We enjoyed a relaxing, quiet time on our recent trip t9 Lincoln City and this KOA. Check in was very easy and we began our stay with smores around the community fireplace. Restrioms & Showers were close to our cabin as well as the playground, basketball court, frisbee golf and volleyball court. We even used the KOA's hiking trail up through the trees one evening. Campfire wood was delivered.

My kid loves this place! We have been coming for 3 years and don't plan on changing that. Lots of fun activities in the summer for kids! Always friendly staff ready to help in anyway.

We had the best stay...Nice and clean campground....Lots of fun activities - Tie Dye T Shirt event / Ice Cream Social event. All of the staff were the Best...Danny and Molly were extremely helpful and very fun to interact with ...As were - Larry and Donna for Breakfast and Pat helping with the Tie Dye event....We had an Awesome time...For sure - put Lincoln City KOA on your Bucket List!

Beautiful park. Love the hedges between drive thru lots. Nice people hosting and very helpful. However, if any in your party have walking or mobility issues, this may not be the park to stay in. Lots are terraced on a hill. Walking down to main area is steep and walk up extremely difficult for those with limitations.

We were very pleased with the staff and campground. It was very clean, fun activities for the family and a great store onsite. We especially enjoyed the breakfast cafe on site. We stayed in a pull through site and it gave us plenty of room to stretch out. Even the back in sites were lovely and had plenty of room. We will definitely return!

One of the best campgrounds we ever stayed at. Hosts were wonderful and very helpful. Everything was beautiful and very clean.

Very clean, very friendly. They had an ice cream social when we were there, $1 for 2 scoops of Tillamook ice cream. Convenient location

Staff was pleasant. When ask clerk for suggestions she stated she is seasonal staff and had no idea. The sites for a 40 foot motorhome are tight. The bushes do a nice job of site separation. We were so close to neighbors could hear dogs barking all day. Site not even.

Rented a 2 room cabin for the night. It was clean and comfortable. The campground was beautiful and had a lot of fun activities.

It was noisy this time. We have stayed there many times, but this time there was a dog barking outside and fairly steady noise of lawnmowers and maintenance vehicles. It is also much more expensive than it used to be. The place is clean and well kept and the staff is friendly. We did like the ice cream social!

Amazing location, in the woods yet the ocean and beach is a short drive as is shopping. Facilities and park were clean and well kept. Breakfast at the Cafe with Larry and Miss Betty was awesome.

The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The place was clean. But there was a few campers that you can tell have an extended stay there and they were not so neighborly. Smoking weed outside around little kids. Their kids is rude and bossy to other kids and gets into stuff that is not theirs. Other than that very nice place to stay. And would stay again.

We had such an enjoyable time! The staff were all so friendly and especially loved the tye dye shirt session. Can't wait to return!

The people were fantastic. Very helpful and accommodating. Giving directions ideas on what to do and even bringing firewood straight to camp. The only thing that could’ve been better is the showers needed to be cleaned shower curtains drug on the ground and were moldy and so in all the corners as well as the drain screws were popped up and could easily cut your foot. But those are easy to fix.

Our RV site was nicely angled but we found we were a bit too close to our neighbours. It was a wet day and the Floor of the bathrooms were quite dirty due to traffic in and about. We enjoyed our stay all the same and would recommend it to friends especially with children. Excellent play facilities.

Above and beyond great service! They personally direct you to your site and direct you in. The ice cream social and breakfast cafe were great!

Getting into our site, was a bit challenging. Really enjoyed the generous ice cream social. Campground was close to all the activities we had planned.

The poor kitty going around may not be living for long. The blind kitty is getting pushed around by dogs and kids. The kitty should be safe and taken care of. The dog next to our site almost attacked this kitty and it really scared me. Also it would be nice to have more than one trash bag in the cabin.

lovely setting with lots of trees, everyone is very friendly and helpful, restrooms/showers are outdated but clean, extra points for having the little cafe open for breakfast, best internet we had so far

Our cabin was not very clean with lots of pine needles and dirt in floor which made it difficult to get settled in since we had to clean first. The rest was great!

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and they are very nice! The grounds themselves are well kept with great accommodations for kids! Super quick drive to the beach. We will be back for sure! Bill and Terry were the camp hosts and they we both lovely, kind, and helpful ❤️

I stayed at the Lincoln City KOA Holiday for two nights while traveling along the Oregon coast (5/25/2026 & 5/26/2026). When checking in, the Hosts (Terry and Bill Pacheco) were very friendly and extremely helpful in providing information about hiking trails, sightseeing, dining, and other activities that were available in the area. The facility is clean, accessible, and very well maintained and managed. I had a very pleasant experience and look forward to staying at Lincoln City KOA Holiday on my next time though. Thank you! No corporate feel here! The staff all went above and beyond to help us dial in our stay. Diane in particular went out of her way to help us pick the right site for our family, and there were s'mores and ice cream socials and lots of human connection and freedom for the kids. It's not on the ocean--but this turns out to be a real plus if you tire of cold wind after a day at the beach nearby!
