A nice place and being off the beach is great. If you were to make an investment in your Campground I would redo the showers. Billings Mt.is the best shower setup I seen on my trip last month. The store was stocked very well, good supplies to fix RV problems. And your grounds map with a show and tell advertisements of places to check out was perfect......see you soon with 2 of my grandchildren.

Had a great stay the host was excellent and Dave really helped us get our trailer in place very clean and friendly atmosphere. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the bathrooms, outdated and a little dirty.

We stayed 7 nights here, the staff were excellent so we thank all of them for their endless energy and help. We tie dyed shirts on Saturday and that was a lot of fun. Our main reason for being in Lincoln city was to see Tommy James and the Shondells at Chinook winds to celebrate our anniversary. we also drove down the coast for a walk on agate beach. A very good week and great KOA.

My only negative is the tricky drive down into the park. The "little campfire" breakfast was awesome, and we could tell that the staff is 'on board' with making our stay pleasant. No wonder you received an award for 2023! We plan to return next year for a longer stay.

Absolutely perfect like always. The staff is so professional yet extremely friendly and always go out of their way to help no matter the need. Park is always clean and multi activities offered. A little piece of paradise. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you

W loved everything about this stay. Everyone was so fun and friendly. We loved how they announced to the campers it was s'more time and ice cream time. We've already booked our next two stays.

Our cabin was a comfortable size, and very clean! This campground is located only 5 minutes away from town itself. Bathrooms were kept clean. We enjoyed the meal available on saturday night---it was DELICIOUS! Also had fun joining the ice cream social that same evening--about ten kinds of Tillamook ice cream to choose from---two large scoops for $1.00!! The grounds were kept very clean!

Everyone was great, from Danny helping us park and Steve the owner, helping at the front desk. The BBQ was delicious, fun time around the fire with the ice cream social. Friendly, upbeat, happy people and place to camp.

We loved staying here! The playground is a good size and was perfect for our little guy. Even though we were occupied with the playground, I loved that the staff offered other activities like the ice cream social, tie dye, go carts. The staff were also incredibly friendly. The store was great also offering food/drink items as well as small toys and souvenirs. We will definitely be back.

Fun activities at camp, nice quiet location. The attendant at the desk (a lovely older woman with red hair - I do not remember her name so sorry!) she was so sweet and gave excellent directions and showed me on a map some fun places to take our kids. We will definitely be back!

We had a short stay, just one night. The bathroom sinks were so high that I had a hard time brushing my teeth…I’m a shorter woman! The one lower sink wasn’t working. Having a mini fridge was nice to keep our drinks and other things from our cooler cold overnight.

Enjoyed the stay at the KOA Lincoln City Oregon. Staff friendly and courteous. Had a bit of a time getting to the location because of a slide out issue but Steve was able to move our reservation to accommodate. Thank you

Showers were hot and clean. They allowed van at tent site as many koa required a Rv site with hookups. I’ve been on my trip for 5 months and usually stay at 1-2 koa a month for a day. This was the first one with kid and family play area set up with balls for games. The store staff are very friendly. They also have a small restaurant onsite

We booked this campsite thinking that we would have a relaxing weekend in nature, but that wasn’t the case. The pictures online make it appear that you will have privacy but we did not. The sites are right on top of each other and you had to whisper to have a private conversation. We booked two nights but only stayed one because we were so dissatisfied. We won’t stay at a KOA campground again.

It was great in every way. I've stayed there nearly a dozen times over the years. The location is perfect for me as it is near my favorite places on the Oregon Coast. All the employees are friendly and helpful. I like having the laundry room on site and have used it every time. I have camped in a tent once or twice but have stayed in a Kamping Kabin the other times. Thank you to everyone involved!

This campground has a very family atmosphere - they have a great playground for kids as well as volleyball, corn hole games, horseshoes, for everyone. The showers/bathrooms were clean. People observed the quiet hours and the other campers were all friendly.

The people running this campground are so nice and helpful. It is clean, the grounds are cabin areas are kept up, its quiet during quiet hours and our camping trip was very enjoyable. We did have some trouble with locking and unlocking our cabin door, it was very difficult to get in just the right spot with much wrestling with it, but we managed ok. Overall, I would highly recommend.

The minute we got there the kids (they are teenagers) were excited about everything there was to do there. And of course the internet working in the cabin was awesome for them. This is the second time we have stayed at this KOA and I would highly recommend it!

We drove down from Vancouver, Canada, and were meet with smiling faces and very friendly people, the campground was kept very clean, and the little store had very thing u need. Great location , wife loved that there was an outlet mall 5 mins down the road, and I enjoyed the fact it’s quiet and peaceful. Will most definitely come back again

Just off the beaten path but close enough to the beach and central Lincoln City. Nice to have option of breakfast made for you, which was really good! Loved some of the local hikes recommended by owners!

We loved the campground. They are a bit close. Sleeping in a tent, it was rough with the dirt. Our site was a dirt patch which made everything, including us dirty.

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and they are very nice! The grounds themselves are well kept with great accommodations for kids! Super quick drive to the beach. We will be back for sure! Bill and Terry were the camp hosts and they we both lovely, kind, and helpful ❤️

I stayed at the Lincoln City KOA Holiday for two nights while traveling along the Oregon coast (5/25/2026 & 5/26/2026). When checking in, the Hosts (Terry and Bill Pacheco) were very friendly and extremely helpful in providing information about hiking trails, sightseeing, dining, and other activities that were available in the area. The facility is clean, accessible, and very well maintained and managed. I had a very pleasant experience and look forward to staying at Lincoln City KOA Holiday on my next time though. Thank you! No corporate feel here! The staff all went above and beyond to help us dial in our stay. Diane in particular went out of her way to help us pick the right site for our family, and there were s'mores and ice cream socials and lots of human connection and freedom for the kids. It's not on the ocean--but this turns out to be a real plus if you tire of cold wind after a day at the beach nearby!
