This is a nice RV PARK out of the ocean wind. The pull through sites offer screening from your neighbors and the upper back in sites are in heavy shaded trees. The store is nice and stocks enough that you don’t have to go to town and they make pizzas at night. ( The pizzas had that cheap frozen pizza taste though). The lower portion of the park is noisy and smells like sewer from the RV dump.

Although the staff was very friendly, our campsite was awful. We were across from what appeared to be full time campers. We are understanding that happens, but the trailers were run down and dirty. You should tell people when they book they will be in that area. Our site was very small and we were quite cramped and when outside directly facing the run down trailers. We did not enjoy our stay.

1 star for a great location. 1 star for service of staff at the check-in counter. Beyond that, we were happy when it was time to leave as the campsites are hilariously small. When inside a camper with doors and windows closed, we should NOT be able to the neighbors walk across their floor. Layout at check-in was ridiculous as there was very little room, cars backed up & same thing on pulling out.

My family and I loved this KOA and had an amazing getaway weekend! The staff is friendly, helpful, and awesome! Very clean and well-maintained. We loved the showers and the outdoor games. The weekend fun activities are the best! We loved the Smores on Friday and the Ice cream social and tie-dye event!

Bathrooms were filthy at times. Also not enough washer and dryers for amount of sites. Also wasn’t crazy about the early check in fee. We checked in 1 1/2 hours early and was charged 25 bucks. Our site was ready. I’ve never had a KOA so that before.

First camping trip with our 1.5 year old and had a blast! Loved the playground and ease of bathrooms / showers. Our campsite was BIG and we had so much fun. Close to lots of local adventures too!

space was nice once we got into it, that's a bit tricky but it was good, level, and the dog pen was nice and the cement pad with the furniture was nice we used it. For the hillside you're on the spaces are well thought out. Dumpsters are a long ways away, someone picking up trash in the morning on the golf cart would be a nice thing! Nathan was nice directing us to our space and helping us

We stayed for two nights. The staff was very friendly and gave great recommendations of what to do nearby. The park was clean with plenty to do. We would definitely return.

In general, it was a nice stay but the first night we were kept up by a loud conversation by neighboring campers until 1:30 am.

Overall staff was friendly and site is clean. I would not recommend site 16. Very tight and the vent for the sewer system is at this site. The smell of sewage can be overwhelming at certain times of the day. There is only 1 restroom and shower facility and you will have to wait to use facilities at certain times of the day. You will need a vehicle to go to town, lake, or beaches.

Loved it! Well stocked store, propane re-fill, clean bathrooms; it was an amazing community of campers and staff! We will definitely be staying again.

Beyond Sugar Loaf Key KOA, this was one of the best KOAs we have stayed at. The campground and facilities were well maintained/clean… and it was a great location to base camp and explore the Oregon Coast.

It was a nice quiet park. The rec room was kinda drab. I wouldn’t spend any time in there. Bathrooms were clean. The hiking trail was too steep for us (bad knees), but it looked really beautiful. Playground was nice. There were options for kids of all ages

The vibe was friendly and fun, the location quiet and natural; lots of character and comfort. Not at all the typical semi-sterile KOA, but with the high level of maintenance and services you expect.

Enjoyed the stay. FYI. The door to cabin K9 needs to be shaved on the bottom. It has swelled to an extent to where it does not fully open, due to clearance conflict with the floor.

Great location less than 10 minutes from 101! The kids enjoyed playing at the playground with all the other kids staying there. We made good use of the volleyball, basketball, horse shoes, and corn hole. The store is well stocked with anything you might need or want. The staff are very lovely people. We will definitely be back!

Weary adult travelers need to be told up front this is a kid friendly park at time of booking. We certainly are not against kids having fun and enjoying vacation. Hearing high pitched screaming continuously until almost 10 pm is not our thing. If you think camping in the middle of Disneyland is your thing, this park is for you.

We had our 21 member family reunion there on July/Aug. 2026. Great location to everything local. The owner and his staff were amazing throughout our eight days there. They checked on us frequently and were incredibly helpful the entire stay. Campground is clean and very quiet during quiet time and the kids in our group had a great time at the playground and volleyball court. I recommend it!

Great stay! Staff were very accommodating- upgraded our site and allowed us to spend and extra night! Park was clean, food great, & the kids loved the playground activities available. We will be back!!

Our extended family of 21 all stayed at this KOA and we all enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Everything was kept very clean and in great condition, having a dish washing station with hot water ready to use was such a treat from our previous camping trips. We would definitely recommend it and might even be back!

Avoid Lincoln City KOA Holiday. Our cabin door latch was broken, allowing our service dog to get out. Another camper screamed at my 7-year-old, and management demanded service dog paperwork in violation of the ADA. We were removed without a refund after being told another dog was injured, despite never seeing evidence of any injury. ADA and state complaints have been filed.

We love all the camp staffers! So friendly!! We stayed with you 10 years ago. While making breakfast our daughter was burned from the fire when lighter fluid was poured on the fire. It caught her clothes on fire. Your staff back then were so attentive and made things for us better. She had third degree burns. This facility was so small and the RV area were very condensed. The reason we reserved a spot there is because they said they had a food diner open for breakfast and dinner, false advertising They said that it was only open on the weekends, even though the place was full, we asked for our money back and they refuse to give it to us. We paid for one night and wanted a refund for day 2, we left

Always a good place to stay. We stay every summer for the last couple of years. Only "issue" well, not really an issue, just a preference, is allowing guests to bring their pets(we brought ours too) but then the pets chained outside ALL DAY and some of the night, barking and whining...As a pet owner, it is extremely hard to see and listen to. Wish there was some way to not allow that to happen..

Nice campground overall. Good proximity to Lincoln city. Good amenities. We got a tent site for a weekend in mid September, after the primary season we got here at 6:30 and didn't realize the office closed at 5 this time of year. That's not a big deal. But some of the things that are closed for the season, are not listed as such around the campground so they could do a better job with that.
