Windy drive off Hwy 101. One night stay. The staff was friendly. The utilities worked as expected. The men's bathroom smelled heavily of marijuana smoke. The women's bathroom did not. They were both clean, and functioned as expected. Access roads are tight. Fair space between us and the neighbor. Quiet. Dark. Enjoyed the trail! Road work nearby during daytime.

We had a great stay. Beautiful campground, clean bathroom, recreation room where we could easily cook or reheat food. We will visit again.

Space was to narrow and not level. Washers and dryers couldn't be adjusted for heat, some didn't work at all, told the attendant when I was leaving, she didn't write it down had to remind them a second time, only one trash holder to be used by the whole park.

Friendly and quick checkin. We had site 007, advertised as a "patio" site. However our medium sized 35' class A with slides out eliminated most of the patio. The site is too narrow to be used as a patio.

Park is well off Highway 101 so no traffic noise. Site 30 ( a more expensive site) was back-in but were disappointed it was sloped from from back to front and were not able to completely level even using our blocks. Bathrooms were okay clean-women's showers had accumulated hair around drains and corners. Staff were nice and friendly.

Really a disappointing stay. The campers to one side of us had a cat on a long rope that kept pooping under our trailer, and on the other side was a guy who appeared to be a long-term stay. He was working on his car on the site, so when we sat at our picnic table, it was just a view of him fixing his car. The bathrooms were filthy, with hairballs in the drain and full garbage

Wonderful staff but the sites are extremely difficult to get into and very very unlevel. The number of longterm residents mixed in with the campers staying for a few nights is not good. We reserved a premium site with a patio and PupPen but after all the work to back in, we discovered that we didn’t get the patio or PupPen. The cost charged/value is horrible compared to where we are now

We always enjoy staying here. This is our favorite KOA. I have to say when we stayed in the RV spot behind the store, we did not like. We couldn’t put our awning out and people walked thru our campsite at all times bumping our rv. But this trip was great! Hopefully they put that on our preference. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a group enjoy their camfire under our bedroom slide until we asked them to move so we could go to sleep. The next night we had a loud truck show up after midnight. You need a better quiet time management. We have stayed here three times. Bad, good, bad….. you work hard to provide good service. Do better on quiet. It is one of the few KOAs with no road noise.

Lincoln City KOA has great facilities and staff the only reason I didn’t give it 5 Stars was due to the dog run area. After throwing a ball for my dog she started foaming at the mouth due to apparent herbicide contamination of the grass. I talked to a KOA employee and he said that the park used herbicide for weed control. So I limited my dog’s exposure to the grass areas in the park.

The campground itself, amenities on the grounds, is amazing. However, I felt the cabin to be over priced (my girlfriend stayed at the Comfort Inn for half the price, with pool and full breakfast, nice room). The refrigerator is set too high, frozen all my food (including hard boiled eggs could not eat). Cannot view tv with positioning of the bed. Cabin itself very small. A lot of bugs inside.

The only thing would be to check that they put you in the correct site at check in. This was the only time we have had to move sites after being set up. We stay at KOA a lot and have never had a problem before. It is a nice campground.

Lincoln City KOA is truly a hidden gem!!! The campground is neat and clean, and the staff are amazing. I'll definitely be back. Keep up the good work all y'all! �ϋ��ϋ��ϋ�

Red head lady was very rude and could not answer a simple question. The pictures shown on web site are not exactly how the park was, very hard to pull into spot, THEY assigned to us. The price you pay for a spot, RIDICIOUS, it was not clean, fire pits were a joke, you start a fire in those your trailer could go up in smoke. I would of left a day after I got there but couldn't get refund.

Cabin was clean and the grounds were nice. Eddie was very helpful and kind to us. He was always smiling!!! We just thought he was great

Much too small with large 38 foot RVs. Entrance and exits had holes that made it very difficult to maneuver to exit. Junk and trashy RVs on premises. Barkng dogs, and many rules not being followed. Sites much too tight for big RVS, with very close trees on site exits, One of the worst KOAs we ever stayed at.

There was so many spiders and spider webs on the porches swings and doors we had 2 kabins it was kinda awful I know that there are spiders with camping but they could Cheatham off and maybe bug spray I have seen it done at other koa's other than the excess of spiders it was great

Heidi was so welcoming and friendly. The site was just what I wanted, and it was nice to have the little store. The grounds were clean with lots of trees and grass. Thanks!!

The spaces are really nice, the bathrooms are older but clean amd usable. The staff is super friendly. I love this place and come here usually every year. The store has most items you forgot to bring, and it is a short drive to the beach. If you need ideas of where to go, they can help you with that as well. Give it a try!

It was a great stay in a campground that is close to several attractions. A lake across the street the ocean near by. It was s clean and had a great playground and activities to keep young camps busy. We’ll be back.

Felt like we were packed in like sardines. The wall of our camper was less than 5 feet away from our next door neighbor. Not only did we hear every time they exited or entered, we could hear them talk inside their trailer. While there were amenities which might make this a relatively inexpensive vacation for a family with kids, we will only use a KOA if there are no alternatives available.

We have stayed here many times and loved been happy with our visit. There is however, one thing that I noticed inside our cabin was not cleaned to our standards. Parts of the floor were sticky, and the inside of the door was very dirty. These will not detour me from returning again though. Thank you for a wonderful stay, the grounds are so peaceful and beautiful.

We stay at a lot of KOAs across the US. I have never stayed at a deluxe cabin that did not provide linens. This one does not provide and have to pay to use the KOA linens. When checking in after the office is closed, you are pretty much up a creek. Text message went unanswered. The information is not readily available when rented. Picture shows bed made. After a long day of travel, disappointed.

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and they are very nice! The grounds themselves are well kept with great accommodations for kids! Super quick drive to the beach. We will be back for sure! Bill and Terry were the camp hosts and they we both lovely, kind, and helpful ❤️

I stayed at the Lincoln City KOA Holiday for two nights while traveling along the Oregon coast (5/25/2026 & 5/26/2026). When checking in, the Hosts (Terry and Bill Pacheco) were very friendly and extremely helpful in providing information about hiking trails, sightseeing, dining, and other activities that were available in the area. The facility is clean, accessible, and very well maintained and managed. I had a very pleasant experience and look forward to staying at Lincoln City KOA Holiday on my next time though. Thank you! No corporate feel here! The staff all went above and beyond to help us dial in our stay. Diane in particular went out of her way to help us pick the right site for our family, and there were s'mores and ice cream socials and lots of human connection and freedom for the kids. It's not on the ocean--but this turns out to be a real plus if you tire of cold wind after a day at the beach nearby!
