Great place! We were able to extend our stay and book a spot for our kids. They kept checking until they made it happen. Very friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely go back again!

We had a wonderful time at our first KOA. The staff was phenomenal and welcoming. Activities were fun with tie dye, smores, and ice cream. Grounds were in great shape. Loved the option of the cafe also! would recommned 10/10

Good campground. Nice store. Really nice people working here. The bathrooms were good and very clean. I liked our site a lot- we had a site with the little patio. It's a little ways to the beach- you really need to drive into town. It would be awesome if you had a shuttle into Lincoln city a couple of times a day!

Great people. Always friendly and helpful. Liked the ice cream social and the some mores treat. Good location. Very clean and well kept up RV park. Reasonable rates.

We had 40+ family members come to stay for a family reunion. The facility was great had a lot of playground for the kids and adults to do and play at. They had ty-dye tee shirts, ice cream social, s'mores and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The "Elders" of our family liked their cabin as did all of us; and we could visit the local areas easily.

This is the nicest KOA I have stayed at. There was definitely a family atmosphere. There were many activities and also many recreation activities for our kids. The kids from the campground got together and played with each other. Volleyball games with many kids were a lot of fun. The staff also were very friendly. Keep up the great service. You can be proud of your KOA!

Bathrooms were very dirty during our entire stay. Kids wanted to play at the playground and it was hard to be there because of the smell of the dump station right next to it. Other than that we had a good stay.

Absolutely wonderful! I got our spot because it was the last one available. The whole weekend the campground had activities and BBQ planned! I was very impressed with how the owners run things. I will be back and will bring family and friends with us!

This KOA campground is the best, made us feel so welcome, the cabins were so enjoyable, and the staff very helpful. Very close to a beautiful lake, and the beach. Thank you, for the delicious breakfast & BBQ

We've stayed at over 15 different KOA"s and this one is one of the best. The staff is over the top helpful and friendly!

Great spot, nice location from lots of beach options all just a short drive away. The campsite itself is nice and well kept and the staff were all super friendly and helpful! Didn't get a chance to go to the little Cafe but it looks neat and it's a nice option to have if you don't feel like cooking breakfast

The tent sites were too close together and the bathrooms were filthy.

We're sorry you did not enjoy your stay. A zero rating for our entire campground does not come anywhere near to representing our KOA and who we are. "Filthy" is a strong word and we'd never tolerate that in our restrooms, ever.

We would really appreciate if sites 34-37 could be full service (+ sewer). When we come with our family, we stay in 36 & 37. It would be easier for us to stay longer if they were full hookups.

Wonderful park. Only complaint is the 2 old clothes dryers that are high heat only. Should be replaced or at least labeled to avoid ruining clothes that can't stand up to extremely high heat. Thank you.

This was the 11th year of our family campout at Lincoln City KOA. Each year gets better. This year, we appreciated the wider spaces for sites 35, 36, and 37, with the firepits and tables behind the parking space. No more smoke in the windows:) Also the landscaping and swings in the community area really added to the appeal and usability of the area. We also appreciate the wide range of activities.

Loved it. Loved the tye dye t-shirt, ice cream social, playground 1 thing i would like to say. The tent site was so far away from the bathrooms because of having to walk so far around the street, when we were directly in front of the bathemrooms. I wish there was a small pathway straight through. I have a heart condition and it was hard for me to walk that far. Loved the experience.

Very friendly staff. The site is very well cared for. Some of the RV sites are a bit tight for big trailers to reverse into. Wifi was occasionally a bit slow and intermittently dropped out, but not too bad overall.

Super friendly staff. Would be nice to have an off leash dog park. Area feels safe and staff does a good job of keeping it clean. Making reservations was effortless.

Nice small campground, we found it very noisy directly across from the kids play area. We also found too many loud dogs barking. One lady had three pit bulls in the dog area. They all needed to be contained before I could step in with my dog. Breakfast offering was nice and made check out a breeze. The washrooms needed to be cleaned more often. Staff was friendly and helpful

Erin, Danny, Molly, Pat and Nancy are very helpful. Pet park is great, Nice store to pick up some snacks. Betty cooks a great breakfast. Larry is quite the BBQ chef. Owners, Steve and Heidi are wonderful people. It's been a pleasurable stay/

We have stayed here before, location, Kamping Kabin and having a fire is why we like it. Draw back is you can't chose your Kabin, we were given t��e last Kabin right next to the family Kabin, (very large family with kids). Our 3 nights here, our expectations were dampened, no privacy, the noise factor wasn't easy to relax. We will book a Kamping Lodge next time. We cook outside, sit outside.

Very nice campground on the quiet side away from playground. Very nice spots. I’d only recommend you have some enticing perks for those that stay mid week, like maybe an ice cream social? Seems like everything offered was geared towards weekend visitors. We would visit again if passing though the area.

Great stay, spent most of my day exploring the beaches and there are lots of beaches close by! Campground is clean, staff friendly, most of all for this Texan the temperatures were “cold!” None of the 100 degree July Texas heat! Definitely on my return list!

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and they are very nice! The grounds themselves are well kept with great accommodations for kids! Super quick drive to the beach. We will be back for sure! Bill and Terry were the camp hosts and they we both lovely, kind, and helpful ❤️

I stayed at the Lincoln City KOA Holiday for two nights while traveling along the Oregon coast (5/25/2026 & 5/26/2026). When checking in, the Hosts (Terry and Bill Pacheco) were very friendly and extremely helpful in providing information about hiking trails, sightseeing, dining, and other activities that were available in the area. The facility is clean, accessible, and very well maintained and managed. I had a very pleasant experience and look forward to staying at Lincoln City KOA Holiday on my next time though. Thank you! No corporate feel here! The staff all went above and beyond to help us dial in our stay. Diane in particular went out of her way to help us pick the right site for our family, and there were s'mores and ice cream socials and lots of human connection and freedom for the kids. It's not on the ocean--but this turns out to be a real plus if you tire of cold wind after a day at the beach nearby!
