There aren’t enough bathroom facilities for the park when it’s busy. The lower area smelled like either sewage or pot most days. Some of the staff were personable and friendly.

We appreciate your comments. Doesn't sound like you enjoyed your stay as much as we would have liked you to. We have a waste dump on site and odors can occur but dissipate quickly. Pot smoking is not allowed as we are a private property. Tell us when something upsets your stay. Too late in a review.

Everything was going fine until the robust woman at the front desk... I asked what could have given me a rash on my fore arm... her and the staff said they didn't know but the woman said, " it's on your face too." I have adult acne and didn't feel like wearing make up on my trip. The rash didn't look like anything on my face. Body shaming shouldn't have happened from her or anyone at the KOA.

We are very sorry you felt "body shamed" and that would never be our intention, ever! Please know it was meant to be helpful but was not. Giving our entire KOA campground a "1" seems unfair to us but you have every right to your interpretation. We hope you enjoy the rest of your Summer. Take care.

We had a great stay here! Only reason we didn’t give it a 5 was our cabin was dirty when we arrived. Bathroom had animal hair all over the sink and shower. I wiped it down before we used it but shouldn’t have had to. Other than that it was a great stay.

This is disappointing to hear via a review which is too late for us to take care of it. At check-in we clearly state "tell us if you have any issues while you are here". Too late now. Next time give us that opportunity. Take care and enjoy your Summer.

My daughter who hates camping said “Can we come back here? Or stay a day longer?” Super clean, and organized. The staff always available for assistance. And there was wifi!

Great place. Quite, clean VERY WELL kept. We've been traveling summers for 3 years now and this is definitely one of the nicer KOAs we've stayed at. The outside staff do a great job keeping the place looking good. The children we saw around the campground were having a fun time as well. Bathrooms and laundry were nice as clean as well. Great location to go explore the area.

We just left yesterday and can only hope the other parks we go to are at least half as nice. Busy park but plenty of things to do. Great breakfast cafe. Definitely would come back. We are from Texas!

Clean park, great location and not too crowded - particularly the back in sites. The hosts and staff were fantastic, even helping an older gentleman who was exhausted and lost - he was at wrong park. One thing to be kind to a customer, another to help another park's customer as well, and that after hours. I will absolutely be back.

We had first made reservations for a back in site with no sewer. When I talked to the owner she let me move into a beautiful patio site where we spend our last few days. The cafe serves a great breakfast and servings are big! Great place to stay and visit the beautiful pacific coast! Love this park and love scenery!

We appreciate your review. We were happy to accommodate your change of site to a Deluxe Patio Full Hookup. The Little Campfire Cafe is a big hit with Guests! Located only three miles from the Oregon Coast makes us a popular KOA destination. Come see us again.

The campground is small but nice.There are a few issues, One being the sites are so incredibly close and packed in that there is zero sense of privacy. There are no trees or bushes between them. Another thing was our site had so much glass in it. We found over 15 pieces of glass just lying around. Also, the dump tank being right by playground was disgusting and smelled awful while the kids played

Reading it in a review is too late and frustrating when our Maintenance Staff would have tended to it immediately. It sounds like our KOA campground doesn't suit your needs. We're sorry.

Our spot (#13) was very unlevel and we had to deal with a leaning RV all week despite our best efforts to use our levels and blocks. The unlevel spot caused our refrigerator to not work and a lot of our food was spoiled which was super frustrating because we had a full fridge and freezer to avoid eating out. Otherwise, the park was very well maintained and the staff is super friendly.

We are so sorry to hear about your unfortunate leveling issue. Did you alert our Maintenance Staff to assist you? They do have resources to help with leveling RVs or we could have relocated you to another site. Take care and enjoy your Summer.

Bathrooms could be cleaned more. Tent areas were super small. Maybe post the sizes online.

Only downside I had is the cost. Hosts and facilities are great. Quiet time is exactly that. Sites are great.

STAFF AND SITE WERE FABULOUS. THE KIDS HAD A FANTASTIC TIME WITH THEM HAVING PLENTY TO DO WITH OUT SAYING "I'M BORED". THE LITTLE CAMPER CAFE HAD THE BEST BREAKFAST & BISCUTS AND GRAVY WE'VE EVER HAD. MY ONLY SUGGESTION WOULD BE MORE FREQUENT CLEANING IN THE RESTROOMS. REGARDLESS, WE'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK SOON :)

Great place to stay. Well maintained and friendly accommodating staff. Only issue was that spot #25 backs up to someone’s property and people from that house go through your campsite to access that house and the campground. Very noisy activity from that very messy property. Would never stay in that general area again because of that house.

We stayed for a week in the big cabin. Kids had a blast. Staff is awesome! Erin and Pat are our favorite people! Only thing we wish you had was a pool or hot tub!

What a delightful little campground. Very clean. A perfect blend of being nestled within the trees, but also having a well manicured open green space for playing and lounging about. Cabin was well maintained, and I recommend cabin number one for its location and also privacy.

What a great KOA! Very friendly staff, every one, and helpful. Clean park with a lot of nice common grounds. We all enjoyed the S’mores, ice cream night, and the Tie Dye shirt making was a fun souvenir. Our spot was large and quiet. One of the best KOAs we have stayed in!

I loved this campground and was sad to leave. It is very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Nice store. Very obvious pride and care by the owner and staff. . We felt safe there. Only complaint was the women’s restroom and shower heat needed heat on at this time of the year. Would definitely return.

We enjoyed a relaxing, quiet time on our recent trip t9 Lincoln City and this KOA. Check in was very easy and we began our stay with smores around the community fireplace. Restrioms & Showers were close to our cabin as well as the playground, basketball court, frisbee golf and volleyball court. We even used the KOA's hiking trail up through the trees one evening. Campfire wood was delivered.

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and they are very nice! The grounds themselves are well kept with great accommodations for kids! Super quick drive to the beach. We will be back for sure! Bill and Terry were the camp hosts and they we both lovely, kind, and helpful ❤️

I stayed at the Lincoln City KOA Holiday for two nights while traveling along the Oregon coast (5/25/2026 & 5/26/2026). When checking in, the Hosts (Terry and Bill Pacheco) were very friendly and extremely helpful in providing information about hiking trails, sightseeing, dining, and other activities that were available in the area. The facility is clean, accessible, and very well maintained and managed. I had a very pleasant experience and look forward to staying at Lincoln City KOA Holiday on my next time though. Thank you! No corporate feel here! The staff all went above and beyond to help us dial in our stay. Diane in particular went out of her way to help us pick the right site for our family, and there were s'mores and ice cream socials and lots of human connection and freedom for the kids. It's not on the ocean--but this turns out to be a real plus if you tire of cold wind after a day at the beach nearby!
