Park is very clean. On a monthly stay, they worked with me to accommodate the size of my trailer. Good communication to the park occupants.

We drove over the week before our stay to look at the Lincoln City KOA. We were told our exact spots we wanted were reserved, as we paid in full for one of the two nights we were staying. When we arrived for our stay, our spot had been sold to another person and they had moved us to another spot (not that we wanted). I spoke with the owner of the KOA and he did nothing to address the issue.

We are sorry you were disappointed with your site. Unless you pay for Select My Site which is $35 to choose your site and lock it from being moved, we have the option to move equal site types (Full Hookup to Full Hookup) on our Booking Chart. We hope you'll visit us again and consider this option.

The owner was very accommodating getting us into a site for the length of our stay without having to move sites. The staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are clean. It’s a central location for traveling up and down the coast. Its our spot to stay when coming to Lincoln City.

The site#30 was uneven and too shallow for our 35' trailer. Also with the slides out we couldn't access our storage door due to the severe slope of the ground, and the huge tree roots behind the site were treacherous to navigate. The workers were friendly but for $80 a night we expected a bit more for the site. This will most likely be our last stay at Lincoln City KOA.

We are sorry you were disappointed with your site. Our magnificent trees do cause some navigation and leveling issues but make our KOA a beautiful forested place to camp on the Oregon Coast. We wish you all the best and safe travels.

Two nights only. First site was a problem for us but another site was found quickly and it was exactly what we needed! This KOA has the best Internet of any we've stayed: probably the best of any park we've stayed. This is one of two KOA's that we would rate as excellent and would enjoy staying again.

Very nice but with the least obnoxious speed bumps so far. KOA rule? Could be a deal breaker as I did not buy a luxury vehicle and expensive RV to take over bumps!

Pull through site was not level side to side (off by about 6 inches). Noisy neighbors next door with multiple people in the site with 2 or 3 dogs constantly barking, Campground hosts and personnel were great, especially Danny who helped us into the site and the people dishing ice cream on Saturday night, Bathrooms could use some sprucing up and thorough cleaning and maybe expansion, Store is grea

Camp sites too close together. Suggestion would be to have more space between the trailers down by the store. Will not stay here in the future unless there's more space between camp sights.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was quiet and clean. However, the tent campsites were far too small, leaving me with an impression that pad rental money was more important than comfort.

We stayed in a tent under trees site #59 could see the little creek . Had picnic table and grass area it was thin but there I was surprised at how quiet it was at night the staff was super friendly and brought fire wood we bought right to our camp site it was a really nice place with community camp fire games bingo ect

Wonderful site, close to the beach and the lake. The little breakfast cafe on site had yummy food. Campground was well maintained and quiet and everyone we met was friendly.

As before, we enjoyed our visit. It also was great to be able to rent a cabin so that our Son could visit for a day. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Will be back again. Thank you!

The staff is really nice at this KOA. The campground is on a hill but the sites are remarkably level! The sites are very narrow but still long enough for a 37' fifth wheel and our 22' truck so it worked well. There is a little cafe that serves breakfast although we did not try it. The sites were so close that you can hear your neighbors conversations and they smoked us out with their fire.

We have stayed there a number of times, usually in slots 23 - 26. Since I requested a reservation quite late, we were given #71, which is very tight, noisy, has no TV or dump capability. In the future, if we cannot be given slots between 20 and 30, we will stay elsewhere. Help was friendly, but location was poor.

Wonderful family vacation.loved the little food trailer for breakfast, and had site with dog pen was so nice with all our fur babies.

Thank you for your comments. You speak of our Deluxe Patio Full-Hookup PAW PEN site. The dog corral gives our K-9 Guests a place to relax and chill off leash. Our Little Campfire Cafe is always a big hit during our Summer Season. Come see us again.

Sites narrow (our rig is 40 ft w/4 slides). Sites are flanked by neatly trimmed hedges for a cozy feel. This also discourages ppl from walking through your site, which is becoming a big problem all over. Please respect your camp neighbors and do NOT walk through their site! Danny was very welcoming, energetic, and hard-working. Overall, the camp is nice, and we'd stay again.

The little extras offered by this campground are amazing. Ice cream social, smores, the presence of a little cafe for breakfast! We were also impressed by the helpfulness of the staff - the gentleman who escorted us to and helped guide us into our spot was fantastic! Definitely one of the best we've stayed at!!

Such a great campground . Staff was extremely helpful and kind . We loved the campfire and ice cream social , not sure if it was more fun for the kids or the adults .We plan to stay again and this time will try the breakfast at the onsite cafe.

It was Labor’s Day weekend, arrived on Saturday and were suppers Ed to stay 3 nights. The site we had, water and electric was located in a very cramped area, like I would sit at the fire pit with 3 other families with their pits too. Way too small. The bathrooms were filthy. Not what I consider a KOA Holiday. Refused to refund me, only offered to move us to another site for last day. Awful.

Not a large park but easy to get into. Clean and friendly. Many things for folks to do, nicely located close to Lincoln city. Labor day weekend, they were full but it wasn't overly noisy.

Nice location; friendly people staffing the office and taking care of the grounds; nice spaces w/dogpark & playground (for workouts - we don't have kids now); the trail up the hill to the picnic area is a nice feature. Our second visit and wecwill be back.

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and they are very nice! The grounds themselves are well kept with great accommodations for kids! Super quick drive to the beach. We will be back for sure! Bill and Terry were the camp hosts and they we both lovely, kind, and helpful ❤️

I stayed at the Lincoln City KOA Holiday for two nights while traveling along the Oregon coast (5/25/2026 & 5/26/2026). When checking in, the Hosts (Terry and Bill Pacheco) were very friendly and extremely helpful in providing information about hiking trails, sightseeing, dining, and other activities that were available in the area. The facility is clean, accessible, and very well maintained and managed. I had a very pleasant experience and look forward to staying at Lincoln City KOA Holiday on my next time though. Thank you! No corporate feel here! The staff all went above and beyond to help us dial in our stay. Diane in particular went out of her way to help us pick the right site for our family, and there were s'mores and ice cream socials and lots of human connection and freedom for the kids. It's not on the ocean--but this turns out to be a real plus if you tire of cold wind after a day at the beach nearby!
