs. Thank you for that. Plus the dog run was close by & we were able to turn them loose to run.

I have been coming here for a few years with a friend of mine. I was disappointed on a couple different things. Reported them both and was dismissed. Not enough room to write it all out. They didn't care anyway.

Site 34 had a large stump near our trailer door which reduced the area for using our outdoor chairs. Also very tight to cabin and long term trailer. Would not recommend for more than a overnight.

Staff and store were great! Lacked pool and hotub. Best bathrooms and showers we have seen at a KOA. Great play area and restaurant onsite as well.

Sites are WAY too small with no privacy. And theyre double the price of state park. Food was meh. But everyone who worked there was super nice.

Enjoyed our stay, we were there for 4 days with our grandkids. Loved the events ie smores ice cream social and tie dye tee shirts( only comment i have is that web site need to be updated on the price for the tee shirts).

Being on the coast is fantastic. Staff were helpful and shower was hot and had pressure. Small park with a busy playground. Even with trees around we had satellite service. Tight spaces though and it would be nice if the pads were more level.

We stayed just for a night, but were still taken care of very graciously. We paid for a slight upgrade giving us a little more room. The gal at the desk gave us a KOA directory for the US. We had breakfast burritos n pancakes that were really great to start another long day! ...just awesome! Ed n Lynn

We had a fantastic stay at Lincoln City KOA! It was ideal for our family vacation, with everything we needed right on-site—including a fun play park for the kids. I would some training and process to management. i booked 2 site 2 months ago and had request site close to each other. Over the phone they said yes and in actual could not provide also over all reservations and assigned site ppl are not coordinated. also staff is not well skilled I feel. they might need training. Lot of mismatch when person other side a changed

The Lincoln City KOA rates very high for us. Tucked away in a shady hollow, only minutes from Pacific Beaches, shopping and dining. Grassy areas between each pull-in, with flowers planted around the campground, the sounds of happy kids in the central playground, woodsmoke from small campfires in the air, and quiet in the evenings. Showers/restrooms very clean and tidy. Friendly staff.

The property, amenities, and lodging were all great, I’m a single mom and had a great stay with my kiddo. My only complaint is that the large mattress in #7 smelled very bad like sweat or urine which was unpleasant. Otherwise we loved this place and will be coming back in the future.

Very friendly staff. We stayed one night and it was a nice site but a little tricky to get into. It was very crowded but it was a weekend which is expected.

That park is nice. The grounds maintenance team keep it looking good but drive entirely too fast on the gators or side by sides. They create dust that cover the vehicles and rv’s. Also, I saw one of the maintenance team using a weed-eater right around someone’s trailer and camping area, where there were cords and hoses and such. This type of maintenance should be done when there are no campers

Dave, the gentleman that helped us park, was the most amazing and accommodating person. He alone should get 10 STARS!!!! If you want to find him just look for the MOST HANDSOME dude in the park. Just sayin! ���

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and they are very nice! The grounds themselves are well kept with great accommodations for kids! Super quick drive to the beach. We will be back for sure! Bill and Terry were the camp hosts and they we both lovely, kind, and helpful ❤️

I stayed at the Lincoln City KOA Holiday for two nights while traveling along the Oregon coast (5/25/2026 & 5/26/2026). When checking in, the Hosts (Terry and Bill Pacheco) were very friendly and extremely helpful in providing information about hiking trails, sightseeing, dining, and other activities that were available in the area. The facility is clean, accessible, and very well maintained and managed. I had a very pleasant experience and look forward to staying at Lincoln City KOA Holiday on my next time though. Thank you! No corporate feel here! The staff all went above and beyond to help us dial in our stay. Diane in particular went out of her way to help us pick the right site for our family, and there were s'mores and ice cream socials and lots of human connection and freedom for the kids. It's not on the ocean--but this turns out to be a real plus if you tire of cold wind after a day at the beach nearby!
