The staff was very helpful and friendly. Dan was very helpful in guiding us back into our spot.

Everyone at this KOA was wonderful….from the font desk to the maintenance people. I wanted to give a shout out to Danny who went above & beyond. He helped me collapse my Aliner on a rainy morning. Thank you Danny! I will be back to visit again when the weather gets a little nicer. �

Absolutely horrible. Our cabin was crawling with big black spiders and our heater didn’t work. I tried to talk to the front desk but she said I had to talk to owner on Monday. Also, a lot of displaced persons living here. I didn’t let my daughter ride her bike alone. Tried to call owner and wouldn’t talk to me and front desk hung up on me. Go to a different campground!

Best KOA I’ve been to. They gave us the trees we asked for. Bathroom cleanliness is a challenge, no matter where we go, but I didn’t see it immediately after cleaning, so I have no reference point. One of the Kamp Kitties stayed with us for several hours every day, and when we heard that Digit doesn’t belong to the KOA, we wanted to take him home, but money was a hurdle there.

The camp hosts were very friendly. We arrived in the middle of the night and someone came and showed us exactly how to get to our spot and help us get hooked up. We stayed for two nights. It was a wonderful stay we would do it again and recommend it to our friends.

Well, we were given the only space within the full timer population whereas all we could view was a blacked out bus & a blacked out van who both also had full time pets that were walked occasional but worse the van pets never came out for 12 hours in a day. This was our worst RV experience out of the 5 other we stayed on our 2100 mile trip. we would suggest U not put anyone in spot 68-THEE WORST

Nice hot showers, no place to put your cloths in the mens shower. Two little hooks, but no shelf or bench.it was a nice stay. Clean, no real complaints.

Wonderful property with great management and a great team working to make this KOA welcoming, beautiful, friendly and enjoyable. I stayed at this KOA for one month in a 24ft. Travel Trailer with my two dogs. There are plenty of walking areas for dogs and the property is very dog friendly while keeping rules in place for all fur babies’ and guests’ safety. I highly recommend this KOA in Lincol

It was our first time staying at a KOA and we tried the cabin with its own bathroom, cozy, warm and wonderful. The camping grounds and surrounding area was perfect for our lil getaway. Everyone was friendly and helpful. TOTALLY ENJOYED IT!!

The place was clean and well-run, easy to get in and out of. I will say the Deluxe cabin was smaller than I expected.

Great place. Terraced RV parking with privacy hedges made our stay a pleasure. Other parts of the facility are standard sites situated normally for a commercial campground. Opt for the terraces. Staff was friendly and professional. Thumbs up from us.

Laundry closed way too early, the bathrooms were dirty with only 2 working sinks.

Your review is quite puzzling because our laundry room is open 24 hours. We also tell every Guest at check-in to tell us if there are any issues while they are here. Did you come to us so we could address your complaint immediately? To tell us in a review is too late and does not represent our KOA.

This was our second KOA experience. Spaces were way to close together. No privacy. Our slide out was only about a foot from the next campsite. Couldn't use our fire pit because family using the cabin also had a tent (they were very respectful of the space limitations). Would not stay here again or recommend this site.

If it had not been for the state of the bathrooms I would have rated this campground as a 4/5. Sites, staff courtesy, reception all was fine. The bathrooms needed attention and were never cleaned during the entire period of my stay.

We are sorry you considered our restrooms "never" cleaned. This is simply not correct. Every day our Maintenance Staff clean them around 12-1 pm. We ask you to tell us if you have an issue DURING your stay. To announce in a review is too late and does not represent the standards of our KOA.

The ladies bathroom's new counters are too tall and makes reaching the sinks difficult. Also, two of the sink's water would not turn on automatically. $3.50 for a can of peas is a bit much. I will not be buying anything from the store in the future and the prices should be clearly marked on the shelf. Otherwise, you have a very nice park and we would stay again.

Although it’s pretty spendy to stay here, the staff was great and the campground was clean and quiet. Great kids area, patio sites with chairs and fire rings, sites with dog pens, and a cute gift shop. We’ll definitely stay here again!

One night stay. We needed somewhere to rest between two long travels days. We checked in after hours, easy peasy, and found our tent site. Bathrooms were clean. Tent sites are a bit close together but seeing as we were the only ones, it was no trouble. If we’d had a fire, we probably would’ve wished the fire ring wasn’t so close to the creek.

The KOA sites were ok and the people were very nice but it was very noisy due to them driving around constantly in their little carts.

Thank you for your comments. You are describing our John Deere Gators used for heavy park maintenance projects. Since your visit, we use our golf carts more often which are much quieter. Gators are still necessary so will not be eliminated entirely. We hope you'll visit us again. Take care.

Your bathroom update took them out of commission everyday of our stay. The upper parking spot looked very nice. The bottom collection of rv spots in parts looked more like a homeless incampment. We are probably not coming back.

We are sorry for your disappointing stay. We replaced all the restroom toilets which is a major improvement. It required us to shut off the water between 10:30-3:30 until complete. We informed our Guests in multiple ways including text and posted signs. We understand you won't be returning.

What a lovely visit! We had lots of great conversation with other visitors and felt at "home" with the amenities. We really appreciate Danny and Molly's friendly and helpful faces. It was our family's first visit and already excited to come back annually to continue making lots of memories.

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and they are very nice! The grounds themselves are well kept with great accommodations for kids! Super quick drive to the beach. We will be back for sure! Bill and Terry were the camp hosts and they we both lovely, kind, and helpful ❤️

I stayed at the Lincoln City KOA Holiday for two nights while traveling along the Oregon coast (5/25/2026 & 5/26/2026). When checking in, the Hosts (Terry and Bill Pacheco) were very friendly and extremely helpful in providing information about hiking trails, sightseeing, dining, and other activities that were available in the area. The facility is clean, accessible, and very well maintained and managed. I had a very pleasant experience and look forward to staying at Lincoln City KOA Holiday on my next time though. Thank you! No corporate feel here! The staff all went above and beyond to help us dial in our stay. Diane in particular went out of her way to help us pick the right site for our family, and there were s'mores and ice cream socials and lots of human connection and freedom for the kids. It's not on the ocean--but this turns out to be a real plus if you tire of cold wind after a day at the beach nearby!
