Very peaceful and quiet. The staff is the most friendly and accommodating staff that we have had in our entire 3 weeks of travel! B at grooms are clean, laundry is handy. Only complaint is most sites are not close to level. We are in a class B van and only carry limited number of leveling blocks. They allowed us to move to a more level site to help us out. We will definitely stay again!

The attendant at check-in did an excellent job of making sure we had exactly what we needed. The facilities are clean. There is plenty of trees for shade.

It was very good. We had some issues with one of out slides and the folks there were very helpful in loaning us a ladder to take care of it.

Landscape is beautifully maintained. RV parking sites are very UNLEVEL. Sewer connection located at extreme back end of site, far from fresh water & power connections. Too far away from RV tank drains. Laundry clothes dryers are so old (only operate super hot temp) & definitely need to be replaced.

This KOA has a very accommodating, friendly, and professional work crew. It’s one of the friendliest KOA campgrounds that I’ve stayed in. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.

Check in woman not friendly at all. Mitigated by extremely friendly and helpful person who led us to our site. Very noisy neighbors who spent an hour talking very loudly to someone on the phone. This was not the KOA's fault just bad luck for us. Clean showers and bathrooms.

Very friendly hosts, campground was clean and quiet. Very pet friendly. Space was large and plenty of room and good privacy from neighboring campers. Will definitely be back!!

We stayed in a cabin on the property. The cabin was clean and stocked with a fridge, microwave, shower and bbq. My wife and I had no complaints. We also frequented the dog run area, which was well maintained.

This KOA is decent. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Tent sites vary in size. There really isn’t room for a vehicle and a tent in most of them. Overall I don’t see the same concerns or issues other reviewers did. It’s just a smaller koa. They have breakfast and a well stocked store if you need it. Hours are more limited.

The owner and staff were wonderfully helpful and accommodating. The KOA was away from the highway and in a private location with lots of trees, even in the midst of houses and a busy road. That is good. That being said, our space was very difficult to back into and we were surrounded by long term residents, one who did not value keeping their site clean.

It was our very first camping experience as retirees. We are so glad we chose this site for our first. Staff were helpful and friendly, quiet site, lovely grounds. Enjoyed every day, loved the little walking/hiking path for stretching our legs. Lots to do, shopping, beaches, restaurants. We will be back!!!!! (oh, our dog loved it too!)

Overall a very good experience staying in a cabin 1 night at KOA. Cabin and facilities were clean. The grounds were well maintained. Staff was friendly. Fellow campers observed quiet hours. The cafe food was tasty - biscuits n gravy. My only complaint is that the baseboard heat in the cabin didn't work well.

This was our second visit here, last being in the summer. We were not aware that it was used for short term housing through out the other months. People had been living in the sites for over 8 months, changed the vibe of the experience. Overall, won’t be back again, not a place I felt safe with my children.

We're sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. During the Winter months October to May our KOA offers affordable RV sites and Rustic Cabins for short-term rentals. We do have Rules they all agree to and sign. We have KOA Staff living on-site to enforce them. Safety is number one here. Take care.

It was a quiet location and all the staff were very friendly. They were very quick to respond when I let them know the bathroom was out of toilet paper. And I liked that they communicated with text to campers. I think the bathrooms could use some upgrades and privacy curtains. Overall very happy with our stay!

The food at the restaurant was ok. It was overpriced for what you got. I got the breakfast burrito and it was so tiny for 12.00. The wood we were given was wet and would not burn so I had to go into town and buy more. That was horrible, almost ruined dinner unfortunately. Lastly, the showers in the men's bathroom were awful. Short walls so my husband was looking at the men next to him and small

We're sorry you were disappointed with your stay. We do want to hear your comments and suggestions. What puzzles us is we only sell kiln dried firewood from our General Store and our enclosed Wood shop so there is no way we would sell you wet wood. It is never stored outdoors. You take care.

We stayed in a beautiful cabin that was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The little cookhouse that Betty and Larry manage serves excellent food. I can definitely see myself returning there again someday, but next time I'll probably be pulling my camper and staying longer. It sure a beautiful area and everyone was very nice. Thank you for making our vacation better, we really appreciate it..

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and they are very nice! The grounds themselves are well kept with great accommodations for kids! Super quick drive to the beach. We will be back for sure! Bill and Terry were the camp hosts and they we both lovely, kind, and helpful ❤️

I stayed at the Lincoln City KOA Holiday for two nights while traveling along the Oregon coast (5/25/2026 & 5/26/2026). When checking in, the Hosts (Terry and Bill Pacheco) were very friendly and extremely helpful in providing information about hiking trails, sightseeing, dining, and other activities that were available in the area. The facility is clean, accessible, and very well maintained and managed. I had a very pleasant experience and look forward to staying at Lincoln City KOA Holiday on my next time though. Thank you! No corporate feel here! The staff all went above and beyond to help us dial in our stay. Diane in particular went out of her way to help us pick the right site for our family, and there were s'mores and ice cream socials and lots of human connection and freedom for the kids. It's not on the ocean--but this turns out to be a real plus if you tire of cold wind after a day at the beach nearby!
